Secondary Power: Reese himself does not have a second power but the pendant that dangles about his neck does. It is a capsule to hold blood, and if it pierces the skin of another it allows Reese to keep track of whether the being is still alive or not. He cannot pinpoint the other's presence and lasts only a day.
