Pbtenchi gulped in the hope his soul was still strong enough to withstand the lose of the magic keeping him on the mortal plane and went through the portal.

Lance was still on the other side of the portal as he was enjoying the peace and quiet away from the students and the other teachers. Laying on his back as he causally looked at the sky he let out a small yawn. He then heard the sound of breathing that from what he could tell was not an animals. Looking over at the portal he saw Steve. ".... You missed the lesson. No you can not try it on your own. I don't care if you know you can ace it. No is no." He said simply before looking back at the evening sky.

Kharia sat on the dead grass, dumbfounded. "So you're someone else now? Okay...thanks for healing my arm. And I'm sorry for getting mad at you. I have a..temper." Kharia said, unsure of how to explain her behavior.

The grass behind Yuu rustled as the crawler scuttled out from behind him. Turning on its finger-bones it tilted back slightly it's sockets scanning Kariah. It turned and scuttled off, then up the side of the academy dormitory before slipping into an open window. Inside the dorm-room Neckros was assembling the intact skeleton from the testing chamber when the crawler returned to his shoulder and leaned towards where his ear would be. Neckros finished binding the joint he was working on, and walked out of his dorm. It was starting to get dark, and the cafeteria would be putting out dinner soon. He went downstairs and out to the grounds, joining Yuu and Kariah. "Kariah, I'm glad to see you're feeling better. Yuu, was it? How is the new body holding up?"

... Yuu nodded and then smiled his eyes smiling as well ...





"It's ok Kharia,Getting angry at me is ok"





... As soon as he heard a voice behind him,Yuu turned around with a smile ...





"Neckros! I forgot to tell you about this new body,This body is perfect!"

'Sh*t' he thought when he heard Lances voice. 'Okay... I don't think he's noticed me... I can still slip back through the portal...' The thought carried on.

Steve looked at the small man in front of him. "That's not what i'm here for." He paused for a moment: "I'm just here to pick something up real quick, i'm sure you wouldn't mind, eh?" And with that, he just placed one foot in front of another casually strolling ahead when he noticed that PB was hesitating. He looked over his shoulder once again and raised an eyebrow since PB seemed to plan to get out of here ASAP. He uttered a silent "hm..?" While still moving ahead.

Realising running for it was not a good idea, Pbtenchi crept into Steve's shadow hoping Lance wouldn't notice him.

Lance sighed as he rolled to his side. "I don't know what you two are doing, but I swear Pb if you try to reincarnate that bird." He muttered as he closed his eyes and relaxed. "The amulets are also gone if you are looking for them..." He thought about warning them about the possibility of beasts running amok at this time of the night, but frankly he didn't care.

"I am, thank you. And now I understand why you're different, Ama- Yuu." Kharia quickly corrected herself, blushing slightly at her mistake. She looked up at Neckros and tilted her head to the side. "Neckros, what is that little creature I saw a moment ago?" She asked, referring to the skull walking around on phalanges.

Pbtenchi was starting to have second thoughts, but he steeled himself, he wasn't going to let that corpse go to waste. He came out from Steve's shadow. "Was my hiding that obvious?"

"I am, thank you. And now I understand why you're different, Ama- Yuu." Kharia quickly corrected herself, blushing slightly at her mistake. She looked up at Neckros and tilted her head to the side. "Neckros, what is that little creature I saw a moment ago?" She asked, referring to the skull walking around on phalanges.

"That's what helped me find my body It's Necros's little pet"

Kharia nodded as she understood, Yuu having answered for Neckros. She hoisted herself up from the ground and looked at the grass momentarily, wishing she didn't kill every living thing she touched. Sadness flashed across her face before disappearing quickly and was replaced with a bright smile. "Thank you for healing my arm, Yuu. I really appreciate it." Kharia told him, then gave him a hug. She was shorter than him, her head only reaching his chin, so she hugged his torso, as thanks for his help.

Steve put one and one together. That PB was actually trying to reanimate some sort of bird. And it also seemed like that Lance person was not all that happy about their attempt to get it. And with the amulets gone another trinket, and part of the deal, disappeared. "Yes it was." He answered bluntly and looked at both of them, not knowing what would come next. He sighed. 'School of evil.. More like preschool.'

Pbtenchi gulped, a thousand visions of lance smashing his skull passed through his mind.

Kharia chuckled at him and gave him a smile, until her stomach growled. She put a hand on her stomach and blushed. "I..uh...haven't eaten since this morning.." She said, embarrassed with herself. She looked around searching for a cafeteria. "Do they serve dinner here or have food or what?" She asked, rubbing her stomach.

"Uh that's not it... Um thunderbird is a rare delicacy?" He lied, trying to avoid seeing his body from his head.

Lance looked over his shoulder at Pb letting out a sigh. "You plan to eat the corpse of the bird? By now I believe the rest of the flock knows what happened to the hatchling.... If that's the case going up there at your level is completely fool hardy and there is a good chance you will die." Lance said simply easily seeing through the lie but he decided not to call out on it since he wasn't in the mood for an argument. As Lance talked loud screeching was heard at the top of the temple and thunder boomed over head as dark clouds covered most of the temple making it impossible to see the top.

"Hatchling?" He said, followed by "Flock?" He paused for a moment, before his jaw literally dropped. Using his non skeletal hand he forced his jaw back into place. "I guess I have to up the deal Steve... How many slaves you want?..."

"Well.. I mean, you don't have to come with me, you could do whatever. But if you want to join me, I'm fine with that..I just need to stop by my dorm." Kharia looked away and blushed as she spat her words out awkwardly. Ugh I worded that terribly. Kharia thought to herself, embarrassed once more.

"Well.. I mean, you don't have to come with me, you could do whatever. But if you want to join me, I'm fine with that..I just need to stop by my dorm." Kharia looked away and blushed as she spat her words out awkwardly. Ugh I worded that terribly. Kharia thought to herself, embarrassed once more.

"We can go to your dorm If you want,I mean it's fine with me"

"O-okay.." Kharia muttered, still blushing. She began walking quickly towards her dorm, avoiding the late evening rays of sunlight. As she stepped on some of the grass, it turned black beneath her, causing her bitterness to resurface. "Stupid grass.." She muttered, despite the fact that she wished she didn't kill every living thing she touched. She's tried bamboo, aloe, and other plants that normally survive well on their own, but they always die from her touch. Soon enough the two of them reached Kharia's dorm, which was empty. Her roommate was nowhere to be seen, so Kharia shrugged. "You can come in, I guess, but you need to turn around because I'm going to change. Or you can stay out here, up to you." Kharia shrugged again before opening her door.

Kharia nodded at him and then shut the door behind them. She went to her dresser and grabbed a T-shirt and sweatpants, having felt sort of cold beforehand. She removed her jacket, tank top, and shorts, then began changing into the sweatpants. She looked in the mirror attached to the dresser, admiring her tattoos. She enjoyed having these markings on her. They would appear on her every birthday, revealing a new tattoo, each of them beautiful and unique. After slipping on the pants, she grabbed her T-shirt and pulled it over her head. She turned back to Yuu and spoke, "Coast is clear. You weren't peeking, right?" She stuck her tongue out at him as she began to braid her long hair.

"Well... I wouldn't be a necromancer if I didn't try" he said before getting Into a running posistion, and recounting the locations of the traps and figuring out which ones would still be active. @Peaceswore @Chaos8ringer
