A strategist with years of experience in the navy under his belt, Ulysses can assess and adapt to most situations with ease. By exploiting the pros and cons of the OCCS, he aids his contractors in combat with technologies and equipment available. His calm and collected demeanor allows him to broker deals and reason with most associates.

Bane of Palamedes
In combat, he makes the most of his augmented cybernetic arm to achieve feats insurmountable to most in close-quarter defense cases. However, the neuronic connection between him and his cybernetic arm is susceptible like most augmentations.
BACKGROUND EVALUATION
A laid-back captain with varied experience in combat during his time on land. From 2045 to 2047, Kuechler was embedded with the CIAs for intelligence support operations against the Syndicates. Following his return to the Navy, the man remained there and was eventually given command of his own vessel - the Multi-Mission Frigate USS Endeavor.

Having survived the onslaught of the Second American Civil War, Ulysses has since been taking on odd jobs - sailing with his crew to answer the cries of those in need. In a world filled with monsters and countless dangers, the Exodites remain as one of the few opportune liberators as opposed to the terms imposed by mercenary companies. Rather than taking upon the mantle of their well-backed competitors, Exodites go above and beyond their job to help rebuild communities before moving on. It is one of the core principles that Ulysses have managed to instill in his fellow sea rovers.

[Ceto] - As his most reliable aide and adjutant, Ulysses permitted her full governance of the Exodus's affairs - be it immediate or mundane details. Having released her central command directives, Ulysses treat her as any other human beings.
[Muncher] - Realizing her potentials as a capable and competent pilot, Ulysses went out of his way to complete a dangerous job in return for her service. Ever since the ordeal, Muncher has proven herself as his go-to operative for logistical and transport details.
[Sokol] - Dubbed as Ulysses's Solution, they are only called upon for the toughest of jobs. He is on good terms with the Promethean - often seen fishing together.

Signature Weapon Mastery: Hand of Alkon (Cybernetic Arm)
Designed and crafted by Ceto using spare parts, following their departure from Point Loma, the arm has since become Ulysses's personal defense tool. Utilizing integrated compartments to house a potent power unit that is similar to a Raven's core, Ulysses's cybernetic arm is capable of discharging short energy-bursts. It is later retrofitted with titanium and reinforced by AFA in 2067, further increasing its offensive capabilities and durability in water.

As the Exodus's Chief Mate, Ceto is connected to the rest of the ship's marine Ravens via the Olympus Command & Control System. This allows her to commandeer Ravens, amplify their cohesiveness and function as a central terminal for peer-to-peer neural defenses. By regulating data ingestion flow with her built-in PONTUS (Personnel-Occlusion Negator; Tactical Unilateral System), she can tap into most digital mainframes and support her allies in Raven neural warfare. Due to the Exodus's closed-wall OCCS routing, Ceto can only hack and amplify data flow within a limited proximity.

Mermaid Coating
The Pherousa model is distinguished by their mermaid-like form, with a maglev mechanical lower body that enables them to float around ships with ease. Following the Navy's Raven trial requisitions in 2063, Pherousa model is augmented with corrosion-resistant titanium to operate in seawater. Blended with compound aluminum spacings for better buoyancy, Ceto excels in water operations. To prevent corrosion in harsher environment, a secondary layer of copper film is applied - giving Ceto a patina glow about her appearance.

Fog of War
Her hair is composed of sealed titanium tetrachloride filaments, complemented by metallic microwires and polymers that allows her to deploy a defensive smoke screen.
BACKGROUND EVALUATION
The Pherousa model was designed by Corvus Industries for the United States Navy as part of the Talos Program to augment the USN with automated crew and combatants, following a dwindling number of eligible recruits during the Second American Civil War.

At the outbreak of the Battle of 29 Palms, Ceto's central command directives were deactivated by Ulysses. In return for her neural freedom, he requested the Raven to aid him in evacuating the civilians, to which she complied. However, without a directive to dictate her next course of actions, Ulysses offered her a contract as his adjutant until the day she decides to find her own bearings in this world. Ceto has since served as Ulysses's Chief Mate and is now responsible for the Exodus's crew welfare, security and ship operations. She is given charge of commanding the other Ravens to keep the ship in shape and facilitate support for humans on board. She is often seen arm-wrestling with Muncher during her breaks.

Associations:
[Ulysses] - Loyal to Ulysses, she is actively trying to improve her emotional capacity to impress the man. Seeing him as her liberator, the Raven ponders and advocates his interests.
[Muncher] - While far from an ideal companion, Ceto is receptive of Muncher's advices when it comes to being human. Though it tends to land her in an awkward spot when trying to impress Ulysses.
[Sokol] - As a subject of her Hecatomb Traces research program, Ceto holds a certain sense of respect for the Promethean as they continues to explore and unravel the mystery of Ambrosia.

Signature Weapon Mastery: Gigaros Mk.III (Bident)
Originally issued as a pole charge for UDTs, Ulysses and Ceto redesigned it into a bident, with the fillings replaced with IMC-46 and conductive filaments for charging and retaining energy - to be used as both a ranged weapon and a pike. The 3rd revision of the Gigaros is able to retract for mobility and storage.

Raised in an unforgiving environment following the Black Tuesday environment, she has a gift for snatching things undetected and sneaking out of trouble with ease. Though those circumstances often came hand-in-hand with her drinking problem. Caution is advised when leaving meals unattended or when playing cards with her.

While her job is to fly, Muncher is able to hold her own in a firefight - although with less efficiency compared to other riflemen.
BACKGROUND EVALUATION
An eccentric ex-IAC pilot fished out of trouble by the Captain during the Exodus’s stop in Dublin. Despite being a full-time alcoholic and part-time gambler, Muncher’s exceptional flying abilities make her a valuable ally on deployment.

Known for pilfering any unattended meals in the fridge and cafeteria to counteract her hangovers - she earned herself the callsign “Muncher”.

Associations:
[Ulysses] - Muncher enjoys griping to Ulysses when she can, often times requesting for alcohol supplies. She is grateful, however, for what he did for her in Dublin. Between her old life and that as an Exodite, she does not mind flying aboard the Exodus for the rest of her life.
[Ceto] - Muncher is often engaged in a debate with Ceto, whether trivial or philosophical. She sees the Raven as a younger sister, always trying to find time to spend with the android.
[Sokol] - Sokol is the receiving end of Muncher's rants, and would be the first she seeks out for range practice. While she feels that Sokol is hard to read at times, she trusts the woman's ability to handle herself in combat.

Sokol is an assault-oriented Promethean that utilizes fast, decisive movements and attacks. Utilizing her deucalium, she can perform heavy attacks that creates phantom reverberations. to penetrate RED's crystallized skin. These heavy attacks contain a high concentration of equalized energy that can be further enhanced when working with another Promethean.

Hand of Perkunas
Sokol's electric attacks allow her to pierce and break most common Reds, making her a powerful duelist in close-quarter combat. However, due to her technique's timing and positioning requirements, she falls short when dealing with a swarm.

Death By A Thousand Phantoms
When her Deucalium Governor is released, Sokol is able to cook her radiation and further enhance her speed to deal as many cuts as possible within a short amount of time. This often creates numerous revenant images trailing her movement, leaving behind a substantial trace of ambrosia radiation - which can be utilized by other operators to deal more damage to the target.

Swift Bird
Her technique revolve around the immobilization of REDs before dealing a heavy blow, often with an overcharged blackbody radiation, to neutralize the threat. Thus she is lightly armored, to compensate for her quick movements and flanking maneuvers. As a primary sword user, she has limited defensive options against marksmen and suppressive fire. To support her allies, Sokol utilizes a variety of scavenged gears, such as the composite armor panels to create mobile covers on the spot.
BACKGROUND EVALUATION
A mysterious Promethean contractor from Poland that has served aboard the Exodus for the last 3 years.

With the recent influx of newer contractors, Sokol has taken on a permanent detail as the squad leader of the Rear Echelon unit, which satisfied her immensely for not being deployed often. However, despite her preference for peace on the deck, Sokol has a history of being called for the most difficult of assignments. The last to be seen during an ongoing operation, Sokol is a competent leader and a powerful Promethean with an array of skills to offer. Specialized in hunting REDs in the past, Sokol excels in reconnaissance and conventional anti-RED tactics.

Associations:
[Ulysses] - As Sokol's benefactor, she is on good terms with the Captain - often working closely with him to ensure a smooth flow of operation. They share a hobby of fishing, and can be seen casting a line over some cold beers in calm waters.
[Ceto] - Sokol sees Ceto as a capable mentor and a competent adjutant to Ulysses.
[Muncher] - She dislikes Muncher’s drinking habit, but tends to indulge the woman’s drunken anti-government rants - describing it as a “free and cathartic yapcast.” Yet, despite their differences in philosophies, the two tend to work remarkably well on the field.

Nyx class raven units make use of there advanced sensor systems and multi target awareness to deal with swarms of targets acting primarily to sweep aside lesser priority targets while acting as forward spotter for specialists while they can deal with powerful single targets the nyx classes weapon loadout allows it to thrive in target rich environments. Biography:
Being one of the first second-generation Raven units produced by an internal manufacturing concern in Russia in the aftermath of the Laevateinn and Giltine incidents, Match was promptly set up and deployed with others of her line to the front. As a specialized shocktrooper unit, the group was often deployed not only in combat against the REDs in both wilderness combat and ruined settlements, but also participated in assaults against Coalition outposts and forward operating bases that encroached on Accord borders. The sight of burning flesh and gaping bullet holes never bothered her, and she was content to care only for her "siblings" and obey the orders of her commanders like schoolteachers.

But in late 2097, slightly before the commencement of the Lviv campaign, things changed.

The unit had pinpointed and "cleansed" yet another outpost, this one not of Coalition troops, but REDs. Low on ammunition and moderately damaged, they prepared to return to base when the Coalition struck. It appeared that they had sacrificed a relatively expendable outpost (or a decoy of one) to the REDs, allowing it to serve as bait for the inevitable Accord force coming to claim the position. In the ensuing battle, much of the unit fell, and Match escaped with her life, though her centralized protocol governor was taken offline after being grazed by a bullet in the middle of an attempt at a neural attack by a Coalition Raven.

To say that this absurd coincidence gave her humanity or emotion would be incorrect. However, it did force her to speak, to think, in her own voice and only her own for once. She left the equipment she possessed then on the charred body of a Coalition Raven, allowing command to believe that the entire unit had been wiped out before setting out east. She wasn't tired of fighting. She wasn't afraid of fighting. But she wanted to see the other side of the coin in this bleak world for a while.

Anyone who cared to and was able to monitor the rogue Raven would then know that she traveled across the civilized areas of Russia and China, holding various jobs such as an assistant at a rural clinic, a janitor at a Raven manufacturing plant, a maid in a CEO's house, and a costumed entertainer at a theme park in Qingdao. But she never held any for long. She could not hide that she was a Raven, but she could hide where she came from and why she did what she did. For a time, at least.

Eventually, she heard of the Exodites. Packing what little she had, she set out on the journey to join their crew, knowing that their mandate would require her to take up arms once more.

As a whole, Match is soft-spoken, but not exactly shy or timid. Almost like a young teenager, she puts herself forth as more experienced, mature, and skilled than she actually is (but what she's capable of is nothing to sneeze at either). She has a habit of acting like she knows more than you, or at least knows something you don't. She is pragmatic about violence, un-cynical, taking pride in victory but having no interest in prolonging suffering. At some point in the past, she developed an interest in collecting and reviewing music and film from a few decades prior, which she carries both on drives and in individual copies where possible.

Signature Weapon Mastery:
As a specialised shocktrooper, Firebreak was designated to carry the flamethrower that served equally well in wilderness and urban environments. The weapon she uses now is a similar unit salvaged and restored. Unlike the stereotypical, archaic flamethrower, this weapon is a self-contained unit that doesn't include a backpack. In an assembly roughly the size of a large grenade launcher or a short-barreled LMG, it is fueled by a large external cartridge of gel-like fuel which is not susceptible to rupturing like a tank of liquid fuel would be. Internally, it also holds a small tank of propane, used to ignite the pilot light. As one would expect, once a stream of the gel fuel is squirted through the pilot light, it all goes up in thick, sticky, long-lasting flames and a cloud of smoke. Many REDs and Coalition infantry have fallen before such a weapon in Firebreak's hands.

Other Equipment:
While she dresses lightly at other times, in combat Firebreak dresses the part. She suits up in an ignition-proof greatcoat, boots, and trousers as well as a mask that shields her upper face and comes with a gas mask below. Not that she needs to breathe, really.

As useful as the flamethrower is, there are situations where wholesale ignition is unnecessary or perilous. For situations like that, she has prepared other weapons, favoring those with a strong single impact. Most notably, these include a Kel-Tec KS7 shotgun (or a replica thereof) that she loads varyingly with slugs or incendiary rounds, an RHS-12 revolver, and a splitting maul to demolish obstructions and to save ammo in close combat. She rarely carries all of them at once, but considers her loadout before each deployment.

Whenever she carries her flamethrower, she also carries two "fire grenades", roughly basketball sized assemblies that release a cooling, extinguishing foam when ruptured, allowing her to suppress fire when it becomes necessary.

Combat Data:

IFF Lock-On:
Due to her specific specialization within her unit, Match was improved with a then-state of the art IFF system that uses a combination of motion detection and magnetic tags to rapidly distinguish between friends and everyone else due to her weaponry's tendency to obscure conventional visual or thermal detection. The system allows her to identify foes and target them with ranged weapons at extreme speed and accuracy. After the destruction of her centralized protocol governor, Match cannot register new tags and technically views every generally human/animal-like contact that she sees as a hostile. When someone enters her field of view suddenly, she sometimes involuntarily makes a rapid motion of drawing and firing a weapon at them.

Insulation: Again due to the demands of her specialization, Match was treated with additional plating under her skin that grants her notable resistance to heat, ignition, and other directed energy attacks. This protection is focused around vital parts in her head and torso with her limbs being expendable, though the set she wears now have similar, lesser protection.

Clinging Grip: As with several other Ravens made for wilderness deployment, Match is equipped with pads in her palms and soles that use a combination of electromagnetism and van der Waals force to assist in climbing and gripping. This hardly makes her a wall crawler, but does make it hard to make her let go of anything she doesn't want to let go of. She can also reliably cling to any ferrous metal (like the hull of a vehicle) for extended periods of time.

Background: Milo grew up out in the middle of nowhere, somewhere in Alaska. His parents were lifestyle vloggers who made a show out of living off-grid while helping themselves to the delights of modern civilization while the cameras were off. Milo wised up to his parents' antics and worked out a plan to escape the second he'd turned 18. Unfortunately, Black Tuesday screwed up his plans, cutting his whole family off from the rest of the world for real. His parents' survival skills turned out to be the real deal, and they survived for another year and a half out in the woods, but after a particularly harsh and abnormally red winter, his parents uprooted the whole family to move into the nearest town.

Although his parents proved that they weren't just Internet personalities and capable of supporting Milo and his siblings in a crisis, he never really got over his dream of seeing what was out there. Even if most of the continent really was just a blasted wasteland like people were saying. He eventually made the safe and well thought-out decision of stealing a truck and driving in the general direction of the Canadian border. After that, things got fuzzy. Milo recalls driving along an abandoned highway when the trees on either side became dizzyingly tall, before waking up in an abandoned town several miles away, bow in hand and two-year gap in his memory. That's when he ran into the crew of the Exodus and fell in withthem.

COMBAT ASSESSMENT
Signature Weapon Mastery: Milo's signature weapon is an incomplete artifact that takes the form of an archaic wooden longbow, with some simple attachments to make it more comfortable to wield. While the identity of the artifact is currently unknown, it has the curious property of granting the wielder control over the flight properties of any arrows fired from it. Using this ability requires some concentration on Milo's part, so he tends to stick to the back lines in combat.

Signature Weapon Mastery: Crow specializes in heavy weaponry, but prefers the unstoppable might of a rotary cannon.
Other Equipment:
  • Ballistic Shield and explosive spears: In urban environments, where a rotary cannon cannot be effectively used, Crow opts for a more personal load out. A large ballistic shield allows him to take point and act as mobile cover, while the explosive spears can be used to destroy heavy targets, or be set to a proximity fuse and set as either an obvious trap or airburst around cover.
  • Pump action shotgun: A secondary option in most cases, used to blast open locked doors and saving on precious explosive ordinance.
Combat Data: The Achilles model was designed for two roles. To be the immovable object, and the unstoppable force, as needed. Priority target spotted? The Achilles will bulldoze it's way through any and all opposition to reach them. Need to deny the enemy an area? The Achilles is tough enough to withstand all but the most powerful weaponry and is equipped with the heavy weaponry required to intimidate as much as obliterate anyone foolish enough to try to take it from them.

Personality: Once known on the Exodus to be a relatively quiet and young member, she has since grown out of her shell since it went rogue. While Foxtail still sometimes struggles with social communications due to her less than forgiving upbringing, she always expresses a desire to learn and fit in. Her loyalty to Ulysses and the crew is as unwavering as it was the first time the choice has been given to her.

Background: Anna Meadows's first memories was a mark on her skin and four white walls with a bright light hanging over her.

All she had ever known were those white walls, the bland food (though is it really bland if you've tasted nothing else), and the scientists who came in and out to check her vitals and teach her basic human functions. Everything they had done was detached and no warmth could be felt from her handlers, only the deep and gnawing hunger for knowledge. She had only been eleven when the tests fully started— exposing certain subjects to high amounts of raw ambrosia over a period of time. She remembered hearing the screams from beyond her own walls as others succumbed to a disease she would only find out about later down the line.

In the end, Anna had awakened to become a Promethean, by luck, by sheer willpower or something else entirely. The scientists tried to figure out what the pattern among the Prometheans were and, yet, none could be reached. Not yet. The Prometheans were trained to become soldiers, loyal, strong and capable with a full understanding of the extent of the abilities granted to them. Failure to comply only ended in their deaths, so Anna looked down and followed their every order. There could have been camaraderie fostered among those who had passed but they were never given enough time to themselves, often separated before any meaningful connection could be made.

Anna was handed to the US Navy on a silver platter— one of the Prometheans brought along as an exchange to sweeten a deal she knew nothing about. It was only through a god-given grace that she was assigned to work under Ulysses. This had transpired four years ago and Anna has since adopted the moniker "Foxtail" which she responds better to do than her actual name. She has remained on the Exodus ever since.

COMBAT ASSESSMENT

Foxtail is most known to be at the forefront at any sort of battlefield, attracting attention solely on her to allow better maneuvering and tactics for her teammates. Matched with both her deucalium and her proficiency for shotguns, she makes for a good vanguard and an excellent close combatant. However, this style of combat greatly cripples her range.

[Crystalline Fortress]
Foxtail, much like Reds, can form a deep red crystalline structure around her body to act as her very own armor. This allows her to take heavier punishments than a normal human as well as deal heavier damage. She can concentrate the crystalline structure into certain parts of her body to reinforce them; however, it is most often concentrated on her arms especially against Reds to allow her to smash through their obsidian skin. However, it is just as effective on artificial armor. She can even form it into more bladed structures to cut through something should it be needed. However, the heavier the armor she dons on herself, the more sluggish and slow her movements become.

[Red Tide]
Unlocking her Deucalium Governor allows Foxtail to materialize the same red crystalline structure in the area around her. The versatility in combat is only limited to Foxtail's own creativity, allowing her to shift and change the terrain for a short time to give her an advantage or cause a structure to slam against an enemy. One of her favorite uses of this is to use the structure to root enemies to the ground to allow her fellow operators an easier shot at their enemy.

Signature Weapon Mastery: Tactical Shotgun | Benelli M4
Employing the important lesson of "never run out of options", Foxtail's usage of shotguns is often to preserve her equilibrium and reduce the overextended usage of her deucalium. However, her personalized Benelli M4 has been reinforced with ambrosite frittage agglomerate to prevent damage. It can also load "crystal bullets" into its chamber when Foxtail releases her deucalium, allowing for a higher penetrative and destructive capacity.
