History: If I was around back then I'd be a princess! Caroline's family are more than obviously filthy rich. She was coddled by her mother and father since day one. They, and everyone around her made Caroline feel like royalty, a princess to be more specific. Her parents own the biggest supermarket chain in the state, and buy her quite literally everything she wants. Including a private jet and her very own house for when she moves out. Being so rich comes fame, as Caroline is often seen in Teen Vogue and Seventeen magazine for photo shoots with just her and sometimes celebrities. Some might call her somewhat of a brat, though she does have a sweet side to her. Those lucky enough to be in her friend circle must have an equal amount of money as she does, or at least close, and dress and look somewhat similar. The friends she already has are pampered as much as she is. Caroline often spends her free time tanning, spa treatments, hanging with the girls, flirting subtly with guys, pushing away guys, and going on gorgeous vacations to the most luxurious places.


Personality: Bubbly, fun, daring, clever, attractive, naive, spoiled are the perfect words to sum her up. Though this girl might not agree with spoiled! Am not!


Family/Friends: Caroline has a younger sister and an older sister, though she is the favored one, her parents spoil them all rotten.


Likes: Shopping, expensive items, boys, tanning, the beach, the sun, her family, school (She gets pampered there as well)

When Grin had moved to Willowsville, he had hated it before he even arrived. He wasn't usually a pessimist, but he couldn't stand the idea of being uprooted from his home, family, friends, and especially his girlfriend. His mother and father had seen the move as something positive and necessary, maybe it would change his rebellious nature.


Personality|


Grin is what you'd imagine to be your average trouble maker. In his old town, he was always out late and, though he did well in school, he skipped classes quite a lot.

History: Born to a military family. Aj was always moving and rarely stayed in one place and never made any close friends. His father had died during a training exercise and Aj's mother hasn't recovered from his death and severely depressed until she met another man a few months later. Aj didn't like his new step dad and hated him since they moved to the small town of Willowsville.


Personality: Always working hard and trying to keep a positive attitude. Suffers from some times of severe depression when thinking about his father but tries to be positive. Tries to keep his family in a positive mood but stays away from his step dad and rarely talks to him.

I'm known for my parties that I throw when my parents aren't home. The police probably know me by first name bases by now, but let's not let that get in the way now."

"I'm a huge party animal, pretty much every weekend, when my parents aren't home I'm having a party. At times, I can be a bit of a heavy drinker and smoker, just don't let my parents know. History:


Bella grew up in a town miles away. Her mother and father had a toxic relationship and they were never pleasant to be around. She spent most of her time in her room or hanging with her friends and for the most part her life was okay. Okay until her dad drove himself, Bella's mom and Bella off a bridge, dying instantly. Bella was badly injured (Broken arm, ribs and many cuts and bruises.) She was taken in by her mom's sister who lives in Willowsville. She's grateful someone is willing to take her in after the tragedy that has occurred but she desperately wants her life back.


Personality:


Shy and reserved. Never had many friends. Loves anything music related--singing/guitar/piano. Has depression and PTSD from the accident. She is trying to move on she can't let go of her memories. She constantly writes in a journal and takes it everywhere.

Appearance: He seems to always be in a suit. He has neatly combed hair, grey eyes, is husky and he has a perpetually crotchety face.


History: He has been a council member for ten years and is one of the most relentless. He looks down on the townspeople and is quite contemptuous towards them; except for the more beneficial rich folks, he kisses up to them. He lives in luxury and practically loathes the less fortunate. He is of a petulant tendency and is constantly complaining of how all the people must work harder. He handles the taxes and funds of the town and isn't quite transparent with how it is used. His mother and wife stay at home; rather a mansion, the biggest in town. His father is also on the council; however, Aaron surpassed him pretty quickly in ranks. He has no kids, he thinks children are a waste of time and money. He also has a particular dislike towards teens. He constantly works to increase the councils power and put greater restrictions on teens.
