We Live to Serve, M'Lady

[Ricia]

Morning came and the cat, Shougen, was gone. But today was the first day of school.

 

[twilight sparkle]

Nichole yawned waking as her alarm went off. She went through her morning routine and put on her uniform then jogged downstairs for breakfast. Her big siblings said good morning and luna gave Nichole her favorite omlete. Turkey and cheese with tomatoes!

 

[Ricia]

(Yum!)


Shougen was waiting outside for Nichole, licking his paw and cleaning his face.

Nichole finished her breakfast thanking her siblings. She grabbed a bottle of juice and her lunch running out."I'm off to school!!" Nichole said smiling and saw shougen."hey shougen!"

 

[Ricia]

"Meow.." He said again. Sounded kind of like an awkward meow, with that he started to strut and walk following Nichole on her way to school. Nichole actually passed a cute cafe on her way to school called "Love Tea Cafe".

Nichole blinked stopping and went to pick him up. She took shougen with her to school humming. Nichole made it on time and smiled softly.

 

[Ricia]

There was a teacher that stopped her on the school ground, "Ehem. There are no pets here miss. You need to take him home. Now." She told her.

 

[twilight sparkle]

Nichole said"but he won't cause any trouble. I promise." Her eyes growing bigger and she teared up some. She hugged shougen closer to her.

 

[Ricia]

"No pets, No exception. Unless he is a working animal." The teacher said, "You'll have to provide paper work for him." She wasn't falling for her puppy eyes, "School rules kiddo."

 

[twilight sparkle]

She pouted and nodded."let me take him home first please." Nichole said looking up at the teacher while holding shougen closer to her.

 

[Ricia]

"Just be careful." The teacher said before walking away. Shougen was not amused hanging from Nichole's arms.

 

[twilight sparkle]

Nichole walked home with shougen and unlocked her door placing him in."see you after school shougen!" She said before closing and locking the door. Nichole jogged back to school do she wouldn't be late.

 

[Ricia]

Shougen couldn't belive she just locked him in her room!


When she got to school, there were a few people staring at her and whispering. Mostly that she was weird for bringing a raggid cat to school.

Nichole smiled as a bird landed on her head."hi birdie!" She said holding out her finger and it perched there. Nichole blinked as the people looked at her weirdly and felt self conscious.

 

[Ricia]

The bird just made a few people look awkword, many turned away when she looked at them. Some of them looked like they didn't know how to react.

The bird flew off and Nichole walked inside biting her cheek. She hugged her books close to her and moved her bang from her eyes with a sigh. What was so weird about bringing a cat to school?

 

[Ricia]

"Hey, girl.. You knew here?" Some kid asked, blocking off Nichole's path.


Another stood by the boys side, "You come kind of weirdo?" He asked.

 

[twilight sparkle]

Nichole backed up and glared at them. She said"for your information I'm not a weirdo. I just love animals so buzz off!"

 

[Ricia]

"Yeah so does the rest of us, but who brings their animals to school?" The guy questioned.

 

[twilight sparkle]

Nichole glared and walked up to him pulling him to her level by his shirt."it was an accident. What makes you think you can just say what you want to me without facing consequences bub?" She said through clenched teeth.

 

[Ricia]

Nichole was quickly pushed away from him, "You want to fight? I wasn't going to get physical because you are a girl, but if you are going to threaten me and actually put your hands on me, I won't hesitate to put you down."

 

[twilight sparkle]

Nichole glared then closed her eyes a smirk appearing on her lips. She opened them and sang a few lyrics to her favorite song."~your skull it may be fractured and your arms are severed to the bone. The children undying they smile through their crying. In a game that never ends! Circle you, circle you. You can't run so stay a while. Circle you, circle you. They can't hear your screams for miles! Let's play til the morning light...~" Nichole giggled a creepy grin on her face.(small mental snap, and the song is 'kagome,kagome')

 

[Ricia]

"And now you are most defiantly a freak." The guy told her with a sigh.


"Just leave her alone." Came another voice from behind Nichole. If she looked, the man had dark black hair and behind him wings just as black. Of course she was only seeing things again because the wings were not there when she looked again.


"Tch. Whatever.." The boy said before leaving.

Nichole looked back and up at the guy."um thank you I could take care of myself though." She said softly rubbing her arm. Nichole sighed picking up her bag and smiled weakly.

 

[Ricia]

"Being creepy isn't cute..." He told her with a slight blink. He adjusted the back on his back a bit.
