What Saige lacks in height, she makes up for in personality. She's a total smart-aleck. She has no boundaries and is completely unashamed to speak her mind to most people she knows. She's comfortable around most people and will strike up a conversation with just about anyone. She speaks with her hands and has a tendency to bounce on the balls of her feet when she gets excited.

While Saige may be an extrovert and is good with people, she doesn't like to let people in on her personal life. Hunter has a tendency to believe the worst about most people, accounting for her sarcastic nature. She's had some bad experiences with people and doesn't like to take too many chances with being overly nice and being screwed over. If she does share something personalwith someone, it means she truly trusts them.

Saige may be sarcastic and mean, but underneath all of that, she's invested. If she takes the time to develop a relationship with you, it's not something she's going to take lightly. She's the kind of friend who will stand up for you no matter what, and the kind of person who doesn't just go around talking crap about people.

HISTORY

Saige was born in Vault 76, just one year after it was closed. Her parents were incredibly conservative Christian people and did their best to keep her as uninformed of the outside world as possible. She heard the stories and rumors though and was bound and determined to get out of there some day.

She's one of the few girls in the Vault that wants to be more than a nurse or wife. Saige wants to be a guard, one specifically who knows the passwords to the outside doors. She's trained and fought since the age of 11, when the group of kids she grew up with, mostly the boys, came up with a kind of "Fight Club". She was brilliantly good with her hands and could hit just like any of the other boys.

When Saige was 13, her mother got NEV and died. Her father was devastated and has been pretty much absentee ever since. He threw himself into his work as a doctor, desperately searching for a cure. She hardly sees him and can only hope that maybe one day, she'll do something good enough to make him proud of her. She does the best she can in school and is bound and determined to do well on the G.O.A.T.

Once out of the Vault, Saige headed out with a small group, who are currently spending their first night in Blackwood.

Alondra is a bright, fierce little girl. She's grown up in the Wasteland and is very crafty. She's sneaky, sarcastic, and has quite the attitude. She's never met anyone outside of The Insurgency so the idea of anyone coming from anywhere else is foreign to her.

HISTORY

Alondra was born in the Wastelands, inside of The Insurgency. Not long after she was born, both of her parents were killed in an attack from another clan. After that, the entire Insurgency took care of her. "It takes a village to raise a child," is a very real idea in their little tribe. She takes pride in her parents death, even though she doesn't know many of the details. To be killed in battle though is very honorable in The Insurgency. Growing up in the Wastelands means that Allie's had to make her own way in life. She's a talented fighter, and should be, considering the fact that she's been able to learn from almost everyone, including Bastilla. She looks up to their leader a great deal and hopes one day to be just like her.

Richie is a socially awkward, with a propensity for violence and signs of paranoid schizophrenia. Though rather shy around females, he tends to show his stature by being the utmost gentlemen. Although, when he doesn't get his way, he becomes passive aggressive and becomes abruptly hot headed. He thinks of himself as the brains of any job, or any task, and is fierce when in danger. He exhibits the crippling fear of being insane, often getting angered when said, with the tendency of staying away from water and heights and turning dolls in the opposite direction of him. He's incredibly smart, sensitive, and ambitious. Despite his many flaws, he remains as an individual who's easy going around his friends.



HISTORY



Being birthed in Vault 76, Richard was the son of an aspiring scientist and an alcoholic father who part-timed in mechanical work. At a very young age, Richie was incredibly interested in reading, studying, and writing. He was in the top of his classes and by 16, is a prodigy. Never been a man of god, he dabbled in the possibilities of karma and astral projections. Though, being underground, he was comforted not worrying of an afterlife. Years of abuse and neglect on both parts of his folks left him mildly confused and terribly afflicted. The overseer and him don't meet eye to eye, Richie is considered a threat, due to his regular 'contraband' of homemade items. He doesn't talk to much people, though, he is willing.

Bastilla is the fierce and hardened leader of The Insurgency. She, and her followers took in the tribal and 'live off the land' ways of life. In the Northeast she's known as the most infamous and barbaric woman ever. The insurgents are ran as a family and do not favor in taking many prisoners. Recently; the town of Blackwood was ran by Mayor Bradshaw and his group of ex-military mercenaries. Who ran Blackwood as a cruel and unfavorable place for any traveler or resident. Bastilla and her people took the town in a frenzy for blood, hacking all the militants and roasting their flesh for the hungry peasants in the sewers and for fiends. Blackwood now; is a tolerated trade port, successful in selling chems, a moderate crime rate, prostitution and casinos for travelers. The law of this town are her militia of rebels. Hyde is beloved by her people and her followers dont mind her die hard attitude and dislikes to the more fortunate. Though her background remains shrouded in rumors and misconceptions. Bastilla is an avid user of Med-X and Psycho, she enjoys the mutated animals of the waste as food, welcoming of trade, and quite the seductress.

Terry is the kind of person that everyone has heard of, but no one sees. He is a very private individual, keeping thoughts to himself and sometimes talking to thin air. However, when he does speak, he is very much a smooth talker, able to get other people to do things for him. Because of this, some have seen him as manipulative, though this may be erroneous. Terry does not necessarily hold any ill will against anyone, but he has somewhat of a black-and-white view of life, having a functionalist perspective of vault society. Nonetheless, he does often attempt to see people as humans, instead of cogs in some machine, and can put up quite the facade, but he struggles to truly empathize.

This trait can be attributed to his upbringing. To his mother, rankings were of the utmost important; he always had to be the best. Terry was continually pushed to perform perfectly, superior to everyone else in both athletics and studies. Unfortunately, he failed to live up to his standards, causing a rift to form between him and his mother. Even now, he becomes upset when he does not do something extremely well. Terry's father, a simple laborer, often tells him that he does not have to be the best, and that staying inside the vault may be a good idea. Terry himself is split between his two parents, unsure of whom exactly to believe.

Because of this, Terry is used to being under a great deal of physical and mental stress. This has made him more tolerant to pain, but sometimes causes him to become unstable. He has sometimes considered "extreme" measures to ensure that his plans go smoothly; while he would rather others do his will, he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. This is only in the rarest of cases, however, as Terry tries to constantly reflect upon his own morals. It is even possible that he has a death wish, often engaging in very dangerous activities for no apparent reason.

HISTORY

Terry Vinn remembers little of his childhood. For him, everything a normal child experiences - birthday parties, running around pretending to be a superhero, playing hooky from school - either never happened or flew by in a blur. From the deepest recesses in his memory, he remembers only late study nights and bruises from the training room. His mother, a well-meaning but strict woman, pushed her son from a young age to be the best of the best in all areas, physical and mental. If the bombs had wiped out all talent and traces of culture from the land, then her son would be the pioneer of the next age.

So the drills continued, and Terry grew to an impressive...slightly above average. Despite brutal attempts at turning the boy into some sort of genius or pro athlete, Terry simply didn't have the natural talent for either intellect or physical fitness. The matter wasn't helped by his mother's insistence that he be the absolute top of his class, which he rarely was. It seemed that instead of consuming knowledge and training, Terry simply...took them. Pressed beyond his limits almost daily, the boy grew accustomed to physical and mental stress, causing his fortitude to grow. However, this did not help his chances at becoming someone great. Even his solitary talent, an aptitude for persuasiveness, was curtailed by his unwillingness to draw attention to himself.

Eventually, Terry's mother all but gave up on forming him into anything of use. While the mandatory drills and tests ceased, however, the psychological effect would prove to be long-term. Terry's father, a small-time laborer, often encouraged his son during rough nights, and was able to convince his wife to ease up on the boy. For the most part, ultimately, he took a step back, allowing Terry's mother to take lead in raising the boy. The Vinn family has the appearance of a perfect, close-knit group, and it is certainly less dysfunctional than most, but under the picturesque exterior is a bit more unfortunate truth.

After the Vault opened, Terry left his family to go with a separate to the town of Blackwood.

NAME: Rosa Harmon


AGE: 55


APPEARANCE : First of all Rosa is a glowing one ghoul, though she is fairly well persevered for someone in her state. He nose is gone her hair is nothing but a few patchwork locks and in many places her skin has peeled away to reveal the glowing power inside her. He body is slightly on the thin side and her joints have lost more skin than various other parts of her body. He mouth eyes and nose hole consonantly glow making her face almost be a glowing skull, though in a bright day her features can be made out.

EYE COLOR: used to be a light grey now they are so glowing they can barely be seen.


PERSONALITY: Rosa is a seemingly laid back and friendly person always willing to take a job or charge into a fire fight for a handful of caps. She however wishes for something to work for and really pass her time instead of the short term jobs and friends she makes. She really just wants a good cause. She is very attached to her modified power armor as it no only protects her but protects other from her. Rosa prefers energy weapons but if ammo is scares she has no qualms about wading into melee and punching her enemies to death , with the help of her armor of course. She also loves nuka cola quantum and finds deathclaws cute she desires to have one as a pet.


HISTORY: Rosa was born the daughter of a US senator affording her privilege and the soft life even when she signed up for the military as even then the important people were given safe job while everyone else was sent to die. So she was left working at one of the military bases the speckle the country. Now why this matters at all is that this privilege would have saved her from her fate if not for bad luck.


She like many other ranking military and government officials ( she had managed to make major though little action of her own) were all part of the secret enclave project though she only knew that it was something like a safe bunker for them. She never made it to any Enclave base as when the bombs fell she was on board an evac vertabird but though luck or fate one of the nukes crashed a scant distance away, well scant for it miles for everything else, and the vertabrid crashed killing everyone except Rosa who at first thought the power armor she had taken , she thought it was that valuable that it might be needed in the bunkers, had saved her she soon discovered she had mutated her hair falling out her skin peeling away she was no longer human.


After nearly a year of depression Rosa eventually mostly got over it and after trying to find a few of the bases and failing she simply started to wander aimless. She soon started to work as a hired hand to keep herself feed and her armor nice and repaired, she even eventually painted it, however this affected her in a way she could never have expected.


Nearly 10 years ago she went on a small expedition in the capitol wasteland , she had wandered there to see if anything was left, she along with a small group of humans went to look for any supplies and one of them suggested some place called dunwich. After entering everything at first seemed fine but soon things started to go bad others reported seeing things and even Rosa started to hear voices. They stayed there nearly a day but by that time the humans had become ghouls and they had discovered some strange obelisk which seemed to speak to them. Rosa had just enough sense to run as fast as she could out of there but she still hears those infernal whispers.


She currently has resumed the hired gun line of work and tends to operate out of Black wood when she can otherwise she tends to wander having figured out ghouls as people like her are called don't exactly seem to die, as she meet one person who was 100 when the bombs fell and changed only to feel far healthier afterwards, so she may never die if she doesn't go mad first.
