What Happened to Best Friends Forever?

Plot!

Admit it; the only thing that actually makes high school bearable is having your friends there with you every day. They were the only reason that you were actually able to get through those years of drama. They were like sisters and brothers, your family. They were apart of all of your favourite moments, and helped you through the rough ones. You all planned to be best friends forever, and had so many plans. You all wanted to live on the same street, and some you even planned to live together with. You planned for your kids to be best friends, and swore you would make them marry their kids. You had even made some promises, and some pacts. Though sometimes, the inevitable happens, and life gets in the way of all your plans. And the next thing you know, It’s been years since you have seen, or even talked to, any of them.


Way back when, at Ashwood High there was a certain group that everyone would always remember. They had rather mixed personalities, but they suited each other perfectly. They were always together, and it wasn’t often that you did see them apart. Nobody ever wanted to mess with one of them, because they knew that they would have to deal with all of them. The teachers never bothered to try and separate them, because they learned that it would never work. Though, most teachers loved this group, as did most of the other students. They had the dream friendship that everybody else wanted.


It has now been around seven years since the group has been out of high school, and lost touch. They have each started their own lives and began crazy journeys. Some went through school, traveled, got jobs, started relationships, and maybe even started a family. If asked, they would all tell you how surprised they are that they lost touched. But, they would all make up a bunch of excuses as to why they haven’t talked in so long. Some would say they were busy, some would say they didn’t want to be a bother, and even that they thought it would be a little awkward. They would have never guessed that all it would take was one of the falling apart, to bring them together. One of the girls, Adrienne, just had her fiancé call off their engagement a week before their wedding. Depressed, broken, and lonely, her family suggested a getaway at their family’s cottage, and invited the old group, hoping that it would cheer poor Addie up. Though, the group was surprised. They had no idea Adrienne was getting married, but they knew that they owed it to their friend to be there, and quickly got packed and went to meet their old best friend at their old favourite summer getaway.

- This will NOT be first come, first serve. I do want it to be even between the amount of male and female characters.

- No OOC drama!

- Please be active and post maybe once or twice a week at the minimum. If you need to drop the RP or won’t be able to post for a little while, please let us know so we can figure something else out!
