A human girl has just moved to a new town with her family, little does she know a coven of vampires live there. And the local high school? Mostly the blood-suckers. Only a handful of humans among the 300 students there. The school's "playboy"/ladies-man is Allister Pierce, a 204 year old vampire, though he looks about 17. Vampire and human girls alike are played by this pompous, egotistical, selfish, idiotic boy... Will the new girl fall for his charm? Or will she see past it?


And what about when she notices how many of the students have two little wounds along their necks? Something's fishy here and she knows it..

Poppy getting ready for school. This was her first day at the school. Hoping that she would make friends here. Saying bye to her mom and dad as she left for school. She walked on the sidewalk. The trees in bloom with the most beautiful red flowers. She smiled as she reached up and took a red flower from the tree limb. She smelled it as she walked. The school wasn't to far from where she lived with her family. Making her way to the school. Heading in she goes to the office. Getting what she needed from there. She walks out and follows the map to her first class. Not really looking at the others as she went. She got to her class and had the teacher sign her slip. She sits down in the set and gets her things ready for class to start. Looking around the room.

Eli hurriedly gets out of bed with ten minutes to spare before school starts. He decides to use his vampiric speed to make it there on time, slowing down and walking as a human would as he enters his first class. He smirks at the teacher's glare as he walks in late with no excuse, "Go on, girl. I won't bother you." He says with a chuckle before walking over and sitting down. He spots a new girl and a wicked grin crosses his expression. He gets up and walks to her, sitting in the seat beside her, "Hey. How're you, cute?" He asks with a wink.

Watching Eli come in Poppy was kind of shocked. Talking like that to a teacher. But she couldn't help but laugh a little. Looking to to teacher as she gets things ready for class. Glancing sideways at Eli. A small smile plays on her face. "Hey, I am doing fine. How are you doing?" He was the first person to talk to her. She was a little nervous but didn't let it show. And why would he come and talk to her anyways? He didn't know her. Looking to him. Her big deep green eyes, smiling. He was kind of handsome though. She couldn't fight that.

Eli smirks. This girl seemed like she didn't realize his flirting... Well, it'll become clear soon enough and he'd have another notch on his belt, so to speak. "Oh, I'm good. This your first day?" He asks, deciding to turn on the charm and use his polite voice. Girls liked a gentleman, right?

She laughs to her self. "Oh I am sure that you are. Yes this is my first day here. Moved here with my family. So new girl!" Oh god really she just told that to him. She blushed, god she going to make a fool of her self. Then it will get around that she is the type to the do that here at the school. Great this all going so good.

Eli chuckles, "You're really cute, you know that?" He says honestly, with a smile. "Not many girls around here like you... Wanna maybe hang for awhile after class?" He knows he's going a bit fast with this girl, but... Who knows, maybe she's into it?

Poppy blushed some as he asked her. It would be nice to hang out with someone. Being new here made hanging out hard. She smiled "Why thank you. Oh I am just me. But nice to know that you think so. Well of course I am one of kind." She teased. "Sure why not. Just have to have me home at a good time." Oh my god really did she just say that. She didn't know what was wrong with her.

Eli chuckles, "Deal. We can go out, get some food and then go to the park?" He suggests, actually getting a bit excited for this. He'd never met a girl who was so open with teasing the way she was, it honestly feels like a breath bof fresh air to Eli.

Poppy smiles. "Sounds great to me." She smiles at Eli. "Oh by the way my name is Poppy. I forgot my name there for a little bit. I think it might be your good looks. That made me forget." She laughed as she teased.

Eli smirks and quirks an eyebrow, "I'm Eli. And you'll have to get used o that, because I only get better and better. He winks once more to her,turning up his charm a bit more as he runs his fingers through his red and black hair. " So where did you move to? Like, what street, I mean? Since, of course, I'll have to take you home tonight." He says with another wink, deciding he'll milk this whole 'new kid' thing for as much as he can get.

She smiles "Nice to meet you Eli. Oh do I now, hmmm we will have to see about that won't we." She tossed her hair to side. He was going to play this was he. She could play it to. Her mind starts to work, trying to remember what the name of the street is. For the life of her she couldn't remember it. "Well I just live down the street from the school. I don't know the name right off the top of my head." She smiles .

Eli smirks and nods, "Not a problem." He suddenly stands up, taking Poppy's hand and starting out the door despite the fact that class was still goimg on. The teacher gives him a dirty look but doesn't try to stop him,suggesting that this happens a lot.

Poppy was shocked as Eli took her hand. Looking at the teacher does he do this a lot. "Your looks much work on everyone Eli?" She follows him out of the class room, "Even if you get dirty looks for her." She smiles. This was actually really fun, she had never left out of class for no good reason. Well she this was a good enough reason it seems.

Eli smirks, "People do what I want them to do, and they let me do what I want. It's a silent agreement with everyone here." In reality, Eli is the only son of the leader of the Vampric Council, so all other vampires, no matter how much older their are or what position they are in the human world to Eli, must allow him to do whatever he likes. "It's part of my good looks, ya know?" He teases, taking out outside then leisurely walking down the sidewalk.

Poppy smiles. "Well I can understand how they would be under your good looks spell. Though it might not work that well with me." She stopped her self talking. "You may have gotten me to come with you today. But you see I am not like other girls. I eat as much as I want. Say what is on my mind. So you will have fun learning more about me." She was being brave with him. Though she liked being her self. Her ex hated that about her. But oh well, she liked who she was. And that is who Eli would see.

Eli smirks, "Good. I prefer girls like you to fake ones. I don't care if you eat a lot, go ahead and stuff your face. I'll buy you al the food you could possibly eat." He chuckles before shrugging and turning down another street ,toward the main part of town, "In fact, there's this huge cafe down this way that has an all-you-can-eat 'happy hour'. It's going on now, if you wanna go?"

Poppy laughs. "This face is to pretty to stuff." Knowing that she didn't get to eat anything for breakfast as she left this morning. She smiles "You know you that sounds amazing Eli." Holding his hand was kind of odd, but it was nice to actually hold hands. Even with someone that she just met at school.

Eli quirks an eyebrow, "What?" He asks, leading her to the cafe anyway despite her saying her face was too pretty. Though, he must admit that she's gorgeous, she was going to eat.

Poppy giggles, "Oh I was just teasing you Eli. In my last school I was what you call plain. Nothing special of pretty about me. Think that is why my ex left me." She shut her mouth fast. Not wanting to go into all that. Eli wouldn't care about her past. Trying to change the subject. "So Eli tell me a little about your self?"

Eli quirks an eyebrow, "Anyone who would've left you is an idiot." He says simply before shrugging, walking into the cafe, and leading Poppy to a seat. "What do you want to know? I'm Eli, I'm 17, and I think you're incredibly hot."

Poppy smiles "I knew there was a reason a came with you. You are very honest. You don't hide behind lies like others do." Poppy sets down and blushes up at Eli. "Wow hot really. I am flatter Eli." She pushes her hair back. "It only gets better." She teased at him. "Well what do you like to do for fun?"

Eli rolls his eyes playfully before leaning back in his chair, "Hmm." He decides to mess with her a bit. "Well, you see. Considering the fact that I'm a 200 year old vampire, I love stalking humans, chaining them up in my basement, aaaaand drinking their blood. And you're my next victim, mwahahahaha!"
