Two Different Worlds - (PartyRocker1013xLyraDark) [Inactive]

Zandyrr had a dream while he slept. He was in a room with a scythe and two books. One he already knew what it was. It would inform him of the death schedules. The other, he would soon find out, was a list of spells and incantations. This was his past. He blinked and was immediately brought back to reality. He opened his eyes to see it was morning. 'Am I still dreaming?' he thought. He looked over to see that Silver was right beside him, sleeping. 'That would be a no' he thought. He smiled. Silver looked cute when she was sleeping.

Silver woked up. "Ahh!" she screamed and felled off the bed. "Ouch..." she said. She looked up. "Sorry..." she said.

Zandyrr sat up in the bed and stretched. He looked out the window to see the sun shining bright. He pulled his book out to go over the schedule for today. He surprisingly only had two souls for today. They were both in the same place, similar times. He looked over at Silver and smiled. "Sorry if I offended you by laughing." he apoligized.

She smiled. "It's okay," she said. Again, she could not help with her curiosity. "So... What do you have for today?" she asked, curious as ever.

Zandyrr still liked Silver's curiosity. "Just two souls. Both shall die by one hand," he said. He got up and put his jacket back on. His scythe fell out and fell to the floor. He bent down to pick it up.

"Okay," she said. "Where is it?" she asked, still curious. "What is that?" she asked, looking at the scythe.

"The death will take place at an alleyway nearby here." he said. He picked his scythe up, placing it back inside a sheathe in his jacket. "It's the weapon that a demon who follows a path similar to mine must always carry," he explained. "As I told you, there are choices for occupations to follow for a demon. I chose to do this." he said, smiling at Carri.

"Okay," Silver said. She was happy that she had a good answer that satisfied her curiosity. "So, we should get going right?" she asked.

Zandyrr looked at his watch. An hour. "I suppose." he said. "We'll be there in about fifteen minutes, giving us 45 minutes to prepare." He closed his book and put it in his pocket. He led the way out of the hotel and stopped at the sidewalk. He thought for a second. "Left," he noted.

She followed him. "Do you know where to go exactly?" she asked, still curious about how it all works. She really wanted to know everything about how it worked now.

Zandyrr figured this would be good time to teach Silver a bit more. "That depends on where I'm going. You see, since I've chosen to be what mortals would call a 'reaper', I have certain senses equipped for this. The book I have here doesn't show all of the information I need, so Fate allows me to use my senses as they see fit," he explained. "I'm sure we're going the right way, though." He smiled when they reached the alleyway. He checked his watch. Thirty minutes.

"Woah, that is a lot of information at the same time..." Silver said as she leaned her back against a wall. "How many time left before the death?" she asked him. She lost herself in her toughts again.

Zandyrr chuckled and checked his watch once more. "25 minutes. Do you have any other questions at all? I'll be happy to answer them." He smiled warmly at Silver.

"N-No... Not really..." Silver quickly answered. She looked at the ground but this time it was not beacause she was lost in her toughts...

Zandyrr thought he saw something else that wasn't just her inside her thoughts. He decided he may be wrong and walked around the alleyway, taking in the area. Once he was sure of the facts, he checked his watch. 'Showtime' he thought. He heard voices echoing from another alley that this one led into.

"Not at all," Zandyrr said, chuckling. "Those are our two souls." He walked onto the sidewalk and looked left and right. There was someone running this way, his hand inside his jacket pocket. He then looked back to see two couple laughing and giggling, walk into the alleyway.

She followed from a distance, asking herself if she would be okay after seeing them being killed. She felt horrible. I don't really have the choice... she tought. She sighed.

Zandyrr saw that Silver looked a bit worried. He still felt a twinge of pity. He felt sorry for her. Soon, the man turned around the corner and pulled his hand out of his pocket, withwhich he held a gun with. He took the couple down with a few shots and ran over to pocket them, afterwards running down the alleyway the couple had come from.

Silver looked at them and soon after she looked away. "I can't just watch it..." she said. She leaned her back against the wall again. She looked at the ground, trying to hide some tears that felled down her cheeks.

Zandyrr walked over to the dead bodies, putting a hand on both foreheads. He muttered the incantation. Once he was done, he stood from where he was kneeling, walked over to Silver and sat down beside her. He felt even worse, now. He couldn't bear to see Silver like this. It was strange, because he dealt with deaths everyday and yet he felt sorry for her now. He remained silent, looking down at the ground.

She could not help herself stopping her cries. She cried in silence, still trying to hide it. "What now..." she said, slightly sobbing. She did not dare to look at Zandyrr.

Zandyrr's eyes turned soft when he heard her cry. He looked over at her, putting a hand on her shoulder. "I'll just give you time to collect yourself," he said. "Let's not worry about that now."
