As Akihito said, this character isn't much of a villain. Sorry!JayGatsby said:(not a fan of tabs, sorry)
Name: Anna Beilschmidt
Appearance: A short, painfully thin woman in her early 20s, with bobbed white hair and square, silver glasses. She sits in a wheelchair, and though it's an electric-powered one, she often seems exhausted. She dresses conservatively, in tailored skirt-suits and flats, usually in shades of black and gray.
Title or Alias: Dr. Beilschmidt.
Gender: Female.
Personality: Cool, calculating, and reserved. She's a bit of a workaholic, and generally avoids things that could distract her from her current goal(s). She's not afraid to ask for help, but does tend to be a bit of a loner, in her personal life. She doesn't suffer fools gladly, and can get quite acerbic towards people she thinks are morons.
Power(s):
Anna is a genius, in a very literal sense. She's good at seeing connections and has a broad scientific knowledge base.
Weaknesses:
Anna is currently dying of a horrible nerve disease. As such, she is weak and sickly, must use a wheelchair to get around, and is almost a total noncombatant. As the disease progresses, she'll become more and more ill, and there will be nasty side effects.
Weapon(s):
Anna has a number of self-defense items on her keys: a small vial of pepper spray, a cat-shaped, but sharp poky thing, and a miniature taser.
Skills:
The aforementioned geniusness and scientific knowledge. Anna also is good at telling if buildings are handicap-accessible (years of bitter experience helps).
Known Likes: Science, logical consistency, accuracy, handicap-accessible spaces, classic science fiction, simulation/strategy games, her family, pancakes and Italian food.
Known Dislikes: The supernatural, violence (it's the last refuge of the incompetent, she quips), willful ignorance and stupidity.
History/Biography: Dr. Beilschmidt had been doing research on the nervous system for some time before she was contacted by the United States' Department of Defense. They had a job for her: create a bioweapon that could end the chaos in the Middle East once and for all. She did as she was told, and in doing so, created the worst plague humanity had ever encountered. Millions of people all over the Eurasian continent died, and millions more were left crippled for life. While she's never been tried as a war criminal, she knows what she's done.
Considering he uses Potterverse magic, I'm concerned about how OP that will make him. None of the other villains have abilities to counter a spell like Avada Kedavra, and according to the spells properties, that's an instant kill. Perhaps take out the bit of him being from the Potterverse, but he's still a werewolf and uses magic? Whatever you choose to do, I just need limitations on his abilities. I'd like you to give him a larger weakness too; something that others could take advantage of or that would hurt him. Thanks, Jay!JayGatsby said:

Tear it down. Tear it all down.- Ieuan Rice (pronounced Yay-yan)
- The Mad Wolf of Blaenau Ffestiniog
- Nearer to 30 than 20.
- Quite unmistakably male.
- Angry firebrand of a revolutionary. Ieuan is a werewolf from the Potterverse, who hates the way that wizards treat werewolves. He's gathered a small pack and attacks wizarding settlements, with the goal of terrorizing, and possibly wiping out, all non-werewolf wizards in Britain. He can be quite kind to Muggles, and in person, is quite a polite, soft-spoken young man. You'd never guess that he tears people apart with his teeth on a pretty regular basis and infects their children with lycanthropy.
- Ieuan uses Potterverse magic- defined short incantations cast with the aid of a wand. He's fond of the Unforgiveable Curses-
- Imperius for Muggles (and the occasional Muggleborn, if he's feeling merciful) that get in the way, Crucio for wizards, especially purebloods.
Ieuan is also an Animagus- he takes wolf form, of course- and obviously, a Potterverse werewolf. This is both a benefit and a drawback- he can't control the transformation, and if he hasn't taken the necessary potion, he can't control his actions in that state.- Aggressive, rigid in his thinking, and bigoted as all hell- not that that's likely to come up here. He's in a permanent state of lashing out against the people he feels have wronged him.
- Fangs, claws, and occasionally his wand- 5 inches, oak and dragon heartstring, rigid.
- Ieuan is a skilled brewer of potions, speaks both Welsh and English, and is good at covert action- sneaking around, hiding from the authorities, and such. He can also be quite charismatic and eloquent, when the mood strikes him. He's working on learning how to make Muggle explosives.
- His homeland of Wales, Muggles and Muggleborns, other werewolves (usually), transformations in general, Indian food (curry, the spicier the better), high explosives, the Wyrd Sisters and assorted Muggle rock bands
- Pureblooded wizards, law enforcement, bigotry against werewolves, dementors, people getting in his way
- A Muggleborn, Ieuan was bitten by a werewolf at a young age. He was taken away from his Muggle parents and sent to live with a Wizarding foster family, who treated him like he was broken. He went to Hogwarts, was sorted into Gryffindor, and had a fairly normal school career- apart from facing a certain level of bullying and ostracization, he was always a weird kid. After graduating, though, he and a few of his close friends wound up striking out into the wild, and didn't return. Since then, he's become infamous for his attacks on wizarding villages. He's quite a charismatic leader, and many wolves have flocked to his standard.
- Currently Wanted, at a one million Galleon bounty.

- Princess Regent Lucina Dakarim
- She is 17 years old.
- She is female.
- She suffers from sadistic personality disorder, and feels enjoyment from making people suffer. She is also extremely stubborn and full of herself, due to being royalty. She used to be much nicer, but the stresses of leadership have worn her down into a very cruel person.
- Her ego is very large, and she is quick to anger, but where her true weakness lies is in her cruelty. She enjoys delivering pain far too much, and will take precious time out of her plans just to make them extra sadistic, even if it leaves holes in her defenses.
And finally, she is terrified of being alone; it's when she's left with nothing but her thoughts that she feels guilt; needless to say, she hates that feeling.- She wields a jeweled dagger, but normally she has soldiers do the fighting for her.
- She plays the piano very well, she's been taking private lessons since she was a small child. She also knows way more than people should about cold-blooded torture.
- Screams of pain and the sight of visceral torture (meaning not the chinese water torture, it's too boring for her).
- Chinese water torture; disobedient servants; dirt, dust, and overall filth.
- Princess Regent Lucina Dakarim, usually referred to as Luce, is the ruler of a small kingdom in an alternate earth. She seems to rule fairly, but has taken to torturing prisoners for enjoyment, sometimes to death. Throughout the years of her reign, she has gotten worse and worse, becoming crueler and crueler until even the most ignorant peasant fears the sight of her secret police.
She became Regent after her parents mysteriously disappeared under suspicious circumstances which no one believes she didn't do; she chose the title of Princess Regent because she refuses to believe her parents are dead. She was a decent ruler at first, but the stress of ruling wore down what kindness she had.
Okay. I really want him to be from the Potterverse; that's an important part of his character concept. I could probably take away his wand, though; would that work?Considering he uses Potterverse magic, I'm concerned about how OP that will make him. Everything looks good!Mikailgirl said:Ahh I edited my character a little. Could you give it a look over, it's nothing big just a name change and a power change. :>
Technically, the definition of a villain is evil. Anti-heroes and Anti-villains play with the ideas of those who are in-betweens of black and white good or bad.JayGatsby said:Honestly, when I made that first character, I was interested in playing around with just that idea. What makes a villain? Is it their intent, is it the things they did, is it the beliefs they spread, is it the consequences of their actions...? But I can understand if you want a straight up evil characters RP.
