Fantasy Tyranny of King Valerian - A Fantasy GroupRP (Closed and Over)

((I am literally contemplating the IRL death of another RPer, right now. I never knew RPing could get so real.))

Sakaga herself didnt move, but something else did. From her chest, the wood peeled away from dead flesh, as did the rest of the wood on her. There was a big hole in her chest where the wood covered. There was a small glass looking sphere being held by rotting branches. And when they became too rotted for to hold up the sphere it was dropped and rolled out of the body because of the downward angle since Sakaga's head was on the ground. Once it rolled in the ground, it barely touched Arabelle and blazed green. Instantly, some wood from her more solied arm broke off and it curled around the glass sphere tightly, the green intensifying. The wood seemed to be shaped, and it soon unrolled into a forearm length sized Swamp Strider.


There are perks to being created instead of born. This was her 'second chance' so to speak.

Arabelle gasped and looked at the tiny swamp strider. She pulled the baby into her arms and wept. "Oh my god! Sakaga!" she cried, holding the tiny baby close to her chest. "I'm so glad you're okay!" she cried.

"Wait, what?" Bailey sniffed, wiping the tears away form her eyes. "What just happened? IS SHE LIKE NOT DEAD!?"

Sakaga squeaked, opening her little eyes and looked at at Arabelle. Now she could be raised with humans, perhaps be taught how to talk. She started wiggling all excitedly, licking Arabelle's face all happily.

Arabelle laughed and hugged the tiny baby and cried tears of joy. "Oh Sakaga. I'm so happy!" Arabelle kissed her forehead and smiled. "Once we get out of here I'll take care of you, I promise."

Bailey sealed and ran over, "Oh my gkd! Your alive!" She cried, looking at the tiny baby Sakaga, "Nad your cuter than before oh my god!"

Tyr was frozen to the spot. "Wha.. How.. Buh.. Uh.."

Sakaga nodded, having most of her memories. She looked back and jumped to the ground, though stumbled and rolled over. She squeaked, chruning her small wooden legs in the air for a second before rolling over and trying to stand. It did take some tries, before she started shakily walking. She made a yip sound and started running around when she got stronger and pranced over to Tyr and Bailey and ran circles between their legs. She vigorously licked at the clothing on their legs, rolling around on Tyr's feet like an excited puppy, bumping her head agaisnt Bailey's foot at the same time. She yipped at them in greeting.

Arabelle covered her mouth with her hand and cried joyfully. "Oh Sakaga!" she said happily. She scooped the tiny baby up into her arms. She nuzzled her. "Calm down sweetie. You're still tiny, you should rest. I'm not going anywhere, okay?"

"Wha..." Tyr said in shock.

"She's back, she's back," Bailey sang, before "Hey, I shed actual tears for you! Why did you scare us like that!" Bailey called at the tiny yipping thing.

Sakaga started licking Arabelle's face again, wiggling non-stop in her arms. Then she stopped and her small little tummy rumbled. Now she could eat less, but she was a lot weaker now. Plus she should we submerged in water or allowed to roll around in mud every three to five days. She looked at Bailey and tilted her head and made another yip sound.

Arabelle smiled softly and said "You stay here. Don't go anywhere. I'll find some yummy bugs for you to eat." She went and looked for bugs, leaning heavily on her stick, coming back with a bunch of bugs and holding them out for little Sakaga to eat.

Sakaga looked at the bugs and tilted her head, sniffing the bugs. One flew onto her nose and she went cross-eyed looking at it. She froze, just looking at it before she made a squeak noise then rolled over on her back and curled up and rocking back and forth.

Sakaga blinked and looked at Arabelle, tucking her arms and legs in and did what she was told. Her tongue hanging out to the side as well.

Arabelle smiled happily and began to feel Sakaga. Her inner motherly instincts were coming out in this moment. All she felt was love towards this little baby.
