AcceptedTeaMMatE11 said:Name: Taylor Grey
Hero/Villian Name (optional):
Age: 21
Personality: Serious, quiet until you get to know her
Side: Unaffiliated (vigilante)
Role: Fighter? I guess
Power (one only): can teleport to short distances.
Strengths: Close-quarters combat, sword fighting.
Weaknesses: Long range fighting
Brief Biography: Taylor was just chilling out when the aliens invaded. Taylor and her close group of friends fought off the aliens as best they could, but soon, they all fell, one by one, until Taylor was the only one left alive. She barely escaped the encounter. Afterwards, she felt different, and signs of her power were becoming increasingly more evident, until one day, she couldn't control it. After a few days, it calmed down, and she started using her power on anyone that she thought that was hurting society.
Equipment (if any):
full body armor, that protects against everything. However, it has to be repaired constantly after each fight. She has a gunblade that transforms from a handgun and into a sword. Great CQB, but terrible ranged fighting.

djinnamon said:Name: Sage Alstair
Hero/Villian Name (optional): Hunter
Age: 19
Personality: Sage is a kind and nurturing person with a love of children and animals. Despite this he is a snarky and flirtatious person in and out of battle. He is somewhat vain , since he knows he is attractive and will not hesitate to use it against people.
Side: Himself and his brother
Role:
Power (one only): Juggernaut- Sage's Juggernaut ability is the ability to absorb energy from the damage he's taken, and redirect it at his opponent, effectively making him stronger with each hit. His ability also causes his eyes to change color from lilac to red, which is a "side-effect" of his ability though it does occasionally happen outside of combat. When using this skill he draws power from his hair.
Strengths:
Very Strong
Very Durable
Good Parkour
Weaknesses:
His hair
His temper
His power only works well with blunt attacks
Brief Biography: Working on it
Equipment (if any): Dual Shotgun Gauntlet , Ember Celica- They appear as bracelets at first, but when activated, they cover Sage's hands and forearms gauntlets, acting as arm guards. The gauntlets have a golden color and the shells inside are red and orange.
The gauntlets' offensive function seems to be rooted in creating pulses of raw kinetic energy. They emit flashes of light resembling explosions or flames, and are capable of knocking enemies back great distances. However, they either have no solid projectiles, or the projectiles explode in contact with another surface
They also appear to be incredibly powerful, as a single punch from Sage knocked an entire dance floor outwards in a wave-like quake movement, knocking multiple foes off their feet with ease.
Sage uses Ember Celica for both attack and mobility, punching enemies and firing shots at them or using the recoil from the explosions to propel him great distances

He is homosexual
AcceptedDaManofWar said:Name:Joseph Gardner
Hero/Villian Name (optional):General Blanc
Age:57
Personality:Tough and gritty, General Blanc is a no nonsense kind of man. He is ruthless to the extreme, and desires nothing more then being able to ensure the world is the it should be. Safe and secure under his watch. The average military man, he can stay cool under most circumstances, but he is rather over confident at times.
Side:Villain, but sees himself as a hero
Role:Head of Project Blanc
Power (one only):Had his brain and other vital organs implanted in a robotic suit, which he wears a human disguise over. This suit gives him massive strength and durability, and is the toughest thing in the military. He got it because, before it was scrapped, he was the one in charge of it. The suit itself can survive an artillery shell and tank shell, and is near invulnerable.
Strengths:Brilliant tactical mind, has a massive spy network, loyal army, access to a huge armoury and some of the best scientists in the military.
Weaknesses:Can be overconfident at times, his brain is protected by a glass case, which, while bomb and bullet proof, can still be broken with the right amount of force.
Brief Biography:General Gardner was once a decorated member of the military. However, he was always considered too ruthless by his contemporaries, and eventually, he was forced to retire due to his use of discipline. He vowed to ensure the world went the way he wanted it, and thus, gained the loyalty if a group of men who helped him to create Project Blank.
Equipment (if any):A large experimental plasma shotgun.
Other:He is only supposed to be a villain to be introduced later.

Name: Alice Reid
Hero/Villian Name (optional): Chainmail
Age: 13
Personality: Normally, Alice is shy and quiet. She isn't the type to try to get her presence known, and is fine with just being a wallflower. In fights, Alice mainly uses her powers to back up others; but is perfectly capable of holding her own in a one-on-one battle. She actually has a bit of a hard time showing emotion; and it would take an extreme situation for anything but a small smile to appear on her expression. However, even though its difficult to get the girl to react, making her angry is something that you should probably avoid.
Side: Neutral
Role: Heh...
Power (one only): Manipulation and materialization of chains
Strengths:
-Quick to adapt
-Quick thinking
-Agile
Weaknesses:
-Stubborn
-Her family
-Close friends
-Chains can only reach so far/energy is spent quicker if she makes them
Brief Biography: Alice didn't have a very eventful childhood. Nothing tragic happened, no friends or family were lost. The worst that had happened was probably the day that they had to put her dog down because he was getting too old. She lived with both parents, and remains the oldest of two siblings: Taylor, who is 7, and Noah, who recently turned 4. At first, becoming a "hero" was a bit of a joke between her and her friends. However, once it was discovered that she could actually go through with the idea, Alice just jumped at the opportunity (through a bit of peer pressure, of course).
Equipment (if any): A long chain that wraps around her right arm.
Other: Nope!

Name: Elizabeth Viola Swan
Nickname/Alias: 'Elsie' 'Wisher'
Age: 16-17
Affiliation: Neutral-villain
Role: N/a
Name: Violet Elizabeth Swan
Nickname/Alias:She makes use of the alias 'Wisher,' associating with her ability. Also, as her skill is linked with the creation or summoning of objects (and because she once held in interest in art and sciences) she uses the name because it sounds similar to that of M. C. Escher.
She will also go by the alias 'Violet,' which is coincidentally similar her second name.
'Elsie' is a twist on her first name, Elizabeth. Both this and her first name are almost at all costs kept secret and are things unspoken. The only people to have used either are her parents.
Age: 16-17, she is unsure of her exact date of birth.
Side: Neutral-villain
Role: N/a
Appearance: One tiny little flaw with the picture in the last tab, she doesn't wear a dress. She usually wears jeans or sweatpants and a blank black or grey tee-shit (that is more than likely stained and torn) beneath the jacked depicted. Her hair is a dull, wavy brown-blond, which would let one expect blue or brown eyes. Instead, her eyes are a pale, muddled violet-blue that it washed out with grey, like layered watercolor paints. When her abilities are in use, her irises will glow mildly-- not quite emitting a light so much as the colors stand out, brighten a bit more. When this happens, watching her gaze can give anyone an unnerved feeling, as if they are observing an optical illusion, but they cannot pinpoint the inconsistency in the reality. In fact, there is a whole strange air about her, the kind where nothing appears to be wrong, but there is an extremely subtle, almost unnoticeable impending uneasiness.
Her build is a light, small and agile one, with her standing only at 5'1" Accompanying this, she can be put down very easily by blows of force. She has a low pain tolerance and a fragility to her body anyway, but one tough strike could easily put her out of commission.
Personality: The aforementioned impending sense of doom would be a false alarm, there is little supernatural about Violet at all. Her ability isn't even very powerful, though suspicions of scheming and double-crossing would probably be further stirred by her reserved and analytic behavior. When tasked with something, she will become focused, but not obsessive. This little 'afterthought trait' of hers comes from her relatively bad judgement of more complicated things such as elaborate schemes and plots, or even people. It is only with plans of her own devising that she can easily comprehend. Still, that's not to say she can't understand non-living or mechanical things.
This trouble with understanding the complex relations between conspirator and conspirator has driven her to pull through only what she needs to do to get by, whether it be theiving or taking up a minor deed on the behalf of the villains. Even so, she'll still make the occasional mistake and set a goal too difficult.
Violet doesn't do well in high-stress or fast-paced situations, reason is her friend only when accompanied with time.
In a fight or battle, she'll most likely resort to either running or employing small schemes and traps, as the only complicated, live things she can easily comprehend are those of her own devising.
In a direct social confrontation, Violet appears dull but polite, unmoved and undisturbed. This is only because she closely monitors herself, and is very self-conscious. In fact, she has a mild case of social anxiety that leads her to keep her true intentions and thoughts hidden. Because of the effort with which she upholds this mask, there are situations in which she can be thrown off her guard. I'll leave it to you all to figure that out. :3
Now, this lame little Mary-Sue is balanced out by a mild case of depression and anxiety, which can scramble her head or throw her into a panic attack. It is because of this that she has difficulty dealing with stress, though she hides as much as she can. That lets it fester further into a little teensy self-loathing issue.
Like everything about characters, this shall develop within the RP.
Power:Violet can temporarily allow matter to materialize at will. Now, emphasis on the temporarily, I mean, she's breaking the law of conservation of matter! She has as of yet only been able to keep a single object for a full sixty seconds, though by straining herself. She has never been able to uphold more than two separate objects, with no regard to how small or simple the item may be. Large conjourations are particularly difficult for her, something the size of a large sword would not last long, and something perhaps the size of a person or larger would be impossible. She often sticks to simple shapes because it takes time to add detail into things that she creates, and that time is limited. One last thing, she can only summon and dismiss objects, and determine if they feel the forces around them. In other words, she can decide if the object can be moved or if it will remain stationary. She cannot determine how or where the object will move unless she literally takes it in her hands and moves it manually like anyone else would have to do.
Now, the matter summoned is always of a set weight based on density, and about the weight of aluminum though far stronger. In appearance, the stuff takes on a very thin, translucent look of glass colored with blobs of indigo, blue and violet. The glass-like appearance is difficult to see, however. It looks in reality as if someone had taken a picture of the material described two sentences ago into photoshop and slid the little slider down to seventy-five percent opacity. On occasion depending on her mood or emotions, the material (if summoned) may sublimate like dry ice (though it won't deplete).
Strengths: Agility, element of surpriiiiiise!!!!, traps/trapping, evasion/stealth, negotiation, repetition/simplicity
Weaknesses: Direct combat, those few things that she doesn't know how to deal with that remain a mystery at this point c:, stress, pain (low pain tolerance), absolute silence, unpredictable things or events
Brief Biography: When she was very younge, before even the viruses struck, Violet was left early on with little. All that she owned was her name and something of incredible value, an expensive and old viola that was believed to once have belonged to a late relative. At the time of having been thrust into the world of foster care in which she lived so much of her short life, Violet was too small to play it. When the extraterrestrial plague struck however, she found that among the chaos, she could escape from the system in which she lived and from the age of around eleven, used trickery to get by. Over time, she taught herself how to play the instrument. Moar details shall be revealed within the RP, this is just the summary.
Equipment: A single handgun, though it always lacks ammunition. One would think it to be of sentimental value. She also carries with her a delicate and old viola in a typical viola case, (the case) colored a pale, stained grey-brown-green.
Other: -shrugs-
