Fantasy Welcome to Limbo City

L0ki

I'm a LoneWolf.I do not have enemies...nor allies.
Limbo City. A city where dreams are made and stories are told. The people of the city take part in their daily activities. Whether that's work, enjoying the nightlife, or even finding something quiet for themselves. Whatever it is, this city is always moving and hardly ever rests.

That being said, there is more to Limbo than is seen. Things that not even the residence have noticed. Funny thing is that it's happening right under their noses. Within Limbo City is another universe. A supernatural universe. A place where vampires and weres struggle to live in the same world as their ancient rival, while keeping their secret from the humans.

There isn't just vampires and wers that know of this world. A few trusted humans are allowed to dwell in and know the truth. Then again there are those who are not wanted in their world. The ones that hunt these creatures for fun, money, or whatever reason they have for skinning pelts and mounting fangs.

While these two worlds exist in one city, it's only a matter of time before they come together for better or for worse.

It was a moody night in Limbo. A perfect night for the unknown, for the supernatural beings. Not many men know about these beings, but they have been here since the beggining...

Day: 26th April Time: 23:39 moon: First Quarter

Loki was home in bed, but he couldn't sleep as he kept having nightmares.

He sat on his bed and Looked at his watch.Because he couldn't sleep he decided to have a walk.He changed the clothes and grabbed his pocket watch.

He left his apartment and Examined the place:

"Well, where to go now?" - he tought to himself - "I could always go have a drink..."

He decided to go to a club he frequented alot.It was a club ment exclusively for supernaturals. The club wasn't far from his house, it was about 15 minute on foot.

He finally arrived, and got the usual race check, as the security only let Supernaturals in. Loki sat next to the bartender table and asked for a beer.

Nix was always at the studio making up moves her own ,she was working really hard ,not wanting to go home yet .she couldn't ,not yet anyways .her friends wanted to go to a club tonight ,she was thinking about it a bit .before actually saying yes ,she would finish up before going with the night plans .

"I hate this ,and it better not be a weird lesbian club you took me to last time .."she said through her phone as she looked at herself in the mirror talking to one of other friends that was going along with them, they didn't know her powers or her supernatural abilities ,the club they wanted to go to was far from where she lived .

Finnly was destroying the last part of the old cloth store. He went straight to his apartment after work. Finnly never went anywhere unless it was work or the store. The giant went to go make a sandwich. Fridge was empty. Guess he had to wait till morning to get some stuff. He didn't like going out at night. To much danger involved, succubus, vampires, spider people. They all made Finnly stay inside at all times. Maybe he would go to a cafe for once he thought. He decided to go out for once and headed out for a search for a cafe. He heard from other workers that there was a nice Asian restaurant somewhere. He would probably head there for dinner.

Viktor stared thoughtfully at the computer screen in front of him, his feet propped up on the desk. After a few minutes of thought he clicked a few keys on the keyboard in his lap. The computer let out a faint beep and he placed the keyboard back on the desk, putting his feet down and standing.

He made his way out of his office and down the hall, opening a door at the end and emerging behind the bar. The pounding bass of the music made him smile faintly as he hopped onto the counter behind the bar, facing the dance floor. His bright purple eyes flickered around, watching the people dance, or try to dance, in some cases.

When she got dressed she put on a black dress, and white heels .she sighed looking in the mirror ,not wanting to go .but when their care pulled up,I locked up and went into the car "please tell me this is not going to anything weird ?"she asked them getting in and buckling up "don't worry it won't be "her friend said next to her

TALOORA MIYAGI

The restaurant was always busy at this time of the evening - dusk in particular. Miyagi Thai stayed open quite late into the night, since that was the time in which supernatural activity was at its peak. Humans cast the late hours in which the business stayed open until as another one of those 'open for 24 hours' trends that a lot of places in the city chose to do.

The alabaster-haired woman swept from table to table, setting dishes down in front of those whom had ordered them, clearing finished dishes and questioning customers on how their meal had been. She fit in rather perfectly with the whole decor of the restaurant's interior. The only contrast would probably have been the darker hues she chose to wear, unlike the other staff who were clad in kimonos of paler colours. The day had been relatively boring in regards to the amount of gossip and rumours she had picked up. There didn't seem to be too much going on. A lot of humans were here too, which the witch assumed would change soon enough with the onset of darkness within the city. Hopefully something of interest would rear its head.

The giant found the place. It looked descent to eat. He entered and waited for some service. It was packed with humans and almost no supernatural creatures. A lot of humans thought him as a big guy, they refereed him to some basketball players. He didn't know basketball so he kept quiet. He sat down on the nearest chair.

Ophelia had been busy with work for the past couple hours. People just never stopped coming in the nightclub. Luckily, she had only about half an hour left on the shift. As there was nothing else to do for the moment, Lia sat at the bar and chatted up a co-worker. The co-worker was human and had no idea that Lia was a vampire but she was decent enough to have a conversation. Time passed and before she knew it, the thirty minutes was up. Lia took no hesitation in getting out of there as fast as she could. She got out of the nightclub and took a deep breath before she started to walk to a different place of interest. There was a club only for supernaturals like herself and she was shocked that she never heard of it until a few weeks back. She now had to chance to check it out. She easily got past the security, glancing her fangs at them. Once she was in, her green eyes scanned the club as she slowly made her way to the bar and sat down.

The crowd swelled. The night, young. Music played a little too loudly. Patrons had to shout to have their orders heard. And Kiss had to cup her had over her ear. "Kiss!" her co-worker yelled over the noise, "Go in the back and get a case of Triples', we're out!" Easy as done. Kiss removed herself, forgetting to nod to the busy man, though he took for granted she was doing it. Arching under the bar, she turned the bend and slipped into the back. The music was muffled here where they kept all the alcohol. The cases of beer, and bottles of spirits galore. Kiss stared at the shelves. And then returned to the bar.

"Kiss! The hell, where're the Tr--" "It's not there, Dav." "What? We ordered twelve cases--" "There was very much no cases." "Oh god," he sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Got get some." "Where would they have--" "From that nightclub that's right down-- you know where I'm talking about." "How--" "Go ask." That sounds old school... and not what people do anymore... Kiss thought. It isn't too far away, though... Worst they can say is no... and gimme a funny look...

"And don't come back till you have it!"

Forgetting to nod, Kiss left.

Once they had arrived at the strange club nix looked around ,the smell of supernatural was in the cold air and the night sky,she saw there was a club near by ."guys-"she looked around seeing by that there was a different club for them of course ,she looked back before ditching them and going to the other one .the guards looking st her strangely, she hated showing them off ,rolling her eyes and slowly spreading her wings "can I come in now, wait I can "she walked ,they moved away eyeing her before she got lost in the crowd.

Chloe started to get ready for a night of exploration. Every other day, she would go out and explore the night. She would find people of all kinds, but tonight felt special to her. Oh, she was so excited she couldn't wait! She braided her hair, got on her night dress, and put the notepad in her dresses pocket.

She heard loud music coming from that one bar across the street she could never get into. It sounded like they were having a blast! If only she could get in... But, oh well! She took a cup of hot coffee she had just made, and was taking the staircase down to the main floor 3 at a time.

When she got to the bottom of the apartment complex, she opened the door wide, and took in the fresh air. "Ahh... Smells like discovery!"

Ophelia looked out at everyone on the dance floor, watching them dance. To her amusement, a few weren't that talented in the art. She watched as a man tried to grab a lady's attention by dancing in front of her but his moves were not prepossessing at all. Lia shook her head lightly as she turned around in her seat, throwing her long brown hair over her shoulder. She looked down the bar for someone working there, wanting to order a drink. She felt like she needed to loosen up a bit, especially from her long and laborious shift at work.

Chloe walked out into the cold streets, smiling and fawning over strange things. She loved the way the lights reflected off the water in the streets, and how tall some of the buildings were. Then, the bar's bright lights appeared on one of the puddles.

She longingly looked towards the bar, feeling moderately left out but curious all the same. She walked towards the bar, trying not to seem like she was, but failing miserably.

When she arrived at the door, she was stopped by the burly looking guards, as always. One of them seemed to grunt a hello though the other just glared at her. Chloe waved at the one who had tried to say hello. She then asked, "So... Why can't I come in again? It must have slipped my mind..."

Blown-out Candle Wishes

Introduction

Marseille stared at the bouquet of carnations in her hands. Montpellier looked at her smiling, "do you like them? I know your favorite color is green but I got them in yellow so you'll think of me!" Her older sister looked on proudly and Marseille forced herself to smile, "I love them." She opened the door to let her sister in and gestured to the stools near the table as she went to the backroom behind the kitchen, "Sit. I'll go put these in a vase for now and transfer them to a proper pot later. Did you get these at a regular market?"

The carnations were beautiful and Montpellier did her a favor by buying the flowers she'll need later for a potion. But, the ribbon holding them together, with a light delicate charm giving bright, happy energy made her uncomfortable. There was no need to go through so much trouble when she'll just untie it. When she did and the flowers spread out, a card fell out.

Picking it up, she read
'Happy Birthday, Lovebug! There's a coupon on the back for that restaurant you like so much! -Montpellier'. Just like promised there was a coupon and Marseille smiled a little more genuinely this time. Using the same ribbon that tied the flowers together, she tied her curly hair into a ponytail. She walks back to her sister, flowers in a vase, and placing them on the table.

"I went out and bought them in an organic farm or something. Nothing witch related so the flowers are as virgin as they come, these days." Montpellier rolls her eyes in annoyance. It's true many flowers from the witches's market are coming in with magic in their petals already. It's why she grows her own but there are alway rare flowers that aren't in her garden. Marseille takes out the coupon and places it on the table, "come with me. It's my birthday, we might as well..." Celebrate. She shrugs like she doesn't really care but Montpellier nods and smiles wide again. Marseille can already tell it's worth the awkward social short-comings she'll experience later.

Blown-out Candle Wishes

Restaurant

Marseille and Montpellier stood inside the restaurant filled with witches and warlocks alike, waited to be seated. It made Marseille stand closer to Montpellier which was a little ridiculous because it's not like anyone will attack them or more importantly her sister but the over protective urge is still there.

"I went to the main house, today. Luna and Dmitry say hi and wish you happy birthday."

Marseille rolls her eyes. She doesn't want to talk about this and hopes a waitress comes in, ready to distract Montpellier away from what will be an awful conversation.

(@Ktulu kinda need you here)

Club Security Guards

The door of the club was guarded by two men. They looked like the men in black, black suit, black tie and dark sunglasses, even though it was almost midnight.

The guards attention shifted to the woman and one of them spoke:

"Sorry, miss , but only people on the list are allowed to enter the club" - he said in a tone that looked calm but also a bit menacing. - " we hope you understand "

After saying this, the guard Stepped back and looked away, while the other told her to leave.

Finnly noticed the two witches come in. Of course he didn't know they were witches, for all he knew they were overdressed woman. He didn't like being near people like this. They could be bandits or even worse shapeshifters. He heard the cry of people who tried to escape the monsters. Finnly tried to keep his distance to try and not be the next victim. But to be safe he shyly smiled at them.

Viktor's eyes shifted to the door, watching a pretty large number of people stream through the doors. It was probably going to be one of their busiest nights in a while, which was good. He loved to see fellow supernaturals here where it's safe rather than out and about where they could be discovered. He shrugged to himself. No sense in such thought. He'd been busy since they opened and wanted to actually have some fun now.

He hopped off the bar and walked around to the other side, toward the dance floor. The DJ was playing something new he didn't recognize. Something with heavy bass and an EDM style. It had a good beat, in his opinion, which he easily moved in time to as he started dancing.

Chloe sighed, then said, "I thought as much... But, the night is still young! There are so many things to be discovered!" And with that, she walzed away, looking around. She decided to take her notepad out, and write a note about the bar.

Find a way to enter? Yeah!

She jotted, smiling as if she was ready for the challenge.

She then realized that, her stomach was growling. As such, she put the notepad away, and clicked the pen, before hiding it away in her pocket as well. She noticed that fancy restaurant across the way, and hurriedly walked towards it.

Maybe some chicken or something...

She had forgotten what the menu was, so she set her mind on chicken.

Blown-out Candle Wishes

Restaurant

Marseille eyes widen at her luck, it wasn't a waitress but a giant that distracts Montpellier from the conversation. He gives them a shy smile and to his misfortune, direct eye contact. Montpellier pounces on any kind of social interaction given to her like a lion with a prey. Her eyes widen before turning to Marseille and she groans inwardly. She should have known it wouldn't go her way. Montpellier has that look in her eyes where she desperately wants to make new friends. It usually ends in tears but perhaps this time it won't. Giants are known being kinder than most supernaturals.

With a sigh of resignation, she lets herself be dragged to the table where the giant was seated. Montpellier gave her the free chair and tugged one from an empty table for herself.

"Hi! Today is my sister's birthday and we have a coupon. Want to split a check?"

Marseille pointedly doesn't look at the both of them as she sits down and turns away to stare at the door.

Lia ordered a beer for herself from the bartender and looked around once again, noticing more people have entered the club. She didn't realize it was that popular and she still couldn't believe that she never came before tonight. In Lia's opinion, a club only for supernaturals was a better club than any other. She felt safer. She slowly sipped on her beer while listening to the loud music and just enjoying some time by herself. Once she was finished with her beer she sighed, a bit disappointed, then ordered another one. She wanted to dance but she couldn't bring herself to actually get up and move.

Chloe walks into the restaurant, looking around. At night, it was surprisingly active. She suspected why, and got excited. She shoved her hand in her 3rd dress pocket, fishing out her wallet. It was decorated with question marks, and on the inside exclamation points.

She opened it, and found a 20 dollar bill she had gotten as a tip... That guy was so nice! She put the questionable wallet back in the pocket where she had transferred it from. She began walking over to an empty table near three people: A large and bulky man, and 2 young girls. Chloe sat down, and looked around the restaurant.

The giant was surprised and scared that the two girls sat by him. He had money, but with rent and bills it came down to about $30. He thought nothing was wrong about sharing the cost of a meal. Besides, it was this girl's birthday and they did have a coupon. "Sure, I see nothing wrong with that." Hopefully they weren't going to kidnap him and make him suffer the rest of his lie. It would be fun hanging out for once.

Michiko's shift at the night club had just ended - but she wasn't about to go home yet. The night scene was too much fun and it was just starting to get crowded. She was probably overdressed, with her high wedge heels and poofy knee length dress, both in bright turquoise, but she didn't care.

She took an empty seat next to a girl with long brown hair who looked tired and a bit miserable. She ordered a cosmopolitan and turned to her.

"Someone looks like they had a bad day, " she said, a slight smirk on her face.

@The Awakened Moon

Aya sighed, glancing around the room. This was her first date in nearly two months, and the guy hasn't even shown up. The place was nice though, a cute little Asian cuisine restaurant.

She unlocked her phone, checking the time. "That's an hour and fifteen minutes late. He could still come, right?" She mumbled to herself. "Oh, who am I kidding." She'd been waiting for him to arrive to order, but decided that he just wasn't coming.

She began to look over the menu, deciding what to eat, when two strangely dressed women came into the restaurant. They sat with a surprisingly large man, and soon a girl with a really weird wallet followed behind them, sitting at a table near theirs. "Are they..." She bit her lip and shook her head. It wasn't her business.
