Do you mean watched? I'm not aware of any issues with alerts currently. I believe the site won't show you alerts on watched threads if you haven't visted it in a while to prevent spam. Try unwatching and watching them again.

Yes I meant watched. And it’s been happening to me and several others on very recent and active threads
