Shaggy is a pretty chill dude, he always with his buddy scoob and always thinks about a good and new sandwich idea, and Scooby snacks are his #1 favorite thing besides his dog scoob.
Though shaggy is unaware of his powers and suffers from Alzheimer, and only a key word awakes him from his true form, and awakens with deep power unknown to anyone.

Agent 003 is from a deserted earth where everyone is fighting for their life and children die everyday, he was there to protect everyone who couldn’t protect themselves and led a rescistance against the world until he had awaken up in the tower where the main hero’s are now located. He was one of the first ones there and plants to be the last one too.

No. 9 is a terrifying apelike man in full Kevlar armor and a steel ballistic face mask. He has elongated arms, stands over 7 feet tall, and has glowing eyes.

Personality:
No. 9 is highly intelligent and predatory, capable of ambushing people and cutting off their escape routes. He likes to toy with his prey, herding them into a corner before mercilessly attacking with a blade. He fully supports sinister schemes such as forced evolution plots.

Powers and Abilities:
  • Superhuman Physical Prowess - No. 9 is eerily strong and fast, capable of leaping between buildings on opposite sides of the street, performing impressive vertical jumps, climbing on the ceiling, and knocking down a door with one blow. His body’s tissue is both genetically and cybernetically enhanced, making him extremely durable and second to none in a close-quarters fight.
  • Enhanced optics - Contributing to his natural combat prowess are his special eyes, improved with both machinery and neo-mitochondria cells. He can see the faintest light and the slightest movements.
  • Golem soldiers - No. 9 has a small retinue of lesser golem soldiers that help him take on larger jobs. Their outfits are color-coded. (For GM’s use)
    • Pawn (green) x6 - standard troops equipped with either plasma swords or tear-gas grenade launchers in place of their original right forearm.
    • Rook (gray) x1 - a heavy close combat unit with a shield on the left arm and a right arm like those of the pawns. They can jam magic powers for a short time.
    • Knight (purple) x2 - stealth units that have a poisoned claw and a cloaking ability.
    • Bishop (red) x1 - a unique, deluxe assassin golem capable of creating illusory doubles of itself while cloaked, so it can distract and destroy. Its claw is coated with a potent paralytic.
Equipment:
  • Machete - A sharp blade for hacking and slashing. Nothing remarkable, but very intimidating in the right hands.
  • Accelerant - Fluid No. 9 uses to coat his machete and ignite it.
  • Grenade launcher - A unique, magazine-fed backpack unit that hurls tear gas grenades to blind and choke foes. It holds five grenades, but is too difficult to reload in the field.
Weaknesses:
He relies on periodic life support to stay in peak condition, or else he slowly weakens and dies. He is also prone to playing around and bouts of maniacal laughter, which delays him from finishing the job. Intense electrical currents make his electronics go haywire, stunning him for a few seconds.

Bio:
No. 9 was one of many volunteers who willingly became an ANMC. However, he contributed considerable funding to the Second Neoteny forced evolution project, so the scientists painstakingly modified and transformed him into the leader of their security team, who ran the facility with an iron fist. Anyone who questioned the occurrences at the facility or snooped became the next test subject, whom he personally delivered to the labs.

A recent containment break resulted in an ANMC invasion of Dryfield, Nevada—a small desert town above the facility. A handful of subjects made it all the way to Los Angeles. No. 9 wasn’t far behind. Along with a masked accomplice, he set up C4 explosives at the Akropolis Tower with the intent of killing all the ANMCs inside. He thwarted FBI agents Rupert Broderick and Aya Brea’s efforts to defuse the bombs. As No. 9 and the two agents fled, the Akropolis was leveled, making the FBI’s mission a high-profile debacle.

With his plans ruined by the destruction of his universe, he and a handful of unintelligent Golem soldiers entered into the Pretender’s service, and only on the guarantee of receiving the life support they so desperately need.

Personality: Calm, kind, and easy to anger
Powers and Abilities:
Lumos: A spell that causes a orb of light to appear in his hand. This can cast light up to six feet.
Accio: A summoning spell in which allows one to someone a object nearby by saying "Accio (then the name of the object)"
Imperio: One of the three dark spells. This allows Hallow to control the mind and body of one.
Crucio: The second strongest dark spell. This allows Hallow to cause someone pain to the point they wish they were dead.
Avada Kedrava: The most powerful of the dark spells. If the energy beam this causes touch any living thing (plant life included) it kills them right away.
Weaknesses: Hallow is unable to control his "Dark self." Though there is no appearance changes his dark self usually makes itself known when he uses Crucio or something stronger.
Bio: (Talk about character, and what happened before their universe was destroyed.): Hallow is the son of Pervision and Amy.EXE. At birth though he was different from the other exes as he was nicer but that wasn't the most worrisome part of it. He was stronger than X. This sent fear through all the other Exes and resulted in his banishment.
