Power: When he is in his Shadow form he controls the shadows (that are in his visual range) and when it is night he is at his strongest.


Weapon: 2 semi-automatic pistols with explosive rounds.

Limitation: (I'm just gonna guess this means weakness) He is weaker in sunlight.


Goals: To cover the world in shadows for all eternity and create an endless night.

Wll I obviously can't let him control all shadows in the city, there has to be a maximum distance he can control.

I'd allow shadows in his visual range, as long as he can see it he can control it.
