I normally can't wait. Most of the time, I send my reply and then go about life being a mom and a vet tech. If I actually have nothing to do, which rarely happens, I watch my favorite anime or tv show.

Usually people are waiting on ME lol.  I write posts in batches when I have a long stretch of time: between classes, on the bus, on a Sunday in a Starbucks.  On the rare occasion I have some back and forth going... I usually have OTHER POSTS to do lol.
