Setsu believes that everyone is generally good, and it is only because of circumstances that people turn to evil. This trait is one of her major downfalls because she ends up trusting and trying to help the wrong people/letting the wrong people get close to her. Bio: Setsu was born and raised in Tokyo Japan. She lived with her mother Mariko and her older brother Haruhiko. The first five years of her life were bliss and completely normal, then tragedy struck. She and her brother were out playing past curfew in a local park when some drunk thugs came along. Haruhiko told her to stay hidden behind the slide “No matter what” when they spotted him. Haruhiko was shot two times in a drunken rage. After hearing the story Mariko blamed her daughter for the death of her son. Setsu vowed she would never let anything like that happen again, but from that point on life at home was hell. Mariko became an alcoholic unable to forget the death of her beloved son and became neglectful and both verbally and slightly physically abusive towards Setsu.
