Claire is quite the understanding person and easy to cooperate, especially if it's the people she cares about or likes. She doesn't like to be a burden so she does her best to help others out. However, if you are not going to work with her then that is when Claire gets a little bit more aggressive. She hates it when people don't want to listen to her especially when it is for their own good. She cares for others but the minute that they start resisting her then that is when she will start using force. Claire isn't afraid to voice her opinion whether it is in public or private because if there is an issue then they should be confronted. Aside from being brute, Claire is very traditional and a hopeless romantic, so she has the expectations of that they will go in order as the books she has read. She can't help herself from feeling as though everything should happen like it does in the book. Unlike the heroins in her romance books, Claire didn't have the beauty and fashion that the girls had and was quite the opposite. She did not try her best in makeup or buy the trendy clothes in the market.

Brief Biography:

Claire had a very typical life of her family being lower middle class and graduated high school like everyone else. She moved out of her parents' house when she graduated high school so she was closer to her college in which she could go work and study at her college. Claire moved out not because she wanted to get away but mostly because she didn't want to be dependent on her parents. The bills that her parents pay, she didn't want to be a burden to them. Claire worked at a diner so when she got the offer to work at her Uncle's bar then Claire couldn't deny especially it was the summer time. Her Uncle allowed her to live in his large house and have a well paying job for the summer, not to mention everything was by the shore! Claire couldn't help herself and thought she was going to have that summer romance that her books had.

"Los Angeles, California..." Claire announced to herself as she looked out her window of the taxi as all the beautiful palm trees and scenery pass right by her. "Uncle Ernie sure does have it good if he is living all the way here, as well as own a cafè..." Claire found it weird when she got a call from her a uncle once she got off the plane from New York saying that she didn't have to worry about her luggage because he had that handled. Maybe her uncle really needed her help at the cafe like ASAP? Claire didn't think about it too much since she trusts her uncle, plus he is even giving her a place to stay! The taxi cab finally stopped in a small cafe that gave a feeling of fancy yet cosy. Claire stepped out the cab and paid for her fare before entering the cafe as the small bells tinkled.

"Uncle Ernie," Claire called as she adjusted her large glasses.

"Ahh just the girl I was expecting to see today!" her uncle greeted loudly as he hugged her tightly. "Please sit down!"

"So why did you want me here already?" Claire asked curiously. "Need me to work already? Also, my bags... Where are they exactly?"

"Yea I guess you could say I do need you to start working and don't worry about your bags, I got them handled and they are put in a very nice house. Work won't start for you in a little bit," her uncle replied with a sly smile as he looked at his watch wondering where Klein was but then sighed when looking at her outfit. "Claire, honestly, you couldn't wear anything nicer for your first visit here?"

"What do you mean my outfit? What's wrong with my outfit?" Claire asked shocked.

"Your typical braids, large glasses, t-shirt and jeans, I should consider myself lucky your not wearing your oversized sweaters," Uncle Ernie sighed deeply. "You've been wearing that type of clothing since you were 6 years old, I swear! Your in Cali now! Start wearing those booty shorts and tank tops, get a little bit more trendy!" Claire awkwardly fumbled with her clothing as she saw the much more stylish girls walk right past the cafe.

"I'm fine, really..." Claire frowned as she looked aside as her uncle gave her a cappuccino to drink.

Still in the middle of his job doing quite a lot of paper works. Klein yawned quite loudly that his officemate next table giggled. He blushed a bit to the fact that a girl giggled at him. " Shut up.. " he muttered as his officemate just smiled and continued on her work. It was the same as always, a boring job with a boring life and also a boring boss. If he has the chance to quit this job then he would. The reason he hasn't quit now is because he hasn't found any other jobs to switch to yet. He scratched the back of his, frustrated of this boring life of his. Then his officemate looked up at him and asked, " So, you going anywhere after this Klein ? ".

" Nah, I'll be going straight back to my home, Jenna " he lied as he was clearly going to his regular place, the place that Uncle Ernie runs. He just can't wait to get out of this place and enjoy his time over at the cafe or at the bar. Depending on which one's open first at least. Hours went by and they were finally dismissed from their shifts as they waved goodbye to each other and saying " See you next time. ". Klein quickly left the building and towards the parking area to take out his motorcycle. Turning on the engine and not forgetting to put on his helmet as he made his way to the cafe, knowing that it was still early for the Bar to open.

As he arrived, he knocked on the door and let himself in as he greeted Uncle Ernie with a smile. "Good Afternoon Uncle, good to see you again " . Klein then notices the out-of-style girl with them braids and large glasses as he completely ignores her and makes his way to his usual table. He doesn't really care much about strangers, unless he needs to.

Like destiny, a handsome, tall man in a dark suit walks gracefully with a cheerful smile on his face. Claire's mind narrated as she saw Klein first walk into the cafe of her Uncle. But how did does this beauty know her Uncle so personally?

"Klein, you're finally here!" Uncle Ernie greeted as he gave Klein a cup of coffee just the way he liked it. "Sit over here with my niece now!" Her uncle ushered Klein into the seat in front of Claire. She was so surprised that her eyes widen a bit as her face turned pink as her hair.

"U-Uncle... Please don't..." Claire murmured as she adjusted her glasses on her face then looked to Klein once more. "H-Hello..." Claire quickly looked away from Klein.

"Oh Claire stop it, Klein is a nice man!" Uncle Ernie scoffed. "For a moment there Klein I thought you were going to be a no show for our little business today." Her uncle then looked to Claire both happily and apologetically which confused her.

"Now Claire my favor was that you marry Klein!" Uncle Ernie announced. "Now there can be no ifs ands or buts because.... I already promised Klein I would marry you off to him."

"W-what?! Uncle!" Claire asked so baffled by the situation. "How could you!"

"Oh he's nice, I promise you, plus you don't have to be his actual wife, it's only for appearance sake..." Uncle Ernie explained. "if you don't then I'll be in such troubles with the cafe and who knows what'll happen to me?!"

"Well if it's only for appearance then I'll understand," Claire complied feeling like she was guilt tripped to do it.

"Now Klein, Claire is a diamond in the rough, with just a bit of shining you can go far with her," Uncle Ernie explained to Klein with a calm smile. "So what do you say?"

" Yeah took me awhile, the office was getting a bit busy " he answered Uncle Ernie's greeting with a smile as he sat down next to his niece Claire, the girl whom he ignored. He was greeted by her and his heart skipped a beat a little, he wasn't sure how he would respond to that as he just answered with a, " Hey.. " . He face was a bit flustered from greeting a girl he doesn't even know. He was listening intently to their conversation until Uncle Ernie mentioned marriage with Claire that made him stand up from his seat.

" Wait wait wait.. I don't remember doing some kind of promise.. " he tries to remember this certain promise and he just can't recall it. But then, he remembers that people says he does a lot of irrational things when he's drunk.

" Uncle.. Don't tell me.. " he stutters as he asks Uncle Ernie.

Claire is not able to think straight when she is put under a stressful situation, nonetheless, with a very handsome guy. She barely ever talks to guys unless they were related to her or when she really had to. Claire was worrying how frivolous or annoying she might of sound like in front of him and her Uncle. Well any girl would react the same way, right? But then again this was Claire so she would react more extreme than everyone else. If a normal girl was given an offer they probably would give a quick yes since the guy was so good looking.

Claire quickly looked to Klein when he stood up quickly where it scrapped the wooden floor loudly.

"You don't remember... at all?" Uncle Ernie chuckled doing his best from completely bursting out in laughter. "You don't remember us drinking here one night after closing the cafe. I was bragging about my niece Claire and showed you a picture of her one day, but it was her school photo that her mother made her dress so nicely in. Then, we had an agreement that if I was to ever be in need for money or anything urgent, you would help me. In return you could marry my niece but just for appearance so you could inherit some kind of cash or something?" Uncle Ernie tilted his head at him surprised how bad Klein's memory could get when drunk.

"So you two made such life-changing decisions when drunk?!" Claire spoke rather baffled by what she had just heard.

Klein, very surprised from the turn of events just stood there with his jaw dropped. He doesn't remember having such a deal with Uncle Ernie. He was surprised that Uncle Ernie could remember such a topic back then. Maybe it was just a plan to get him drunk and to get him accept to such an offer. Klein remembers how his personality can unexpectedly change when he is drunk. He remembered that one of his office mates told him that one time when they were out drinking in some restaurant to celebrate Christmas, Klein got so drunk that he would get on top of the table unbutton his shirt, tie his necktie on his forehead and start doing some unspeakable dances. Klein blushed from the thought of him doing such an inappropriate act and he gave Uncle Ernie a 'I'll-get-you-for-this' look.

But still, Klein made a promise. He turned to get a good luck at the woman and realized that she wasn't that bad. Maybe just a bit of changes from here and there she'll actually look like a million dollars. Klein wasn't sure if he is lucky to be wed by his Dad's friend's niece. He just took a big sigh, shook his head and rubbed his forehead with his right hand. " If I DID make an agreement with you.. in which I doubt that you used that chance to make me drunk and slyly made that agreement with me.. as a man of my words I can't go back on it now can't I .. ? " he asks Uncle Ernie as he gives him the 'please-reconsider' look and then back at his niece. If they were to be married, Klein has not a single clue of what to do to women. Especially to the one that he just met. He doesn't even know what kind of personality his niece has. He then flinched as he thought that when he was drunk, Uncle Ernie was probably sugar coating some personalities.

Uncle Ernie looked shock when seeing threatening expression on Kleins face but it was more humorous than scary to him after the first few seconds. He couldn't help but chuckle as he saw the response as something a cute little kid would do when they got tattled on.

Claire felt eyes on her as she looked to her side to see Klein looking at her carefully. Her face turned pink as her hair quickly as she instinctively covered her chest area by crossing her arms, but found it hard to look away from him. She looked almost like a petrified rabbit.

"C-Can you please not stare so much..." Claire blushed as she fumbled on her words trying to be brute.

"Ah, a man never goes back on his word! Trust me Klein, it's okay," Uncle Ernie smiled encouragingly. "She's got that hourglass body under the layers of sweaters~ not to mention a great cook and smart...ish." After a few moments of silence, his uncle got a little bit serious.

"Come on, it's not a real marriage, just for appearance, you don't have to be a real married couple..." Uncle Ernie sighed, seeing how incredulous at the fact they were so naive. "Plus, don't you want to inherit your father's wealth and company, quicker? That was your goal you told me that night..."

As she mentioned for him not to stare too much, Klein's cheeks were tarnished in a slight shade of pink. The way she said that was cute, but it felt like he was being some kind of a maniac. Klein didn't know how to react to this but instead, he just blushed and looked away as he tries his best not to take a look at her after that. After all, this is the very first time that he carefully criticized a girl in his thoughts. Even in his own office, he wouldn't look at the female co-workers and judge how they look. To make things short, Klein wasn't interested in getting into relationships with someone he barely knows and now it's more than just a mutual understanding, It's marriage. Klein moved his attention towards Uncle Ernie has he raised an eyebrow as she was being defined by him. He blushed once again as he mentioned about her hourglass body and a couple of female co-workers just popped in his face. Klein coughs as he continues to listen to Uncle Ernie, her being a great cook could be something good since he's getting tired of eating takeouts and instant noodles most of the time. Basically, he doesn't know how to cook, Unless you call pouring hot water on a instant noodle cooking that at least he has some knowledge in it.

There was a short awkward silence as Uncle Ernie broke it off with what seems to be a joke to him. " Just for appearance ? I thought marriage was for two people who mutually loves each other and who wants to move their girlfriend-boyfriend relationship to a different level ? " he tried to reason with him so that he might do a last second change of mind. And now that he mentions it, he once again glanced at his niece and thought 'Mrs. Lear.. her..? ' and blushed as his face was speechless to that. Klein then thought what it was like for his father to ask his mother's hand for marriage. What he had to say to her and her family. But he can't ignore the fact that his father loved his mother and he's not sure if he can bring himself to love the person he is getting married to since he barely even know her. Then Uncle Ernie continued as he furrowed his eyebrow into a frown. Uncle Ernie keeps talking about things that he doesn't remember that night, " I-I did ? " he asked doubtfully.

Claire felt a little more calm when Klein turned away and stopped staring. She gasped when her uncle was describing her, hitting him on the arm in response.

"Uncle!" Claire complained. "You can't say that kind of embarrassing stuff in public!" She was worried that he was giving these perverted thoughts to Klein. The last thing she wanted was to get married to a guy who now had certain expectations out of her. Claire had chills from the mere thought of being forced to do something she didn't want to do.

"Yea, Uncle, how is it possible to be married through appearance?" Claire asked as she nodded in agreement with Klein's comment. She was not all too excited by the marriage either but she had to listen to her Uncle for the time being.

"Oh you silly kids~" Uncle Ernie chuckled. "To simply put it... you two will get married through the government meaning it is written on a document that you are married to each other. That document isn't as heavy pressure as a real ceremonial marriage. People will think that you guys are married. In return, your parents will give you the company and the wealth, since they will know that you have your life together. Once that is accomplished and you guys still don't want to be together then you can get a divorce. However, you can only get a divorce after a year or else it won't be believable that you guys really got married each other out of love. Also when you see people you are going to have to act like a married couple. That's pretty much it!" The explanation seemed simple to the Uncle but to Claire it seemed all so sneaky and tricky to execute.

"Okay...?" Claire responded quite puzzled but didn't say anything so it seemed like she understood what was said.

"Yes, you did," Uncle Ernie sighed deeply when he felt like he was telling Klein about the whole night. How wasted did this guy get exactly? "So what's it going to be?"

Klein raised an eyebrow and bit his bottom lip as Uncle Ernie described the question that he had asked him. He wasn't sure if he should be happy by this marriage for 'appearance' since marriage is done when one is in love with another one. Klein sighed deeply and scratched the back of his head. He knows that there is no turning back for this and he glances at Uncle Ernie. " I guess, there's nothing I can do about it now.. " he muttered as he looked over at the lady, blushing a bit as he walked up to her and held up his hands towards her. " N-name's Klein.. Klein Lear.. It's a pleasure.." he introduced himself to her. He also wanted to add, 'i guess..' in his introduction but it would only seem offensive, not that Klein cares but since he's Uncle Ernie's niece then it would really offend him to not acknowledge her existence. And now that he thinks of it, he has not yet held a girl's hand. Not that he can think off, maybe a few times as they try to pull him up when he's down out cold on the ground when he's drunk. Or maybe, when he hand over stacks of paperworks to the co-workers and they he accidentally touches her hand. He doesn't really care if they have a little touch, but for some reason he is pretty embarrassed at shaking hands with her since he is looking down at his feet and light shades of pink can be seen on his cheek. If one of his annoying co-worker could see this now, he would clearly spread the word around the office pretty quick and he would be interviewed by everyone there. Just in case, Klein looks around to see if there was anyone he there that he knows. He sighed in relief to know that there was no one, or so he thinks.

Claire tensed up when he looked over at her again. She saw him walk up to her and extends his hand out to shake. Claire was all too nervous to even say about this situation. Also, seeing him blush was making her blush in return so she ended up staring at the ground as well when she took his hand and shook it.

"H-Hello, my name's Claire Diamanté," Claire greeted, fumbling on her words once more. "It's a pleasure as well to have this opportunity to marry you! But not like marry, marry! You know!" She gulped a bit as she adjusted the large glasses on her face.

"Look how enthusiastic my daughter is for this marriage," Uncle Ernie chuckled as Claire punched him on the arm again.

"I am not, I'm being courteous," Claire clarified as she blushed again.

"Well no need to get so aggressive, geez," Uncle winced as he rubbed his now bruised arm. "Anyways... The marriage thing starts tomorrow~ so Klein you have to make sure my niece looks gorgeous for this thing and Claire your luggages are at his house. They should be there by now... Oh yea Klein, Claire will be living with you from this point forward, since you guys will be "marriage" and remember you guys can get all 'frisky' just stay safe, if you know what I mean~"

"Uncle!" Claire yelled as she pulled her hand away from Klein's and punched her uncle again. After a few minutes of confrontation, Uncle Ernie brought the two outside the store so he could set up and they could get ready for tomorrow.

"So...." Claire spoke awkwardly, adding the sound of her voice to the silent streets in the town.

(Sorry for the late reply! Was busy with training.)

Klein nodded and tried his best to give a smile towards her." Mine's Klein..Klein Lear.." he responded her greetings with a little stutter and embarrassment. This was his first time in a long time in shaking a lady's hand and it was pretty soft. He never knew that a girl's hand could be this soft and he felt like he could shake her hand all day but she took it away from him as Uncle Ernie was making more unnecessary jokes again. He was also tempted to give Uncle Ernie a punch in his shoulder as well, only this time maybe a bit harder than Claire's punch was. He coughed as Uncle Ernie was getting too, intimate, with his word as he cleared his throat next. He then mentioned about her bags already in his house and this made his eyes go wide a bit, he hasn't cleaned up the house for quite a while now and it might be a little messy. " ..Right, Maybe we can talk about this when we get back to my place later on.." he continued Claire's broken sentence as he sighed and rubbed his temple. " I guess that's enough for today.. We'll have to get you ready for tomorrow.." he mentioned to her as he realized that he wouldn't be marrying a girl looking like that. He should at least take her to a Salon, since he knows a good one not far from this place, and take her out to pick a wedding gown.

" I'll see you tomorrow then Uncle, " He gave off his goodbyes to him as he looked over to Claire, " Come, I'll take you to a salon to get you ready for tomorrow. " he said as he searched for the keys in his pocket.

(It's alright. Training for what?)

Claire noticed how Klein had said his name twice to her already but she didn't say anything. If she did then things would become so much more awkward between them. Then again Claire didn't have to do anything to makes things awkward since her uncle was doing it already. She just shook her head at the thought.

Claire completely forgot she was with Klein since she was deep in her thoughts, she looked up to see that he wanted to discuss everything when they got home. It was weird saying that this guys place was now her new home.

"S-Salon," Claire repeated. "We don't have to do that I mean to cut my hair and everything, just for one day that's not even real. I think I'll be fine putting my hair in curls and wearing a white outfit." You couldn't really trust Claire since from the way she looked she'd do very bad in looking nice for the wedding.

( A job xD )

Klein raised an eyebrow at her statement about her hair in curls and just wearing a white dress. For the first time he had met a girl who never really gave fashion much thought. Every girl in his office was talking about latest trends, what celebrities wear, and what they want to wear just to attract a man's attention. And most of all, whenever one of them was about to get married, they would talk about wedding dresses and stuffs like a "Perfect Wedding" . Klein wasn't sure what that meant, he had never been on a wedding before. But he knows at least much that a girl should look at her best in her wedding.

"I insist, I think a girl should look at her best in a wedding. Isn't that what girls always dreamed of ?" He asked her as he turned around to give her a good luck. Overall, she wasn't that bad really. Just as Uncle Ernie put it, a diamond in the rough. But for him to be able to achieve that diamond, he must at least work hard for it. " And by the way, there will be some rules on the house." he reminded her as he just remembered that she was going to stay with him in his own place. Of course, his house meant his rules.

(Ohh yay! Congrats on the job! :D )

"I mean I have no money to pay for extravagant things and I can't impose on you for money," Claire insisted as she shook her head at him. Her eyebrow arched ever so slightly since she hated hearing about the stereotypical things about girls. Girls should do this. Girls should like that. Girls should act this way.

"To a certain extent that's what girls dream of, but I don't care about dumb stuff like this when I can save the money for something more important," Claire explained as she recall how poor she is, that she has to be frugal to survive especially when she was staying in a tiny apartment with her parents and her 2 other siblings.

"Rules?" Claire repeated curiously as to the kind of rules were going to be said. "Of course I will abide to them, that is depending how reasonable they are." A taxi cab finally stopped in front of them and Claire got into the taxi with Klein as they were being drove to the house of Klein.

"So what are these rules you speak of?" Claire asked as she sat and tried to keep herself from sliding into Klein as the car turned on the streets because she still felt shy around him.

( Aghh sorry i got busy with my job )

"Don't worry, you'll pay it back someday." Klein answered her concern about him using his money for the improvement of her looks. Klein really didn't mind at all, he has a stable job with a stable income, but that doesn't mean that she does not need to pay for it. He then raised an eyebrow at what she had said, of course what she said was true but that doesn't mean buying or doing something for what you want isn't a pain in the ass. For example, he could save stuff for the things that he need. But most of the time, he is buying himself drinks in Uncle Ernie's place. But its also not bad to save money for the things that you need. She then mentioned about the rules in his place and he raised an eyebrow as he called for a taxi when he has a motorcycle parked nearby.

"First, we're not taking a taxi. I don't trust any other transportation other than my motorcycle." Klein mentioned as he asked for the taxi to stop before in the middle of the street and in the middle of downtown. He then paid the taxi driver as he pulled her out of it. He doesn't really trust anything else ever since a couple of years back of him being almost killed by a car accident. It was a drunk driver having a joy ride with his Toyota Mazda and the guy nearly hit Klein when he was driving slowly on the streets at night. Luckily, Klein had evaded the car but the car crashed on a street light and Klein had to call for an ambulance.

"It's either we're walking back to my place, and while we're doing that since we are already downtown we might as well buy you something to wear for tomorrow." Klein added as he started walking ahead of her down the street on the safe side of the road.

(It's cool :) )

"Oh," Clair simply stated as Klein knew she was going to pay it back. She was expecting more of the quarrel about whether or not she would pay for it since it would be the most gentleman thing to do is pay for the girl's things.

"What's with that look," Claire rose her eyebrow back at him when he had an odd look on his face for when she said she did not want to buy the dress and again when she called the taxi. She then forgot that Klein got to the cafe with his motorcycle, where she hit herself on the forehead that she made such a dumb mistake. Then again, she did not want to be on a motorcycle, nonetheless, with a stranger like him even if it is her "fiance".

"And a motorcycle is any more safe than a car?" Claire laughed. "One slip-up and it could be the end of your life." Claire shook her head as she thought about being on a motorcycle with him, it would mean hugging him around his waist which made her blush bright red suddenly.

"I told you we don't have to buy nice clothing for me, it'll be expensive!" Claire argued as she tugged on Klein's arm to lead him away from the bridal shop filled with tempting wedding dresses and beautiful heels and accessories.

(tx)

Klein sighed at her somewhat clumsiness and shook his head in disappointment at Uncle Ernie as he mentioned something about her being smart. Well clearly she was disappointing him so far and he is now thinking twice about marrying her. But once again it was never really his intention to marry her, if it was not because of some stupid promise he made to Uncle Ernie then none of this would've happen. She then mentioned something about his motorcycle being dangerous as he got a little offended at what she was saying. Clearly she hasn't seen him drive at all, he spent all his life driving that motorcycle. Klein thought that he'll show her next time that she's wrong, the motorcycle is only dangerous as the person who's driving it.

"Hm, rule #1: Don't insult Betty. " he told her as he pulled on her arm. His motorcycle's name is Betty, well since the thing was with him for a long time now. He might as well name it since he doesn't have anything else to do. " Don't be a bore. " he says as he keeps on pulling her with his strength since it's much more superior than her's, towards the gown dressing store.

(Is work alright?)

Riding on a motorcycle with someone is really scary depending on how much she trusted the driver. How much does Claire trust Klein...? From a scale of 1-10, 10 being absolutely even with her first born child! Klein was 2 right now for Claire because he just seems so callous towards her.

"Betty?" Claire repeated with a questioning tone as she registered that as his motorcycle. She never understood why people would name their vehicles, it was odd and really unnecessary. The motorcycles and vehicles are not real people so adding the names would just confuse her even further. Her train of thought was interrupted when Klein began pulling her in the store by Klein

"Uhh! I'm not being a bore," Claire argued as she pulled back in small bursts of tugs. "I. Just. Don't. Want. To. Spend. Money. And. Time. On. Something. Unecessary!" After trying to pull back out failed, she was completely out of breath as she was dragged in like a small rag doll. Not too long after the fashion demons of the bridal boutique had their hands on Claire pulling her away to get all dressed her.

"One moment, we will be back with your beautiful girlfriend," one female worker joked as she ushered Klein to the waiting area.

One hour passed, within that time she was measured by the seamstresses, one hairstylists untied her braids, and the sales associates went off to find the perfect dress. When all the workers were finished with Claire, they lead her to the waiting room where Klein was waiting.

"Are you ready to see your soon-to-be wife?" the sales woman spoke eagerly as she waved for the other workers to move the curtains away from Claire. The workers had to practically push Claire out there because she didn't want Klein to see her in a dress. Claire knew she was not fashionable in the slightest bit, so she assumed she was probably the ugliest person in the world with the dress on. Last thing she wanted to hear was Klein to confirm it in front of her face. It was quite the opposite actually, Claire was a completely different person when she is dressed up. Uncle Ernie definitely was not lying about Claire having a figure under all the layers of sweaters she wears daily.

Claire carefully walked forward to the tall blurred silhouette that she assumed that was Klein, since the workers refused to let her wear her glasses. While walking she ended up stubbing her foot on the carpet with her nice white heels, leading herself to stumble into Klein's arms. The minute she got closer she confirmed it was Klein she was looking in the eyes of, where her face turned pink from embarrassment. Almost immediately she gets up off Klein and crosses her arm.

"C-Can I get out of this already?!" Claire asked embarrassed. "I know I look ridiculous in this and I can't walk in heels as gracefully as you thought!" Claire turned to the workers who snickered at the cute yet embarrassing moment between Klein and Claire as she narrowed her eyes.

"Also can I get my glasses," Claire questioned the workers as they handed it to her reluctantly as Claire got it out of their hands and back onto her face. The glasses turned Claire more into her original form, she then looked to Klein to see if he was satisfied enough so they could go home.

"So... the dress we picked out is $699," the sales woman announced. "The heels are $100. Would you like to purchase this?"

"No, no that isn't necessary," Claire answered as the sales woman made a confused look as she looked to Klein for his answer.

(without that huge rose xD )

It took Klein sometime to realize that she was trying her best the remove herself from his side but Klein was just too strong for her. And then Klein heard her say something like not wanting to spend money and time something she calls unnecessary. But Klein thought that it wasn't really unnecessary. He was pretty interested in what she would look like in a wedding dress and he couldn't wait to see her into one as he continued to drag her to the bridal store. The moment they got in from the store, the clerk and the others started doing some measurements and necessary stuffs to help Claire match a perfect dress for her. Klein blushed a bit as the clerk called her his 'soon-to-be-wife'. His cheeks went red a bit a he rubbed his nose with his index finger looking away. He waited for sometime for her to get out of the dressing room until she did. Klein froze from his spot as he saw how beautiful she was without her glasses. Obviously, Uncle Ernie wasn't lying about her and she was almost perfect, almost. He caught her as she embarrassingly fell slipped and she quickly got off of him. The sales lady announced the price for each item as Klein nodded and walked towards her and took out his wallet together with his card. Obviously he'd want her to wear the perfect wedding dress and it was almost perfect for her, without her glasses of course.

" No, it IS necessary." Klein answered instead as he paid for both the dress and the heels. The price was high, but it doesn't mean he couldn't afford it and besides he is looking forward to her paying him back someday. The sales lady went off to check out their prices as Klein nodded. He then turned towards Claire as his cheeks went pink for awhile, " I-it suits you.." he compliments her and for the first time that he compliments someone. He then cleared his throat and looked away again from her trying not to show his embarrassment.

"W-well, you should put on your normal clothes, the sales lady will pack that in a box together with the heels. " he told her as the lady came back together with his card and Klein took it back and back his wallet.

Claire's jaw dropped as Klein went against her wishes and bought the dress and heels for her anyway. The total was at least $799 dollars not to mention the wedding accessories like the veil and crown, without the tax added too! She turned white as she tried to think of a way to pay back such a large sum of money for the dress he bought her. If anything, she didn't want to owe this guy anything especially if this marriage thing was only temporary! Claire was lost in her thoughts until she caught onto Kleins compliment that he spoke, which shocked her. A guy who barely shows a skim of feeling just complimented her! Claire wasn't that dressed up was she? That's what Claire assumed.

"T-Thank you," Claire replied as she looked at Klein starstrucked and noticing him clear his throat and turning his head away. The way his face turned a slight pink then complimenting her only to be shy to look at her was so flattering and cute that Claire could feel her skip a beat for a moment. She looked away as well feeling her face get hot and all flustered.

"You guys are such a cute couple," one sales woman commented with a smile.

"I'll go get changed!" Claire quickly replied as she ran back into the changing rooms. NO! Claire thought to herself as she slapped her cheeks with her hands. I can't like him and get attached! After convincing herself a bit she went back to normal heart rate speed.

After getting everything off her body and back into her lazy unfashionable clothing, she went back out where one woman gave her the boxes that had the dress, accessories, and heels. Claire walked to Klein reluctantly.

"Let's go," Claire announced as she walked out first. "I'll try my best to pay you back as soon as possible and you really didn't have to do this..." Claire adjusted the boxes as they were quite heavy.

"How will we get home when I have these boxes?" Claire asked as they started heading back to Kleins motorcycle.

Klein nodded as Claire thanked him for what he bought for her. Of course the amount was kinda high but that doesn't mean that he was complaining about it. And for the first time he heard someone thank him with such sincerity. Klein felt a little relieved knowing that she had at least that kind of side on her and maybe just maybe she could be the girl for Klein. But than Klein snapped back to reality, he wasn't really ready for this kind of relationship yet. To suddenly marry someone who he just met for a day was something really uncalled for. After Claire went back to change her clothes, Klein followed her out and disregarded what the sales lady told both of them for being a 'cute couple' . He wasn't sure if he should call themselves a couple since, well, this was really just an unexpected thing. Never in Klein's life did he think that he would be marrying someone, especially someone as pretty as Claire. Klein thought that he would marry someone when he hit the age of 40 or something, but to marry this young was something really 'really' unexpected. Klein doesn't know if he should thank Uncle Ernie for this or if he should be angry. But whatever happens happens, Klein just let it slide off his shoulder as he follows her out of the store.

" My motorcycle as a little bag on it's side, it should carry those boxes at the moment. And I really don't have a spare helmet for this, but you can borrow mine at the mean time. I'll just borrow one of my friend's helmet tomorrow at work for you to use." Klein told her as he continued to walk beside her back to Uncle Ernie's place just to get back to his motorcycle. It wasn't that far off from the store since they have been on the taxi for not too long. He then turned his head towards her and realize that he was letting a lady carry her stuff. Maybe the good thing for him to do at the moment is to carry the boxes for her, like what a gentleman would do.

" Well, give it here. I'll carry that for you. " He informed her as he took the boxes from her almost too abruptly.
