What Lies Beyond-A Semi-Dystopian Semi-Fantasy RP
People are ignorant. In most cases, that would be a thing of pride, but only when you don't realize that what you don't know is killing others.
'Come to the Fernground's Carnival! Exotic beings performing solely for the entertainment of others! From the untameable to the dangerous, get ready to be dazzled! Come today!' I read the pristine poster on the side of my room carefully, emphasizing the words that were wrong in all forms. Untameable. Dangerous. Solely for entertainment. I scratched my bushy hair wistfully and looked at the other actors before being called on stage to perform.
As I'm dragged onstage by a skinny but surprisingly powerful man, my attention is turned towards the familiar sobs of Room 625. 'Won't he ever learn to stop fighting it?' I think. I can hear the muffled conversation through the frail walls of the tent.
"Let me go!"
You must perform!"
"You can't make me!"
Then the cracking sound of a sturdy whip, and all fell to silence.
People are ignorant. But never has anyone been so wrong about what happens behind the Big Top.

Hei guys this is my first role-play. I borrowed the idea from one of my friends at hamster hideout
You are a member of the Fernground Carnival, an ongoing event that travels to many different places around the world. People from far and wide have come to see the amazing talents of the circus performers, but little do they know that these so-called 'humans' have talents that are far from practiced. More so, natural talents, for these 'humans' are not what they seem. They are creatures, captured by the tyrannous Ring Master and forced to work for his twisted circus. They are beaten, tortured, and sometimes driven to insanity, in which case they are taken away, never to be seen or heard from again. Nobody knows what happens when you become deranged, but one can only hope that it's a quick and painless death.
There, I think I've covered everything. Now onto the rules.

RULES
1. Please send all of your forms through PM first.
2. Please read this ENTIRE post before writing up a form.
3. All RPNation forum rules apply. This includes no bulling, calling names etc...
4. Romance is definitely allowed, but anything inappropriate will not be tolerated. I think you know what I mean by this, guys.
5. Races that are permitted are the following: If you are a performer, you are allowed to be anything except for a human being. The same goes for the workers. If you are the Ring Master, however, then you must be a human.
6.Maximum of one character.
7.Also, If, for any reason, you want to quit the RP, you must first notify me, then you must find a way to exit your character from the RP. Wether it be death or...something else, your character must 'exit' the RP, in order to not cause confusion or unfinished business.
If you guys are interested pls say interseted or something along that line 6 interests= I'll post this on the main and add the form for sign ups.
