What about the staff characters? Who plays them, their actions? Do people who play the patients can act as a staff (within the patient's post, I'm not talking about creating a staff character). Are there any intractions between the staff and patients possible?

Adding a note- I know this role play is about getting out of the asylum and everything, but it's not going to be so easy to get out. We want this to last and I hope that it'd play out for a while and that we wouldn't rush things. Because, to me the whole point isn't just getting out of there, it's also roleplaying what it's like in the asylum. Also, it's not easy, guards have weapons, tasers ( a regular human can't withstand them, pretty high in voltage; and it's a given that they're all human, no super strength etc. ), guns etc. they have high security, and though the cells may not be the most high tech, areas like the labs and places for science are not to be trifled with.
