I think he'll work with them as long as it benefits him. If you do play an inquisitor, to escape he might fake his own death. Can't have the ordo hereticus knowing that The Alpha legions around

not every liked the results of the rubric you might say seeing 90% or so of your legion turned to dust might just shake your faith that yeah the warp and the things in it are the good guys

point is like with table top games you need either all astartes or none in my option as well astartes would just tear through most of it i mean what are rotting corpses going to really do to slow one down except throw a million or so to down one
