(yea...the only thing I will justify is his dodging skills, for it makes up for his weak fire power)

That would be at least if the second Hilton was dust gaster didn't cause a small reset himself restoring Hilton to a SAVE state of before the battle but with the memories of the battle. The RESET affected nothing else but Hilton

While searching a nearby trash bin, adeiázo hears what seems to be fighting nearby. he rushes over too see it whatever happened was already over, but heard something about resets."What is this talk about resets? and is everyone ok here? i heard fighting, while.. shopping." he said, glancing around.
