VTM anyone?

Romance , mystery , suspense , horror action all sound like good components to me lol
 
I concur. I would love to play in a good VtM game.
 
So we’re still looking for a game master if anyone would want to come take on that role . We have a few people already interested and anyone else that would like to join feel free to make a post :closedeyessmile:

So I know that you said you wanted some more experience but if we don’t get another person interested in game master by the end of today would you wanna bite the bullet and be ours lol ?

Lol yes, I will do it. I can't promise a masterful performance. But I can at least as a linchpin to keep things rolling. And I can play through the npc.


Ooh! If I do take up the mantle of storyteller. We will need to decide on which Edition we will be playing. I got books for Vtm 20 and 5e. As well as Vampire the Requim.

I have the fifth edition so that’s the one I’d be most comfortable with , even if my knowledge on the vtm world is a little limited lol I know core things probably .
 
Also! I have like nothing planned out, given I'm doing this on a whim. So anything you all wish to contribute would be helpful. I will also be learning the system as I go, just so you all know what you are getting into. But so long as you help push me forward, I'll make everything work one way or the other.


Now! I suppose I should out the foundation.



We will be using Vampire The Masquerade 5th edition. If you do not have books, I can provide them if you some. I already have them loaded onto my Dropbox. Sherwood Sherwood Psychie Psychie bambiighoul bambiighoul


The plot will be simple.
Someone is trying to release an ancient evil. And has been systematically killing off those of a bloodline that has kept the evil sealed away. When the last of the bloodline dies, the seal will be released.

It is with great fortune that this plot was discovered before it was too late. Knowing that this evil would become trouble for the Masquerade and vampires in general, their are making great effort to stop it.

You are given the "simple task" of keeping a human of this bloodline alive. You can do this in anyway you see fit. To make matters more complicated, the human is not aware of the existence of the supernatural. Should you abide by the masquerade, you will need to do so in a way that will not reveal your nature to him. However, complications will arise as the human will take you closer to this problem than you expected.



The setting will be a simple one! We will be in a small town in mountainside North Carolina. You do not have to be from there, and Vampire head honcho there will know you are coming and what you are there for.


Any questions you have will help me flesh things out.
 
Lol not unless she wants to. But it does hint that I like werewolves.

I was more of expanding on something I had said before Psychie had entered the thread. And thought it would be only fair for me to let her be aware of the option.

I'm all good with that. It might help even to have someone able to operate during the daytime.

Could have your were be hired to help, given that NC would likely have some local packs that would also have some interest in this debacle.
 
I have the 5th edition book and a character sheet all ready to go from when I was going to play this before . I might have to tweak a couple things to fit into the narrative but it should be fine . I’m still generally new to the world and rules tho so I’d probably need help in that area as we play along lol . My girl will pretty much be the seductive femme fatale toreador lol. I had visioned her as a stripper atm would that be ok ? If not I’m fine changing it

I might ask to transfer some of that over to a post when I get Character sheet section set up.

And yes, I'm okay with her being a femme Fatale sexy seductive stripper. I'm no prude. So do as you please there! She sounds fun. And I'll play off it if you like with appropriate reactions.

Then I shall definitely give you plenty of opportunities to portray and use that aspect of your char, as well as react to it. I am here to entertain after all.

Though as a fair warning, the bull headed NPC might not be as easy a target as the common npcs. I'll make you work for it there.
