Marcus is a dragon trapper, and you've discussed having relationships with other characters. You don't receive a note, however, Natallia is rescuing a dragon and heading to Scorzah's (probably spelled that wrong) checkpoint so perhaps you can intercept with her there? Or come up with your own thing, just a suggestion.
