Breaker sat down in his throne-like chair and watched as the tiny imps slaved away, trying to cut out the walls. The sound of metal against rock echoed throughout the underground chamber as their picks hit the stone. He stood up and took his sword, he then walked out of the underground chamber.

The sparse purple forest he stood in reeked of the smell of death and as he walked through there were many corrupted animals that could be seen too. When he stepped out of the forest and stood in a completely flat purple field there was a tiny army of around a hundred men standing in front of him, they all seemed to be knights armed with spears or swords. Oliver didn't really care, he would cut these men down too and that would be it.

Flashback:

Jinn was 32 at that time, it was before his clash with a vampire elder . He was a member of Visco Dun Ra's group of mercenary, Dust Bite. Their group was hired by a king from the northern kingdom to exterminate the group of demons that has been gathering at sometime. Little do they know that there is something far more sinister waiting for them.

After a few days of travelling they are only a mile away from their destination. They can already sense the malevolent presence of hundreds of demons. Looking at each other, they all look tensed. No one from them has ever faced such a big group of demons. The information that was lend to them was scarce. They're all surprised, but because of their pride, they carried on their mission.

Jinn, because of his cleverness is the one that made a plan. The first day was all spent on resting. On the next day, the big fight had started. All was going good as planned until.

Arrrgghhhh!!!!

One of their members was impaled. His body was raised by the sword, then went limp. The demon, wearing full armor in a horned helmet, threw it aside and started laughing. They all charged blinded with rage. They ignored the other demons and started to swing for the demon who killed their comrade. A full battle went on, trees are cut down, blood splattered at their faces. Because they shunned the other demons, they are all surrounded without noticing it. Their leader, Visco, had already concluded that it was a hopeless case, they're done, they've failed, they're gonna die. Before the demons swarmed them, Visco grabbed Jinn by the armor and told him "You're brave Jinn, the smartest of us all. You have to live no matter what. Spread our story if you must or just keep it with you if you want. I'll be always watching you. Live and be strong, I know someday, you'll surpass me. Please, don't repeat what happened here. Make wise decisions. Goodbye brother." Teary eyed, he proceed to muster all his strength. He grabbed Jinn by his hand,

spins several times to gain momentum prior to releasing. When Jinn landed, he was about 500 meters away. He tried to comeback but he heard Visco shout. "Run Jinn! Don't look back! Don't waste my effort of throwing you off and making all that dramatic goodbye! GHAHAHA I love you brother! We're family after all!

Jinn ran with all his might, crying, knowing that it will be the last time that he would ever see them alive.

Michi sat up in a tree. She was waiting for her bounty subject to walk by. She was using her keen hearing in order to listen. But the sound of an army was close by. Maybe her prey had gone towards the army instead. She hopped from tree to tree to see better. She came to the edge of a clearing. She saw a single man cutting down an army of about a hundred. This was her prey. She notched an arrow and took aim. Waiting for her opportunity. She kept her eye on the target. He was a couple feet away but it was still possible for her to miss.

After had cut down the men down quite a few demonic hound-like creatures appeared and began eating from the corpses which, where rotting at an unusually fast speed. He stood there watching the hounds as they devoured the corpses. The blood on his sword and armor was quickly dispersing. "Worthless peasants."

Michi took her shot. She knew exactly when to fire it, When her prey's guard was down. She was a trick shot with the bow. The arrow hit its mark, but on the wrong side then she anticipated. She aimed for his heart but hit the right side of him. It only stuck into his armor "Crap...." she whispered to herself. "I missed my intended mark..." she looked at her prey and tried to step into the heavy foliage of leaves in the tree she was in.

@Elemtiac

Breaker grunted as the arrow hit him but, he didn't have much more of a reaction. He looked at the trees around him and since he didn't know which tree the arrow had came from he decided he would just burn the all. Purple energy gathered around his blade and after a few seconds formed a sort of purple fire surrounding his blade. He aimed his blade at the trees and hurled a ball of purple fire at the foliage.

Michi got out of the tree she was in just in time to miss the fire ball. "Ugh.... " she said. She had a nasty fall. she wasn't bleeding or anything, she just fell on her butt. She got up and looked at Breaker. Her wolf ears twitched as she slowly picked her bow up. Once she did she just kept looking at him. She wasn't going to lose her ground.

Along with the hundreds of chosen individuals to put an end to Breaker's reign was Jinn. As they attack, he only stood, he never moved an inch. His face was blank, not showing emotions nor feeling any. All he has in mind is to observe, find his target's weakness and exploit it. Though knights, mercenaries, and warriors charge it doesn't seem to be successful. He starts to walk forward, trying to determine what kind of enemy he will fight. Everyone are still going past him, they even disregard the hell hounds that are eating the fallen warriors. They look like they have only one thing in mind, to kill Breaker. 50 feet away, he began to recognize Breaker. He looks familiar, like he have seen him somewhere before. Looking a little bit closer, he remembered him, he is the demon responsible of the death of his comrades. So, it's you again. He said dryly. Jinn felt that he observed enough, but before he start his onslaught, an arrow came flying from the forest. The forest is abundant of trees so it is hard to pinpoint the assailant. The arrow is stuck on Breaker's armor. Even though he is hit, he doesn't seem to be bothered. Breaker raised his sword and pointed it at the trees from the direction where the arrow came from. A purple ball of fire began to form. As it reach its peak, it was sent towards the line of trees. In an instant, the area where it hit was burnt. He saw this as an opportunity to attack. He used a technique from Yagu Shinkage-ryu, the Chaotic Moon. It launched several shadow blades around Breaker. (because the shadow blade came from different direction it makes it hard to impossible to know where Jinn is. Well, the exception is if breaker already saw Jinn).

Michi stood. It seemed like an eternity that her and Blaster had been locked eyes. then all of a sudden shadow blades were flying towards Him. She took her chance and launched her attack. She had her blades out and rushed towards him. He had to block either the blades or her. There is no way he could do both.

@Elemtiac

Breaker grunted as the shadow blades hit him rapidly. He looked around, but only saw the ground under him and not very much more. He decided on what to do and purple energy began gathering around his blade again as he prepared another chaos spell. He raised his sword with both hands and pointed it towards the ground as if he was going to stab it down into it.

Michi saw he was about to stab the ground. She was too close to stop her attack. She jumped and flipped her blade. She hoped to land ontop of his head.

A figure, distinguished in the foliage only by the darker shade of contrasting maroon to the vivid greens of the leaves, sat discreetly in the lively treetops as he observed the battle between bounty hunter and king. His back lie flat against the immense trunk of the tree, and his legs hung off the edges of the branch as limply as an apple would off of its stem. A malicious smirk had twisted his lips as blood was drawn, hand eagerly on the hilt of the blade clipped to the side of his hip, and a sense of desperation to join the skirmish.

With the small number of troops, labeling a little over a hundred, one could easily portray that this was not a grand-scale war. Yet considering that this number of troops were deployed to target a single figure, the attacking force must either not be afraid to experience casualties or this figure was one to be contended with. It amused him how simply this warlord easily managed to scrape away at this many of the troops, yet held trouble when retaliating against a lone archer firing at a slow pace. It was Rais's bad luck that he never practiced offensive in the range category, but hand-to-hand combat was where he excelled and made up for that mistake.

The cloaked figure leapt out from his position on the treetops, losing sight of the skirmish for a split second before regaining his bearing and refocusing his vision to watch them yet again. His advance was painstakingly slow, in a suspenseful manner that would keep those watching blinkless until he finally reached his destination. Rais followed the camouflage the foliage had given him,nstaying within the treeline until he was meters away from the blast radius the larger male figure had sent towards the archer. He had his right hand rested on the blade hanging from his left hip, and left hand reaching over to his right shoulder where another blade hung clipped to his back. Rais was prepared for battle if he was attacked, or one had succumbed to the barrage of the other.

As Rais made his way past the foliage, the battle took a turn in the archer's favor as blades formed from the shadows erupted and made their way to pierce the hulking figure. His lips curled into a smirk, as the battle between the three became much more interesting. Of course, he could intervene and become a fourth, in the warlord's favor and attack he archer.. yet that would mean hastening the end result.

Breaker stabbed his blade into the ground, at first, nothing happened and breaker just stood there with his blade still in the ground looking straight forward at the soldiers who were charging at him. After a few seconds, giant cracks began forming in the ground around him, all of the cracks radiated with a purple glow as they slowly opened in the ground. When they had completely formed they stopped glowing and you could see that they were filled with hellhounds and other horrible demonic creatures.

Quite a few soldiers seemed to fall into these cracks and be devoured by the creatures. breaker let out a cold laugh even though he couldn't see thanks to the shadow blades but he could still hear the screams of agony from the worthless peasants. He had completely forgotten about the archer on his head somehow

Michi stabbed her blade straight down onto Breakers shoulder, missing his head by a bit, she wraps around and slices around Breakers arm with the blade that is stuck. She frees it once she is on the ground and she is behind him. She stands up and waits for him to turn around

breaker turns around facing the unknown archer. He can't remember ever having seen this archer before, oh no wait this is the one that tried to shoot him in the heart. He swings his sword at her a few times deliberately missing trying to push her into the cracks. Fire could be seen coming from where the cut was.

michi was agile enough to dodge and step onto the stable land around the cracks. She looked at him smugly as she jumped back a bit. When She was within a safe distance as she notched a couple arrows and shot at him. (Letting you decide if they hit.)

The arrows having hit Breaker, he was starting to get annoyed by these pesky peasants, and the shadow blades now having dispersed he decided it was time for him to take his leave, he raised his sword in the air and this time it gathered the blood or what was left of it from the corpses on the battlefield. The blade was slowly turning a blood-red color. At this time, the blade itself literally radiated all the emotions the men had felt in their moment of death, fear, hatred and much more, but almost all of them were negative.

Michi felt dizzy. She held her ground though. She was stubborn as a mule. "Who the heck are you...." she muttered to herself. She held some arrows notched and released them again. She was so dizzy she missed all her shots. "May I ask who you are...." she said to him

"Oh, but which name could you possibly want, archer?" Breaker said coldly as he watched the archer stumble back and forth, missing all her shots.

Michi looked at him "Your real name..." she said "I like to know opponents names...." she said as she notched another arrow. "And let me say you are the first I havent killed by now..." she said. she had her bow aimed at the ground. She still had her guard up.

"My true name, well that would be Oliver Silversteel." He said coldly as the blade turned completely red. Once it turned completely red he began slowly disappearing into smoke. "So any more questions, Archer?" His left arm had almost completely disappeared so far.

Michi almost dropped her bow. "you... your lying...." she said. She had heard the legends of Silversteel. "There is no way..... you... he is dead....." she said as she aimed the bow again "There is no possible way..." she said as she fired.

The arrow hit but there was no reaction from the now almost completely gone Breaker. "Even someone like you should know, death has no real meaning in this world." He then disappeared and so did the Hellhounds at the bottom of the cracks.
