Marceline blushed slightly, why hadn't she thought of that? The fish wouldn't be able to turn into a vampire if Dex got to it first. Seeing the group was going their own ways for the most part she shrugged. Her first task would to be finding a sturdy looking stick, which didn't take long she found some scattered about quite easily and chose the one that looked fit to be a pole. "Okay Dex do you think you can find me some bait while I find something for string?" She asked messing around with the stick and trying to improve its build to make for a better rod. Her fishing skills weren't the best but they weren't bad, it had been a long time since she had gone fishing actually.

She was content hearing the puns and jokes between the pair but as he shot the last one towards Harley she didn't quite appreciate that. Her expression changed from soft to harsh as the vines that were casually swirling round her feet shot up to Beast Boys neck and held him up. "Tell me this, whats green, and is about to choke to death by my precious vine?" Ivy wasn't one to make jokes but she certainly didnt like when the lines were crossed. However in his luck the vine she tangled him with is not laced with toxins which she didnt, she just wanted a jolt

" Bait? Why use bait when you could just do this?" Dex Starr than uses his ring to create a massive fishing net, which he immediately places in a nearby pond. Waiting a few moments, Dex Starr, pulls the fish filled net out and releases it's contents into a neat pile on the ground before the net dissolved into nothing. Overjoyed by the amount of fish he just caught, Dex Starr lands near the pile and begins hungrily while he waits for his new friend to choose one.

Beast boy turned to a rat and slipped out the vines he then crawled and bit poison ivy.

"Aw, hon. You sure know how to please a gal." Harleen replied sarcastically, grinning back at Beast Boy "Besides, I think you'll find that a crazy person wouldn't be able to tell good jokes, unlike yourself." She continued to grin even as Ivy's vines wrapped around Beast Boy only for this grin to change to a serious expression. She looked Beast Boy dead in the eyes and walked towards him.


As he turned into a rat Harleen picked him up by the collar, holding him close to her face.


"Ya know, I got out of that relationship a few years ago. A few months after it, as I was goin' toe to toe with Lobol...Long story. I decided something. I decided that no one gets to lay a hand on me ever again."





She threw the rat at Nightwing "Here, catch!" She shouted

The female let her vines calm down once again, "Be thankful that I didn't poison you instead" she hissed at the green hero before she noticed how Harley picked him up, it was well... rather funny.


"Oh you tell him" she couldn't contain her laughter as she heard the boy squeak out with the throw, awaiting to see if Nightwing saw a catapulted rat flying his way, he would give him a soft landing if he did catch him.


She sighed out and grinned, "Ahh boys. With that being said I am just glad that if I am stuck in this so called world, you're here as well, just like ol' times."

Seeing the lightning strikes raining down, Jotaro decided it was time to use Star Platinum's ability again. He really didn't want to have to rely on it, but Star Platinum wouldn't be able to deflect lightning. If he tried, he'd be electrocuted due to the damage being relfected onto the user as well.


He sighed before stating, "Star Platinum, The World." From his perspective, time had ceased its flow, and he could move freely, if only for 10 seconds. He walked closer to his opponent, drew his arm back, and punched her across the cheek with his own hands instead of his Stand. Her face remained the same in stopped time, but she would feel its effect when time resumed, which it did after Jotaro muttered, "Time resumes once more."

Son Goku

Seeing that the machine from earlier came back for a fight, Goku determined that it was time to stretch his legs and go for a fight. A golden aura of ki energy surrounded the Saiyan warrior as he launched a volley of ki blasts to intercept Vile's plasma blasts. He then flew up in the air with arms bent at 45 degree angles with elbows by his sides.


"Sorry, uh, Jinx was it? This guy seems strong, and I'm anxious for a fight. Could you stand back and let me have a turn. How about it? Want to have a sparring match," Goku asked Vile excitedly.

Jinx looked up at Goku and moaned angrily "But I didn't even get to have my fun!" Jinx complained, a look of child-like annoyance on her face.


Jinx ignored Goku and continued to fire back at Vile. "Don't worry." She reassured with a grin.

"I'm going to look after than gun-arm of yours after I've blown the rest of you to pieces."

As the chaos and the fighting started there was something unusual off to to the side of many of these battles. A cardboard box.

Underneath the box a man in a dark grey suit was crouched. He had just woken up and immediately went into hiding, What is this place? A battleworld? Dr. Doom? Fighting? This is all so crazy, and why am I back to my younger self? Deciding to test out something, Snake tapped into his codec, This is Snake, where am I? Otacon, are you there? Snake was shocked when he actually heard a response back, Snake, this is is Otacon. I.... I'm not sure were you are you. Can you describe where you are?

I'm not entirely sure, it seems to be some kind of, Battleworld? That's what that man called it. What's strange is that I appear to be much more younger. There's a pause on the other end of the codec before Otacon says, I know, I've been put inside of some kind of office, with all of these files around. If I had to guess from looking at these files you're probably there because somebody wants you to fight the others brought there, which explains why he made you much younger. I myself am not exactly younger... would have been kind of nice...


Huh, well I'm not sure I want to agree to these terms he's set up...


You could always just try and remain hidden Snake, and wait out these battles.


Yeah, but I doubt some of these guys will resist the chance at a battle. I'm likely to be fighting off against some of them, and some of them appear to have psychic abilities, more advanced technology than I have, and even what looks like magic. I'm sure that I'm going to end up in a battle against one of them eventually. , and I'm not to sure of my chances against some of them.


Well when that happens I'll supply you info from these files, hopefully we'll just be able to coast by undetected.


No mission goes perfect Otacon, we of all people should know that. So is there anybody else I can talk to besides just you?


Not that I can tell, but maybe we'll find out eventually? Anyways, Snake, try not to die out there.


The codec shut off and Snake began moving within his cardboard box. Still preoccupied with finding his way around this world, Snake tumbled down a hill, being thrown from his cardboard box. Snake stood up noticing that he had fallen down in front of... what looked like a cat, and a grey skinned woman, This place sure seems to have some interesting characters, Snake said as he looked at the red glowing cat, Then again, I've met my fair share of characters.


For some reason Snake thought of a red exclamation mark above his head, he shook this thought off.

Marceline had recently found a fish with bright red scales, she had been sucking the red out of the scales instead of drinking the blood. It was pretty weird when a man came tumbling down, she almost bursted out laughing but that would have to wait. She put on her best serious face and drifted over to the man and box "Well well well, what do we have here Dex?" She said grinning and paused dramatically before carrying on "Looks like someone delivered us some fresh meat!" She said before hissing with her fangs bared. This trick always made her laugh, hopefully he wouldn't take her seriously or Dex wouldn't think she was serious.

From the sky came 3 lights, they split up and landed in several locations. One light landed in a river near a Vampire, a cat, and a spec ops unit @ManyFaces @Barbas @Kingmalikai . Another light landed near a gun nut, a power martial artist, and a captain uniformed man standing next to a pure metal one @Some_Bloke @apoliseno @Thepotatogod , finally the third one landed off into a field occupied by no one. The light in the river formed it's being which was Ara, the viking part of Morbus, Ara swam to the top and climbed from the river before standing up at an impressive height around 6'8-7'0 feet tall. The bulky Viking wore leather and metal armor with a bandana around his mouth area and a metal helmet which no eyes could be seen out of but his normal hands suggested that he was one whole body. On his back laid a shield, double handed bearded axe, and a sword on the back of his belt. He looked about before seeing the 3 and waving as a friendly gesture before turning a whole 360 and saying, "AHA That's where you landed!" in a rough Scandinavian accent.

One of these things is not like the other. Still, she's a force to be reckoned with for sure, I'll have to think of an escape plan... but for now I should rely on her joking.

Snake's hands tightened into fists and he prepared his OctoCamo for a quick escape if needed, "Who are you?" he said to the man in the viking armor. He mentally reviewed all the weapons he had in his possession, realizing he wouldn't have the necessary weapons to go toe-to-toe with this viking. No doubt he would need to get heavier firepower to fight him.

Otacon, is that a talking cat?


Yes Snake, as hard as it is to believe, that is indeed a talking cat. Something else you won't believe, that cat is actually a threat to you.


Really? I mean, I see it glowing red, but will that really do anything.


That cat's name is Dex Starr. He was just a normal house cat until his owner was killed and he came into possession of a red lantern ring, which allows him to create all manner of things, from a giant frying pan to a chainsaw. It's all powered by the cat's rage, which it has plenty of from it's rough life. That's one cat you've got to be careful of.


I see, It's not easy having to deal with death, hopefully that cat is just joking with Marceline, or else I might have a very serious fight on my hands.

I can't quite give away that secret so quick... "I have resources to draw on. Suffice to say, I know a lot more than just your name." Snake tried to make that not sound as threatening as it normally would be, but with his voice, it would no doubt be interpreted as such, "Such as you being a vampire, and quite a lot about some of your abilities. I'm not exactly looking for a fight though... just a way out of this world."

Seems this guy is friendly... but to what extent? I'll go with it for now, but I'll prepare my stun knife just in case. Snake walked closer to the man, "The name's... Solid Snake." It pained him slightly, but Snake held his arm out for a handshake with the man.

Ara then turned to Marceline, as her name was disclosed, and the talking cat.
