"Has your Godly parent given you any kind of sign that you're theirs?" Chiron asks as he sips his kombuchka.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"Come on, let's get to work," Kevin said before hugging Lucille gently. As they moved through the route he said, "I've ran across about five different groups of monsters during my time covering for you."

 

[LexiRK]

"If these monsters keep coming we're eventually not going to be able to hold them back. We have to figure out what's happening" Lucille kept her hand on the hilt of her sword.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"I know, but in order to find that out we would need to find out why the shield has weakened," Kevin said bluntly.

 

[LexiRK]

"The last time the shield was weakened Thalia's tree was poisoned. I can't imagine what it is this time" Lucille looked out in the woods.

 

[Deadkool]

"Yep, you could say that." Leo said as he twiddled his thumbs.

 

[Sandra]

Thea was walking put o Chiron, but seeing the new demigod.. Suddenly made her worry. Weird. Maybe she felt all the sadness and pain of everyone around here, and she worried about all of them,.. She smiles holding sets of white, neat, teeth. "U-Uhm.. Hello." She said quietly,

Lucille patrolled for a few hours with Kevin fighting several groups of monsters as well. "I'm going to rest a bit, you should too" Lucille said after a while. @kevinhdobson

 

[kevinhdobson]

"I will," Kevin said smiling gently. Laying by the lake, he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

 

[LexiRK]

Lucille went back to her cabin and lay down on her bed. She really just wanted to talk to her dad, if she could contact him.

The next morning, Kevin woke up and began his morning warm ups. As he did so he thought about Lucille.

Lucille wasnt able to contact her dad but she woke up feeling rested. Despite the fact she had to patrol she had to drag herself out of bed.

Kevin practiced his martial arts thinking about Lucille. His mind completely focused on being by her side he said, "I wonder if she's interested in having a sub for breakfast."

 

[LexiRK]

Lucille stood grabbing her sword and bow before heading to grab something to eat. She smiled and said hi to the people she passed along the way.

Kevin walked to the dining hall and said, "Lucille, want to go out to breakfast?"

 

[LexiRK]

"Well I was just going to grab something quick and get to patrolling." Lucille said.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"Then do you want me to go grab you something for breakfast and then meet you patrolling," Kevin asked holding his keys. Smiling as he looked at her gently.

 

[LexiRK]

Lucille sighed. "I guess if it's okay with you"

 

[Deadkool]

Leo finished his conversation then promptly left the house on the hill and headed to his cabin, he slept in for a little while then woke up with a groan. He got dressed walked to the congregation of people including Lucille and Kevin. He said "I don't think we've met, I'm Leo." He stuck out his hand for a handshake and smiled.

"So i'll meet you on the patrol route," Kevin said walking towards the gate and to his car.


Kevin saw the guy who introduced himself as Leo. Looking at Leo he said, "Wanna go grab some subway? I'm getting some for Lucille."

 

[Deadkool]

"Sure, let's go, I don't think I caught your name." Leo said as he followed Kevin and stuffed his hands in his pockets.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"My name's Kevin Dobson, son of Ares," Kevin said as he got to his Ford Focus. Buckling up he unlocked the passenger side door and logged into his pandora radio.

 

[LexiRK]

Lucille smiled at Leo watching them leave. She then headed to the patrol route her hand on her sword as always.

 

[Deadkool]

"So, I was wondering, what do we do here? I mean, swords and stuff, but why?" He said with an inquisitive look on his face.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"We have to learn how to control the powers our God parents gave us. Mine is strategy and weapon mastery," Kevin said smiling as they arrived at the Subway. Getting inside he began to order 2 of his footlong subs. Then he said, "Get what you want, Leo. I'll buy."
