Alicia shrugged, maybe he was right, maybe he wasn't. She wasn't entirely to sure, and the fight from earlier only proved she wasn't, at-least to her. "Yeah..Maybe you're right." She replied. She was a little surprised that a demon of all things, despite not being evil and helping her, was concerned for her safety. "I'll try not to. But it's my job to keep people safe, so in the end it's only inevitable." She told him simply. "Though..I have to ask, why are you so concerned for me?" She asked him.

"First to Nilliar, a small village nearby, and then to a city up north, the real challange will start as soon as we leave Nilliar, since a few enemies of mine are trying to ambush me." Lazarus said, keeping is calm tone even when talking about his enemies. "So...how much?"

Eve ran after him her feet light on the ground, she sighed quietly and walked next to him. Pulling her hood up she walked slightly ahead of him.

"Our cult is trying to keep the balance between good and evil, the dark lords are getting stronger so we are trying to help all the good people we can find." Rel assumed, looking down. "Especially that hero turned demon, I tried to get his soul before the dark lords, but it was too late." he said in his emotionless tone, but he looked like he was blaming himself.

Michi sighed. She realized the man wouldn't leave her alone 100 gold.." she said as she said a random number. "it was cheap but hey, it would help her train with a sword

Lazarus just give to her the purse, inside there was atleast 400 gold. "Stay with it...as a gift..." he was waiting for her next reaction but changed his mind. "So...shall we go?" Lazarus asked, hoping that she actually work for him and not running away with his money.

"If you can follow me...." Lazarus joked as he started heading east for atleast 20 minutes. "Here it is, the path to Nilliar, we can make it in atleast another ten minutes if nothing stops us. " he said, now heading north in the path, after atleast 4 minutes, a man standed in the path. "Lazarus, you will pay for what you did." he said before he ran towards them, holding a large steel greatsword.

Michi had her crossbow out in one hand and her sword in another. "I wouldnt do that." she said as she unleashed an arrow straight for the man

The arrow hit the man in the torso, but it looked like he had a high endurance to pain, when the man tried to attack Lazarus, he quickly dodge the attack(the guy isn't trained with the swords and Lazarus have increased agility and well, greatswords are slow as f) and slipped his twins daggers out of his sleeves. "You will see about that." he growled, lunging at the man and stabbing his back twice. "Shoot him in the head!" he yelled, pulling the daggers out of his flesh, but while doing so, the man hit his torso with the left shoulder.

Alicia nodded slowly. "I see..well it's nice to know I'm not the only one trying to stop it." She replied. Though, when he said cult, she expected something more along the lines of people worshiping Rel as a deity and less of trying to help save the world. "What hero?" She asked, confused. While she may be a Goddess, she didn't exactly know everything possible to know at any given time. It was mostly a title and what she was than some official position of power.

Michi ran towards the man. She flipped over him and caused him to go to one knee. She then aimed the crossbow at pointblank range and fired into his head

Rel looked up at her. "I don't remember exactly his name, but he fought in a war, if I am not wrong 100 years ago." He kept his emotionless tone. "And well, the dark lords won...and they got his soul..."

The man fell dead on the ground . "See...that's what...I'm talking...about." he talked, clearly looking he was pain, with atleast a broken or wounded rib. "Check his pockets...see if you can find any message about him being hired." he said, slowly standing back up.

She added sadly, frowning slightly. She wished she could remember far enough back to remember if she was involved in that war or not, but sadly she couldn't. "Do you think there's a way to help him?" She asked.
