personality: Evangeline is a good hearted girl at her core if not a bit hot headed at times, generally exuding a friendly and warm air about her. The youth generally isn't afraid to speak up if she feels she should, and more often than not is hardly afraid to get into a fight if it means helping another or doing the right thing, but that's not to say she won't do such simply to put someone in their place either. She despises others who think themselves better based purely on egotistical merit and little else, even more so for individuals that bully and harass others for their own personal enjoyment. Evangeline thoroughly enjoys a good challenge as well, all too happy to throw her hat into the ring if it means testing herself in some way, and even if she's hardly experienced in something as she sees such as a learning experience, accepting any defeat with good sportsmanship so long as such is returned in kind.

History:
Evangline was born into a terrible family dynamic, her mother was an artist and her father was an abusive alchaholic, for years she feared that she would grow up to be like her father. Fortunately, he caught on quickly and gained a newfound love for the arts. This also helped her forge a special bond with her mother that would be unbreakable for years. By the time evangeline was 7 she was not only taking piano lessons and voice lessons, but doing relatively well in them along with her progression in her painting skills . Meanwhile, having started school, she excelled due to her excellent , able to learn very quickly and easily. However, due to her quick paced memory, she would get bored very easily, as such, Evangeline’s parents continued to find pastimes for her to enjoy, including cooking lessons.

Unfortunately, at 10 years old, Evangeline’s mother died after giving birth to Deliha , Evangeline’s younger sister. Especially heartbroken, she became depressed and began secluding herself from others, trying to avoid getting to close to people so he wouldn't have to suffer heartbreak once again. However, the only person who took it as hard as she did was her father. Evangeline began to notice how her father began to drink more and slowly go more and more off the edge. As such, Zachary, Evangeline’s cousin, began to take care of everyone, dropping out of college to take care of evangeline, her sister and her father. Seeing how hard Zachary worked brought Evangeline out of her depression as she decided to try and help her cousin out. As such, Evangeline began trying to find ways to help her cousin, usually putting her talents in music and cooking to use, busking on the street or selling cookies. Evangeline also began putting more effort in her schoolwork in an effort to go to and finish college in honor of her mother. That was until recently when her father transferred her to a new high school where she was to be married off.

personality: Yume is a happy and bubbly girl, timid to new people but always good hearted and willing to lend a hand with her bright giggle and innocent smile she could light up a room metaphorically, a grand staple against the usual vampire archetype, she tries hard at things but has a short attention span and isn't the brightest, a tad clumsy especially with an even worse memory than what vampires are usually credited for she's occasionally teased but mostly in a loving and joking manner, any who do bully her have come around to the fact it wasn't doing much and simply decided to stop it, she'd opening a lesbian and can be quite clingy and floppy around other people, having a lazy and sleepy streak despite not actually needing it, she hardly gets flirtatious though except on that one occasion where she drank candy whiskey from the teachers draw because she thought it was candy floss flavoured juice, boy people still talk about that to this day despite it happening in year eight. The girl has always attended vampiric school so has little experience with humans but is immensely curious about them, she grew up in the vampire community though little is known or mentioned of her parents, both members of high status before their disappearance it's one of those, everyone knows but no one says things she supposes.

Serena 'Sena' Yumeth - Mother - (//) - Mind manipulation - Serena was a beauty amongst all those who knew her, kind of heart and nature she cared for all and many families aspired to claim her heart and bring them into their pureblood ranks, eventually she married that of her cousin, an act very regular for those who avoid an arranged marriage due to unique circumstances, she had also been missing for quite some time.

Ability: Blood manipulation, high class and dangerous ability, the user is able to telepathically manipulate either their own or a victims blood, the most effective use being to bite a finger causing an opening to their own supply, such can be used to make hardened weapons with skill or used as a restraint. There are only two known families who carry this trait, the Yumeth's and the Yumair's, closely related pureblood families with a long history of fighting and reconcile, though as of late both seem to have mostly disappeared from the ears and eyed of the all seeing politics that govern the vampire and human worlds.

On his 18th birthday, Yin tattoed a Chinese dragon his left hand to honor his father and himself for becoming such a strong and healthy man. That was when he heard of Castella accepting students, Yin decided that this was the best path the could take to fulfill his dream, to teach.

As a child Nic was always wondering around the woods in their backyard with her mom. Marissa would always tell her daughter stories of far away kingdoms and magical forests filled with amazing creatures. This sparked Nichole's sense of adventure, she wanted to go out in the world and fill others with hope and inspiration. Sadly, her mother died in a car crash a week after Nichole's tenth birthday, this tore her family apart.

Her father locked himself in his office only coming out to make meals or to go to his bedroom. He remarried 3 years later to a women who only wanted the luxury that came with the man. Her father grew more and more apart from his daughter once his trust was put in the women he married instead of his own child. By age 14, Nic was spending almost all her time with her aunt. She grew a want to learn parkour after watching Tally practice free-running in her gym. Before being transferred to the new school, you would always see Nic at the gym or in the woods singing to herself. In Jerferson Marks High School, Nichole was always hanging out with the sports teams. She would practice mainly soccer and football with the guys, usually sitting with them at lunch. They saw her as a cool little sister, she saw them as a bunch of idiot brothers. The coaches loved having her around because she encouraged the teams to care about their education, most of the guys were actually able to skip a grade with her help and support.
Nic, one the ither hand wanted to stay in her age level, even when she was given a chance to take college courses it wouldn't have been comfortable for her.Her parents wanted to put Nichole in a school she could stay at and away from the house. He was really more uncontrollably thinking of a girl than his own native-blood parents. Priorities, he had that. On some spring of junior high, Travis joined a band club. For what other dumb reason, but her? He hadn't even touched an instrument before. Ana entered his life like a subtle morning, not knowing any more when the cold had took over his hands than when her image had took over his young heart.

They were hardly considered acquaintances; Travis wasn't the expressive type to begin with, but he valued those few interactions to be special as a result. While in the band club, he was still sincere in learning something and picked up bass as his pastime. Naturally, he wasn't just idly practicing for hours every day. He found excuses to talk to her while there, got her number and texted her, made her laugh and smile, stupidly smiling himself. When she was feeling down, he played music to lighten her mood. When she was vexed, he sang as well, humiliating himself for her amusement. Clumsily, honestly, steadily - he did it all that way. When Ana had to move out of the country, there could only follow heartbreak, disappointment, then melancholy. The year passed quietly thinking of her.

Many springs went and came, the club had performed in a number of recitals and gigs by the time Travis entered high school. He continued with his musical practice, becoming decently proficient in guitar and keyboard alongside his initial choice of bass. There was still the roughness of an intermediate about him, but his dad continued supporting his efforts while keeping reasonable involvement. Travis was truly thankful because his dad also acted something of an alumni network for him.

Nerve wracking, yeah, being hired to play first time. Travis made mistakes, unused to the new environment, but the bands were patient with him because his age. It didn't take long, either way, for him to quickly familiarize himself. Life was quite enjoyable as his heart healed and encompassed more of the world. The next years matured him, his craft, and his renown (where at least, other musicians may know of him).

Then there's the part later where his father, quite out of character, pushed him into attending a new high school excluding any disclosure, and it happened just so. That particular day Travis was too tired to deal with anything, graciously going along with it. Auren is a quiet person. No, really, he is. This quietness comes about because he is shy around many people, at least, in the beginning. When people open up on topics that he thoroughly enjoys, they are opening a watergate of words from him. Furthermore, Auren seems...dark to many people. With this combination in mind, many see him as brooding.

Auren is also highly intelligent. He is well versed in many fields of academic interest to him. However, he is slightly lacking in common sense. Despite this, he tends to place logic above everything else, even emotions. That is not to say he is emotionless, a psychopath. He just tends to either suppress his emotions, or blow up with them.


Auren is also a jokester, though this is secondary to his intelligence, normally. His humor normally comes from sarcasm, wit, and wordplay. Another trait of Auren is he is polite; though he may stutter from time to time, he still never fails to thank others, and do minor acts of kindness towards others.

Despite this polite exterior, he is still a very...ruthless and efficient person. As stated before, he treats people as pawns. As such, he will manipulate the situation to fit his agenda, whatever it is.

However, that does not mean his agenda is purely for self-gain. He was raised in a household that emphasizes being morally good. He holds these teachings close to his mind, if not his heart.

He can get close to people. They have to get past his suspicion, but it is possible. There, a change in his attitude occurs. It is not a dramatic shift, but rather, one sees him making attempts to understand why they are doing their actions, offering more extensive help, and clumsy attempts at emotional support.

Auren despises alcohol, and refuses adamantly to drink it. Furthermore, he is wary of users with guns- he is not against guns necessarily, rather, he is suspicious of the intent of the users behind the weapon. Furthermore, despite his suspicion, Auren finds it more logical to broker peace between people whenever possible- unnecessary fighting is a waste of energy and unity.
Auren may not admit this to the world, primarily because he does not trust the world, as well as believing this to be normal, but he has an aching in his chest, a restlessness in himself. He dismisses this aching feeling, and he actually is used to it, somewhat, by now, believing it to be a result of his childhood- something to be forgotten.


History:
Auren was born to a well-to-do family, with his father a lawyer, and his mother a schoolteacher. He had a twin sister, a younger sister, about 4 years younger than him, and an older brother, about 4 years older than him. It was all fine.. Until he was five.
His parents always worried about him and his brother at times. Both seemed to be utterly ruthless at times. Auren’s older brother more so than Auren- at least Auren stopped annoying them when their pleads became desperate. Not so with Auren’s brother- he showed a lack of compassion that disturbed the parents. So, they attempted to discipline him, to teach him.
Then one fateful night. His older brother took hold of the family’s shotgun, and destroyed the family, and burned the house down, then escaped into the night . No one survived, except for Auren. No one really knows what happened, except for Auren; that will probably stay that way for a long while yet.
After rescuing Auren from the burnt ashes of his house, they gave him to his next of kin: his uncle. His uncle, Caiden Vyrn was an alcoholic. When he first gained custody of Auren, he swore to abandon his demon, and focus on taking care of Auren. For the first year, he managed reasonably well to contain his vice, or at least keeping it from Auren. He even managed to even teach Auren some of his trade: Caiden was a welder, in addition to being a part-time blacksmith.
However, during the second year, his uncle began to slip with his conviction. He began drinking more, and eventually that bled into his daily. It was devastating for Caiden- he couldn’t work without an arm, and the pain was constantly gnawing at him. So, he turned to the bottle. Auren’s beatings began to occur almost daily. He began trying to force Auren to drink alcohol. However, all that did was damage Auren’s vocal cords. He even began to follow Auren out onto the streets, in order to drag him back. So Auren simply went farther away, into far rougher territory. Needless to say, Auren learned how to use knives very quickly.
Thankfully for Auren, the Child Protective Services caught wind of Caiden’s behavior, and at the end of the third year, they arrested him, and took Auren from him. After debating what to do to the almost eight-year old, including trying to find his next of kin. They couldn’t find anyone else willing to take him. Therefore, they put him in foster care service.
While foster care provided better care than Caiden in his drunkenness, it was still a rough area. It was around this time that Auren’s intelligence, ruthlessness, and skills began to show, in addition to his...anti-social tendencies. As elder orphans attempted to bully him, they were soon sent running. In addition to this, Auren found a book on shurikens. Delighted, or at least as delighted a child like him could be, he began practicing the trade in earnest, especially when the owners of the foster home began taking his knives away from him, much to his displeasure.
He stayed at the foster home until he was ten. By that time, he was a scarred, ruthless, and suspicious individual. Auren’s father’s friend, Hiro Catalan, found him in this condition. A lawyer as well, Hiro felt that he needed to take Auren away from that place. Being an unmarried man with no children, he had the funds to Secure Auren as his ward. There, he began trying to rehabilitate Auren into the regular world.
It took almost another five years, but he finally earned Auren’s trust, and so thus began Auren’s tour into law. While Auren cared little for the specifics, he became very excellent at seeing loopholes in everything, and he exploited that in his private school, which he attended for eight years. This private school capitalized on Auren’s intelligence, and allowed him to study in many different fields.
He made many ‘friends’ there, one could say- many people began to rely on him because of his efficiency. However, no one could truly to claim to know him and his inner thoughts. Eventually, this conflict of the facade and the reality of his state of loneliness reached its head at the eighth year, and he was asked not to come next year. At a loss, Hiro put Auren into his current school, at twelfth grade.

Auren is a quiet person. No, really, he is. This quietness comes about because he is shy around many people, at least, in the beginning. When people open up on topics that he thoroughly enjoys, they are opening a watergate of words from him. Furthermore, Auren seems...dark to many people. With this combination in mind, many see him as brooding.

Auren is also highly intelligent. He is well versed in many fields of academic interest to him. However, he is slightly lacking in common sense. Despite this, he tends to place logic above everything else, even emotions. That is not to say he is emotionless, a psychopath. He just tends to either suppress his emotions, or blow up with them.


Auren is also a jokester, though this is secondary to his intelligence, normally. His humor normally comes from sarcasm, wit, and wordplay. Another trait of Auren is he is polite; though he may stutter from time to time, he still never fails to thank others, and do minor acts of kindness towards others.

Despite this polite exterior, he is still a very...ruthless and efficient person. As stated before, he treats people as pawns. As such, he will manipulate the situation to fit his agenda, whatever it is.

However, that does not mean his agenda is purely for self-gain. He was raised in a household that emphasizes being morally good. He holds these teachings close to his mind, if not his heart.

He can get close to people. They have to get past his suspicion, but it is possible. There, a change in his attitude occurs. It is not a dramatic shift, but rather, one sees him making attempts to understand why they are doing their actions, offering more extensive help, and clumsy attempts at emotional support.

Auren despises alcohol, and refuses adamantly to drink it. Furthermore, he is wary of users with guns- he is not against guns necessarily, rather, he is suspicious of the intent of the users behind the weapon.
