Fantasy Tyranny of King Valerian - A Fantasy GroupRP (Closed and Over)

Arabelle moved away from him and used one of her swords to keep her standing. She bit her lip and walked towards her tent, sitting in it and staring down at herself and then at Leon. She looked up at Ari. "I have to. I can't just stop."
"I don't think you are ugly. I think that any woman who is brave enough to receive a scar is one worth loving." Tyr said with a kiss. The light that came from his hands lit up, lighting the tent.

"They aren't even cool scars," Bailey muttered. She winced again, not because of her ribs, but because of the poison.

Ari followed her. "Well then Lexi can carry you when we march on. Walking on one leg will slow us all down."
"Thank you." Arabelle said softly. "I don't know what I'm going to do after we either win or lose. If we lose I die, but if we win I don't have a future."

"What have I told you about worrying about the future? We have to fight for the ability to have one first. Focus on how you're gonna go about winning without a leg in the first place............ If we save this world, we'll be hailed as heroes and especially you for leading us to victory. You won't need to walk again."
Arabella sighed softly. "How will I be able to fight? I can't even walk properly. But I can't just abandon you guys."

"Ride Lexi into battle then. It's no different from riding a horse when you get used to it."

Ari got up. "Come, Lexi!" Lexi crashed towards him and coiled around him. Ari petted Lexi's face, mumbling some words in her ear. When he pulled back, Lexi lay her head down, ready to receive the Leader

Arabelle was nervous and looked at the snake. She got onto it and hugged Lexi, afraid to let go since she couldn't use her leg to stay on.

"Should I seal her onto my back? She can't attack if she's holding on frantically"

"I got it." Ari touched Lexi with one hand and Arabelle's leg with the other. "Rider Bond." Lexi's and Arabelle's body flashed blue.

Ari stepped back. "Alright. There's an artificial bond between the 2 of you. Unless you will to get off, you're gonna stay on no matter what. It's a spell that beginner beast riders use until they get used to being on........ Now sit up and try swinging your sword."
"Okay." she said softly. She tried swinging the sword at a stalagmite nearby.
"Stop worrying about falling. Swing as hard as you can."

"Oi, snake boy! Could you by chance give me the actual antidote for Bailey? That, combined with the broken ribs are really takinga toll on her. She is out cold as we speak."

Ari had done his job in filling the beast up with poison. It was one of the reasons it got weak enough to stay in place while it got its head cut off. "The poison on that axe is magical. Why?"
Reiner

Reiner was about to respond to Ari before the fiery god guy came down and the subsequent discussion took place. After all that, as Ari binds the cripple to his snake walks over with a grin, "You asked why I wanted to know why I asked if the poison was magical? This is why." With that he cuts himself on his broken arm with the axe and tosses it to Tyr with a casual, "Oi, catch." He then snaps the broken bone back into place and, rather dying horribly as by all rights he should, the cut he had just made begins to close up as if had used healing magic.

Ari scoffed and laughed. Scales was one name, but Snake Boy? This was new. "Snake boy? What happened to Scales? I was getting used to that name...........To answer your question though, no. She pisses me off and shows no respect for our leader's sacrifice, and you're so attached at the hip that you'll let her get away with the blatant disrespect. It seems as if love is clouding your sense of honor...........I don't give a damn what she has to say about me. I won't take that disrespect to the sacrifice of others."
Arabelle tried again and slashed at the stalagmite, trying to erase her fear of falling from the giant snake.
"Lexi, move around a bit." Lexi began moving around slowly. "Try slashing while she's moving. When you get it, start commanding Lexi like she's a trusty steed."

Arabelle was listening to them argue with her head bowed. "I'm sorry my weakness is causing so much strife." she told them, looking sadly at the two.
