The cosmology of this world is shaping up to be...interesting considering how we have multiple characters now whose powers are attributed to spirits or "magic".

I wanted to pop in and see how we were feeling about a deadline! This deadline would be for ONE CHARACTER at full completion. Though you are not limited to only completing one in that timespan, you may complete many. Once this deadline approaches, accepted players will be invited to the discord to plot and chat while creating their other characters. (it might get some inspiration a-brewing no?)

Hi!! Considering that Sentinel City is intended to be a Utopia for mutants and non-mutants to coexist, I doubt there's any sort of "register" system around for just your basic every day mutants. I would say the only reasons someone would be registered was if they were an immigrant to the city (the security is HIGH), someone that's been in trouble with the law and has been caught, or someone that is in a guild (this includes people that studied at The Enrichment Center before they were of age to join a guild)

Gotcha gotcha!! I will say in terms of music manipulation, I've been having an ongoing DM conversation with the player and I would say there's a distinction between Music Manipulation and Soundwave Manipulation. Someone could apply with a character that has the latter, and I would consider it a different power than the former.

For "equilibrium distortion" I'm assuming this is what you put in place for "vertigo manipulation?" While one might consider these to be the same power, I do prefer to honor the creators wishes on what they dub their character's power. Especially if the current power name is clear and concise.

Finally, for phasing, I don't necessarily see a reason to specify the sort of phasing they are going for, esp considering the placeholder is still a WIP. We can let the creator of the character make specifications on this power when they are ready
