There is not much hope in the dark and grimy city of Dusknight, parts of the city are swarmed with anarchy, led by a few groups of notorious criminal organization led by those who have been born and raised in the early prosperous years of the city. Though it has become a far away dream for most of its residents. Governed by a politician who is often called The High Duke for many people, throughout the years of his reign, justice had become more sparse as the streets had become more dangerous especially in the night. Many of these crimes are left as cold cases or unsolved. Due to the tyranny of one man, the law enforcement has exhausted their beliefs and resources on delivering justice, letting the criminals roam free without persecution. Though it seemed that lately there are a few people who have taken justice into their own hands and clean the streets for others that may walk on them safely without fear of becoming s victim.

Time period: ModernThe city of Dusknight is built with highrise buildings and modern architecture in mind, so greenery isn't really a common thing. There are a few parks but they are usually run down. Many of the actual citizens comes from low income households and have resorted to living in small studio apartments somewhere under the shadows of the city. Not many dare to walk out of their homes to venture the streets at night as many criminals would roam to find their next victim there.
Though not all of them are as black and white with taking sides. There are a few underground organizations that are run by former officials or people of power and fought for their own cause. A few are only helping certain people they deem fit to survive and another few are gambling on what destiny may befall the dark city.

This is what i have so far for this particular rp that

and I have thought about. We were inspired by Gotham city and the music from Vampire The Masquerade. We want to make a group rp for people to join. This rp will have mature themes so we will only recruit people of age Aka 18 and above or 18+.We don't have too many rules, just that you are all capable of writing at least a paragraph per post and are relatively active within this rp. You are free to put your ideas into the mix as we have yet actual roles to be put in stones but the roles are not limited to criminals only or vigilantes/law enforcement. There can be more and you may propose the idea of adding a new role as long as it fits into the theme/vibe of the rp.
There is one rule that we like to enforce which is regarding face claims. If you do not like to use realistic face claims Aka models/actors then you may just describe their appearance through writing. We do not accept cartoon/anime/drawn face claims as they do not fit the feel of the rp.
