Simply as a heads up, I got work tomorrow so I won't be able to get a CS up until sometime in the evening. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's!

Say, are gods the only ones who can wield a regalia? because I've been thinking up a nora, and let the record know, he is not an evil butt face, and I'd like to know the ruling on such things, even if it is only gods in the anime this new world maybe different.


Also, with a regalia character, it is possible to team up with other characters as well, i was wondering if anyone would like to do such, he will be a nora, so multiple of people is not off the table, makes it rather awkward if say two characters get in a fight and call him... hell what would happen then? torn in half? Anycase, the proposition is out there.

Yes, gods are the only ones who can wield a regalia. Summoners would be the second closest related but they cannot summon humanoid companions.

& yes. That is a Nora's specialty after all. ^^ You are welcome to team up with any god who gives your character a new name but you will not be split in half. The thing about a Nora is that if his/her masters call for the Nora at the same time, the Nora will have to decide whom to go to thus betraying one. That's why they are looked at as a "disgrace" & are not trusted but they have more freedom to do as they please. ~my character will probably give your Nora a new name in the future. You gave me an idea. :3


Now i will really start cranking out my cs'. I was afraid no one was interested so i put them on hold rather than go through all the trouble of making them.

@DIGIMORTAL And my dear boy shall be happy to give you his services~! I shall create my character tomorrow morning, hope you all had a wonderful weeks of festivities, now then, time to sleep.

it's going to take a bit longer as i had to push out an intro post for another rp.


I am usually great at cs' but yeah, this one is taking forever but it should be fine since we are still in the recruiting process.
 
@DIGIMORTAL don't you worry about it, it will be fine sure of it. Mind you i'm saying that after cranking one out earlier today, but take as much time as you need.

@Orikanyo don't forget these two standard abilities:


1.) Boundary: A basic spell of all Shinki/Regalia that allows the user to draw a defensive barrier that phantoms cannot past. Strong enemies are sometimes able to shatter or crack the barrier still.


2.) Rend: A basic spell of all Shinki/Regalia that allows the user to zone into a phantoms weak spot & cut them. If successful the phantom will be terminated.


I'am going to closer at the submitted cs' in a moment.


 
awww @juuchanisu angel wings?! that's adorable.


& no weapon yet but you can pick another physical trait like she is fairly agile and can dodge pretty well if you wish. She is pretty venerable right now so we’ll protect ya but I plan on your character discovery a new skill relatively early on in the game to help her defend herself.
 
@DIGIMORTAL haha yee originally I wanted to do a tail, but her one of her small abilities is that she float...then I'm like WINGS. SHE'LL HAVE WINGS. oops sorry caps. x) aaah sorry if I mess up on this RP. I only watched the animes once (I might go back and rewatch them) and it's been awhile since...o:

@DIGIMORTAL I figured such things were a give in that they have them, they naturally come to regalia, so i didn't think them absolutely necessary to point out. But I shall add them anyways.
 
@Orikanyo true that. you don't have to but it may help other's who join later if Alex is suddenly like "REND YOU FOOL" & a player is like, "Wha?!" & you can be like "It's in my cs brah."

anyways I edited her CS so she has that dodging ability~ woo I'm really excited for this RP! Allso if you start this RP tomorrow, I won't be on becuase I have a book to read. welp.
 
@DIGIMORTAL Done, was rather easy really, I had the borderline as the first ability anyways so all i had to do was add a little blurb about rend.


"You don't know how to rend? just what sort of god are you? Did you even pay attention in god school... is... there a god school? Really now that i think of it there isn't... who teaches you all?" And through a small tiny bit of dialogue I start imagining almighty gods sitting in a preschooler class learning their letters... thank you mind, I needed the thought of Bishamonten struggling to write...


Yea they probably just come born with that knowledge, like snakes, now I wonder how gods are made.... to many questions.

They are manifestations of emotions my dear Watson much like Youmu...yet self promoting & gain their power from other people's prayers. Well, this is simply a guess.

I really wish we had two more people interested. It's just us three right now.


Fraid' you guys will get bored if there's not many to interact with...we'd probably have to come up with some more characters to mix it up.

Hilarious, you are accepted as well. Though I would be interested to know what weapons he can turn into per master. Would that be troubling?

@DIGIMORTAL the things i do for roleplays, here you are, 7 different forms, some more strange then the others, not sure how the badge came to mind but.. meh.
 
well everyone.


sad to say but i am losing the will & inspiration to start this since we haven't the player count that i wanted.


it was supposed to be a relatively decent sized group to balance everything out.


in all honesty i am wanting to set this aside for now & i am sorry for all the hard work you guys put into your cs'.


would you all be very upset?
 
@DIGIMORTAL More disappointed, but nonetheless it is your decision, I recommend bumping your recruitment thread occasionally, not to much mind you but enough to try and catch more eyes. it may also be due to the fact of the two animes you have chosen, not quite as well known as others. Mind you the more popular ones seem to be focused simply because theirs more fan service or eye-candy thrown about.


if possible the story you had in mind could be adapted to a one on one if your interested, I find it would be a shame to throw away a good nora, but in anycase its your decision in the end.
 
@DIGIMORTAL awww, I don't want this to go to trash :c I really was really excited for this RP. Aaah I hope that maybe you are willing to do this again, or maybe add me into the roleplay if you do plan on doing it as a one on one? Like @Orikanyo said, it's a shame to throw away such a good character uvu
