Skyler opened up the pudding, "About that... Why do you care so much?" Skyler didn't even think when she asked this question, it was just on top of her mind.

Dropping her head more when he kissed her cheek, she paused before slowly shaking her head. "I like it out here though. There's no people," she said quietly, keeping her eyes down.

He sighed "I don't believe any woman should be hit by a man, my best friends mother got killed by her dad, before that happened... I was her protector, we did everything together and I kept her safe. When her mom got killed, She got put in foster home, never got to see her again. You remind me of her a bit, and your really sweat and don't deserve that."

Nicholai grabbed her by the waste and pulled her away from the edge, "then stay away from the edge" He smiled.

Turning to face him when he grabbed her and pulled her away from the edge, she pouted rather adorably and crossed her arms. "But I like the edge. And I'm not suicidal or anything," she said softly as she looked up at him, wrapping her arms around his neck and resting her head against him.

Nicholai laughed "I'm not taking any chances". He sat beside her "everything is going to be okay"

Smiling softly, she leaned over and kissed his lips gently before pulling away. "I didn't say it wouldn't be," she said softly and wrapped her arms around him.

Nicholai kissed her back. He sat there looking at the sky smiling.

After a little while, Juliette slowly pulled away from Nicholai and finally stood up. Taking his hand, she pulled him with her as she walked with him back inside. "I'm sorry for being so pessimistic."

"Oh..." Skyler felt bad that she asked that, she never knew what his answer was going to be, "I'm sorry I asked that, I don't want you to have to relive though's memories if you didn't want to..." Skyler took a bite of the pudding, "And really, thank you for caring... It means alot..."

Nicholai smiled "It's okay dear". He followed her back inside.

Without warning, Juliette paused and looked up at him with a wide smile. "I like that. 'Dear'. It has a nice ring to it," she said happily as she turned and leaned up, kissing his cheek affectionately.

Ryker smiled "it's okay, I think about her all the time". "and I always will". He finished his sandwich and started on his pudding.

Nicholai smiled "then that's who you will be". He walked down the steps and back to the hallway.

Smiling widely, Juliette followed closely, wrapping an arm around his waist. "Anything around that is good too. As long as you only call me a bitch when I deserve it," she laughed as she gently bumped into him.

Skyler takes a bite of the sandwich and then once she finishes the bite she smiles sweetly at Ryker, "You're really nice you know that?"

Nicholai looked down "i'm still sorry about that". He bumped her back smiling.

Ryker smiled "thanks, your pretty nice yourself" He laughed and finished eating. He wasn't sure why he was so drawn to her

Skyler laughed and continued to smile, "Ahhh, please, I can't help it." Skyler finished up her sandwich.

"I didn't say you weren't sweetheart," she said with a small grin as she kept walking beside him, feeling her stomach start to growl. It reminded her she didn't eat lunch, causing her to frown a bit. "Damn..."

Ryker noticed he was starring at her and quickly looked away. He felt so calm around her " so tell me something about you "

Nicholai heard her stomach growling and looked over "let's go get you something to snack on"

"Huh, something about me, what exactly do you wanna know?" Skyler asked then took a bite of pudding.

Brogan held her breath as he touched her waist "well, maybe later then" She smiled. She looked around making sure no one was there. "I must of made one hell of an impression" she laughed.

"That is a way to describe it." he said chuckling before letting go of her and moving away." Shall we meet again, not so much about the baby but to do something relaxing. I am sure you might need a small break."
