Fantasy Welcome to Limbo City

Taloora Miyagi

Blue-green oculars swept over the restaurant's interior again, before landing upon the latest three customers that had entered. Picking up three more menus on the way, the witch approached their table and offered an amiable twitch of her lips. "Welcome," she then greeted. She could sense that they were fellow supernaturals. A giant too - she hadn't come across one of those in a long time. Finally, people of interest!

"Take as long as you'd like to choose your orders." After setting the menus down in front of the two females and male, the witch slipped a hand into her half-kimono and plucked a notebook and pen out.

More people had slowly filed in, and the other staff went to go and cater to their needs.

(Might not have a chance for Taloora to interact with everyone in the restaurant, since they're all spread out. I'll try my best though! xD )

Chloe looked around the restaurant, observing different people. She caught the eye of a women at a singular table, whom she waved to and smiled. The women seemed to be mumbling to herself, looking rather sad.

Chloe wanted to help, so she go up, pulled up a chair next to her table and sat down. "Hai! Sorry if I'm intruding, I was just wondering what the problem was. You seemed to be sulking, even when the night is gorgeous!" After saying this, she looked outside in awe.

She then snapped back to the here and the now, saying, "I mean, just look at those lights!"

Lia turned her head toward the voice she heard speaking to her. "Hmm?" she mumbled, her green eyes glancing down at the girl's outfit. She saw that she was wearing a bright colored dress along with a pair of brightly colored shoes both in the same color. "Oh, not really a bad day. Just a very long, and busy, day at work." Lia nodded her head once then slowly brought the beer bottle to her lips. She figured she looked tired but she was actually wide awake. She quickly ran a hand through her hair and sat up straight in her seat. "I'm not tired though" she said with a smirk, just so the girl knew.

"Thanks. I'm going to need to take some time to think what I want since I haven't been here." Finnly looked at the menu, full of foreign food. He figured he would get the cheapest and non disgusting looking thing on there. He looked around and saw people eyeing the three of them. He was one of few giants in Limbo City but was it that big of a deal. Finnly scanned the menu and found a good looking dumplings for a low price. He ordered that.

"Yeah?" Michiko took a long sip of her drink, tucking a stay lock of orange hair behind her ear. "I know how that is. I just got off my shift - I'm a DJ here - but it feels like the night just started." She finished off her drink and signaled to the bartender for another one. "Actually, that might be because I got a little buzzed during my shift. But just a little."

It had been starting to fade a little, as she hadn't had that much, but it was starting to come back. "Name's Michiko, by the way."

After a little bit, Viktor decided to get a drink and went back to the bar, sitting on a stool this time. When the bartender came his way, he ordered a Mojito. When the bartender handed it to him, he turned on the stool and leaned back, propping an elbow on the bar and taking a drink before going back to his people watching. He tuned into a few conversations around the room with his vampiric hearing, but nothing interesting seemed to be going on with anyone. Not even a single mention of Hunters or any other sort of trouble, which was good.

Aya turned her head towards the newcomer. Her eyes sparked up in interest. "Well, it'd be even better if my date had shown up. Then again, who needs men?" She giggled quietly.

"It is beautiful tonight though." She glanced outside, noticing the lights for the first time tonight. "What's your name? I'm Amaya. You can call me Aya, or whatever other nickname you please."

"I'm Chloe! Pleased to make your acquaintance, Aya!" She exclaimed. Her face then lit up, as if she had just figured something out. She took out her notepad and pen for a brief moment, glancing at the three at the table near where she was sitting. She jotted down some notes, then clicked her pen. She looked over at Aya, then smiled. "Oops, old habit. Sorry. I was just writing down some stuff!"

She put the orange pen back in her pocket whilst reading some notes she had taken. "So, this is just random, but..." She looked at Aya, "You wouldn't happen to know how to get into that bar down the street would you? The one guarded by those burly guys in black. I have suspicions, but I have no clear idea why I can't get in..." She sighed.

"They always seem to have so much fun, but I am unable to meet anyone in there. I do enjoy discovery, and I think getting in there would be a huge leap to finding out more about the super-..." She cut herself off, as she almost said some very secret info. "Super... Amazing stuff! In that place! The one I was just talking about!" She quickly said, trying to make up for her blunder.

"It must be nice to work here. Don't have to worry about the humans" Lia said jokingly, thinking about how some of the men at the nightclub she works at are a bit perverted at times, especially when they're drunk. She smiled a tiny bit at the girl, quickly flashing her fangs as she smiled. "My name's Ophelia but you can call me Lia." She thought for a minute then smiled again. "I actually prefer to be called Lia but whatever" she shrugged. Lia looked down the bar and noticed a man sitting down not too far from them. She glanced at Michiko before calling towards him. "Hey" she said loud enough for him to hear her over the music.

Aya smiled at Chloe, happy to have met someone new. "The one down the street?" She turned in her seat to look out the window. She could see the large, scary looking guards a few buildings down. She looked back at Chloe, shrugging apologetically. "Sorry, no idea. I'm not much of a clubber, so I don't normally pay too much mind to them. Is there something strange about it?"

She remembered when she was younger her brother had mentioned certain clubs or restaurants exclusive to supernaturals. Perhaps it was one of them.

Logan Cross

A black 67 chevy impala was driving down on the secondary roads...

The driver was a young man in a blu-ish jacket.

"I'm pretty sure it was this direction...AH! here it is "- He said while heading towards a curve when his phone rang.

It was a
felow hunter:

"Hey Logan!I heard about a place that might interest you!"

"Hey John! a place huh? Where?- he asked

"it's a city called limbo. It seems to be a supernatural hotspot"

Ok, thanks.I'll go check it" - and he closed the phone

After a few hours of driving he finally Arrived at the city. He checked in on the nearest motel.It was almost midnight and he hadn't eaten all day so he asked for the receptionist were he could eat and she responded that there was an asian restaurant nearby

He went to the restaurant and sat next to a couple of people. He shifted his attention towards them.

"That guy's huge!"- he tought to himself. He then started to look around while waiting for a waitress.

Nix had been wondering the bar ,for some time now ,as long as they weren't any lesbians around,and sent by her friends, that was a plus for the night .she saw a bar ,she doesn't like drinking .she saw another guy and a few others drinking ,she sat down a seat away from one of them "do you guys have Pepsi ?"she asked the bartender ,he nodded yes ,but that was the.first person to ask him tonight ,he went to get her drink ready.

Viktor snapped to attention, slipping his focus from a pretty boring conversation about some sort of new department store a couple of fairies were having across the room to the voice beside him. He turned in the stool to look for the voice and noticed the girls sitting a couple of seats away. He took a drink from his glass, smiled, and nodded to them. "Hello!"

Lia returned the smile, her fangs showing once again. She was glad that she could actually show them to anyone since everyone here was supernatural anyway. Besides, they were sort of her pride so why not show them off to others? Lia got a better look at the man's face and thought he looked a little handsome, making her smile even more. "Come here. Join us" she offered, motioning with her hand for him to join them. "What's your name?" She chuckled softly to herself, hoping she didn't sound to creepy or anything.

@CarpeNoctem1213

"I'm Finnly Bone. Nice to meet you two." Hopefully he would get his food quickly and leave. These two were strange. One was a very perky girl and was more social while the other was silent and anti-social. Well, he had to hang out with them one way or another.

"That parts pretty nice." Michiko chuckled. "Still have to deal with obnoxious drunks, though."

She smiled. "Lia it is, then" A vampire, huh? Not surprising. Too bad there's no way of saying, 'Cool, I'm a fox with a bunch of tails and powers' short of transforming, and that's a little much, even for me.

Michiko watched the following exchange quietly, giving a small wave - just one flick of the wrist - as she started in her third cocktail.

after getting her Pepsi,she sat and turned her self around ,before watching everyone.mingle and laugh ,she took a sip and sighed after ,she didn't like clouds this happened to her most of the time .there was nothing else to do but either get drunk,or be a slut and sleep with some random guy you just met .she wasn't going to do any .

Phantom... Rose... Phantom-- Ah. Kiss found it. She'd just had to follow the booming bass reverberating through the night air. Nice place. She'd never been here before, though remembered hearing about it. Neck craned upwards, the wandering bartender walked forward-- Bump. Right into a large, towering... Man. She stared, blinking. I didn't know they built men like this, she openly stared, until she remembered her job. Is he a bouncer? I think so, he's in front of the entrance. The woman fumbled for her ID, pulling it out of a pocket on her pseudo-slacks. She was dressed for work, of course, wearing a black button-up vest-shirt for her top. The sleevelessness made her a tad cold here outside. But hey, if it all panned out, she wouldn't be here for long anyway.

"Can I see your boss?" she asked, dangling her ID by two fingers. Wait. Maybe it's not boss, that's more like the head-hancho bouncer. Who deals with drinks? "I mean, manager?" Is that the hierarchy at clubs? "Like, your owner." He gets I mean the club's owner, right? Not his personal owner... cuz that wouldn't be legal...

Viktor chuckled, his fangs flashing in the light, and stood, moving over to the stool beside them and sitting down, propping an elbow on the bar again and taking another drink. "Viktor Blackraven. And yourselves?" He said, extending a hand for them to shake. Shaking hands with people he'd just met was a formality Viktor had never really learned, or wanted, to break. He didn't know how modern society got along without such introductions in everday interactions.

Lia was a bit surprised when he put his hand out for them to shake. She noticed most people didn't do that anymore. She extended her arm out to shake his hand. "Ophelia but you can just call me Lia" she said with a genuine smile. "And this is Michiko, someone I just met." Lia quickly ordered a different alcoholic beverage this time, promising herself that it would be her last. She knew her limits and she didn't want to push them, especially in front of two other people she just met. "Have you been here before?" she asked him, not knowing that he was actually the owner of the club. She took a sip from her drink once the bartender handed it over to her then eyed Viktor.

TALOORA MIYAGI

Taloora scribbled the giant's order down onto the notepad in her hand, along with one female's request for tea. She then paused as the last girl asked for her suggestion, weighing her options. "How about Khao man gai? That's basically super tender chicken and rice, along with a variety of sweet and spicy sauces. It's not too wild or weird," offered the waitress, readying her pen again.

Out of the corner of her eye, the witch spotted another man entering the restaurant and seating himself. Human, she thought, gaze flickering back to the three she was tending to at the moment. The alabaster-haired woman would go to his table next, after she had dropped these orders into the kitchens.

Michiko shook his hand, grinning a bit. "People don't shake hands casually so much anymore these days. Kinda sucks, in my opinion." It was a lot easier to catalogue appearances when you shook hands with everyone you met. "I usually get weird looks when I try to initiate them, though." She chuckled.

Michiko saw the look Lia was giving Viktor and smirked. She finished off her drink and got up. "I think I just saw someone I know, actually. I'll see you later."

Another girl was moping at the bar, and she walked over to her and sat down. "This a club, not a bar, you know. You drink here to have fun." She got another drink from the bartender. "You look miserable. Can I buy you a drink?"

@claryfawn

Nix looked at her "Ya, if I had anyone to have fun with "she took a sip of her Pepsi again,""i don't drink, it's not in my kind "she glanced at the girl,as she took another drink from the bartender "what's your name by the way anyways ?"she had to ask,since she was already talking to her anyways. I guess she'll some kind of conversation , forcing herself really .

@ganymede

"Oh? Okay." Michiko moved onto another drink. She was starting to get buzzed, and decided on only having a couple more. She felt her 3 tails pop out as the edges of her senses blurred, but didn't care enough to concentrate on poofing them out. "Most people don't come to clubs without friends or drinks to help them." She laughed a little. "You're kinda weird. Or maybe interesting." She laughed again.

"I'm Michiko. You?"

@claryfawn

Viktor nodded to Michiko as she stood, motioning to the bartender for another drink. "Good to meet you." He said, chuckling as Lia asked him if he'd ever been to the club before, turning his attention back to her. "I've been here since day one, actually. I'm the owner." He gave her a mischievous grin.
