Realistic or Modern Trouble at Lebeau

-A few hours earlier-

Students were milling around and about, getting into cars, or into the bus, some with luggage with them, others without. The school would be mostly empty for the weekend, and by the time the clock hit 9 am, outer doors were locked. Teachers leaving the building, teachers taking their time to their cars. Everyone had their own things to do this weekend, and those who didn't, were really just going to be taking care of the students as they were off in New York for their own reasons. Some to work on their projects, some to do shopping. Some to visit family, some to meet friends and lovers. They had their reasons, yet no one thought to check up on the rooms which were still locked, with a few students still sleeping soundly. For what no one knew, was that their rooms especially had been targeted. Sometime in the morning hours had their rooms been closed from the outside, and the ventilation to their rooms attacked. And in had the gas arrived. Making those not yet asleep fall into a deep sleep, and those already there remain in their sleep. All to keep them sleeping for a couple hours longer. Just a couple hours longer...

No one had thought to check up on them, for shopping was so much more interesting.

So the school was abandoned as it was. Lights turned off, doors locked. Perfect for the plans of one only known as G. Doors becoming connected to traps, alarms set up here and there. And of course... Little things they'd never be told about. The cameras around at the school had been set up to a computer no one but G knew where was. Projectors to work as G wanted, to show what was wanted. The speakers around connected to the phone, so sounds could be played on command. Twirling the ring of keys, G made the way towards the little office. A room no one knew of. That was on no map, that was not registered. Even Alex Lebeau did not know of it.

And that was how things were to be. With distractions everywhere, with little toys to play with, G was ready for when people would wake up.

-Four PM. Friday-

It was time to wake up, and G watched the computer screens, awaiting for the 'victims' to wake up, and show themselves. Of course, there was also the text message waiting for them to wake up to. G had hacked the way in on their computers, their phones, their ipods, and was now in control of them. There was no use in calling out of the school, for the reception would not allow that. No use in sending a text out, for the only that would receive that, was G, and the others stuck in the building. There was no use in calling the phone number even, that the texts were coming from. Why would anyone even try to call the number more than once though? After all, they were just calling their own phones when they did.

So G leaned back in the chair, turned on some music, glad no one outside the room could, or ever would, hear it.

For the room was impossible to find.

But G, G could find whoever G wanted to find.

Good morning
them
It's about time to wake up now, don't you agree? Sleeping away all of the day? no that's a sin we cannot forgive. For sleep is all good and well, but now you have more important things to do. More important things yes indeed.

You'll hear more from me when time is due. But until then, I hope you enjoy this game I chose.

Fedor gradually awoke, remaining lay in bed for a few moments more, groggy from the deep sleep, taking a few moments to let the last drops of sleepiness drain from him before he sat up, giving a yawn before glancing to the clock on his wall dazedly. Eyes widening in shock and horror. It was 4pm! What the hell?! He never slept till 4pm! Fedor prided himself on being an 'early bird' and being up before most other people in the school. So what the hell was going on? He shook his head, almost dismissing it. The clock had to be wrong, after all, there was no possiblity that he could have slept so late, surely? The clock must have ran out of battery during the night.

With that decided, he shrugged his shoulders, getting up from bed and heading through to the en-suite bathroom to his dorm. Taking a short shower just to liven himself up a bit, intending to head down to the chemistry labs a little bit later on. After all, seeing as everyone was away, he may as well take full advantage of them. Getting dressed, he grabbed his phone, glancing to the clock again and narrowing his eyes, seeing that the hands had infact moved...an unusual trait for a broken clock...to be moving at about the right pace. He sighed, realizing the news and that infact, it was now around half past four. He glanced down to his phone, intending at first to see the time, before a notification popped up on his screen. A text from a contact named 'G'. Had one of the school idiots stolen his phone at some point without him noticing?

He dismissed that thought instantly, it wasn't possible. His phone was always on his person. Nobody could have had the chance to steal it...so what was going on? He sighed, opening the text message on his phone, 'time to wake up now'? He noticed the text appeared to have only arrived a few minutes before he had infact woken up...that was a little bit creepy, how did somebody know that he had been asleep for so long? Though he did have to agree with G on the next line 'sleeping away all of the day...that is a sin'. Fedor had to agree with this and that tended to be a line that he lived by. This was weird, as far as he was concerned. For one, he's slept all through the day, followed by a creepy text message from somebody named G? He sighed, reading the rest of the text message. "What game?" He muttered to himself irritably, the prospects of a peaceful day of enjoyable chemistry and ignoring people now ruined by the strange message. He decided to try and ring the number, perhaps that would work? Lifting it to his ear he was greeted by his own phone blasting its typical, generic ringtone down into his ear. With a curse he threw it down on the bed. "What the hell is going on!" He snarled, his mood changing instantly. Instantly regretting throwing his phone, and instead pocketing it, heading outside of his door, out into the corridors of Lebeau.

What did it mean? Sanne frowned and tried to ignore the chill that was climbing up her spine as she reread the message again. It felt as if she was part of some joke, that this "G" character had crucial information that she did not. Honestly, the only message in her phone made no sense to her. Who was this person "G" and how did they know that she had uncharacteristically slept all day? What did they mean when they said that she had other things to do? Finally, what on Earth could G mean when they talked about "this game"?

She settled onto the edge of the bed and hastily typed, "I think you have the wrong number," into her phone before sending it. That was the only thing that made sense to her. She opted to ignore that G already existed in her phone as a contact before she rose to get up, cursing the fact that she had slept so late, when her phone gave a friendly chirp. Good. Answers. Surely, her phone would have a new message, perhaps an apologetic message about having the wrong number. Instead, it was a text... reading her exact words back to her. Sanne scowled and clicked the option to phone G. She wasn't in the mood for this person to send her bizarre and confusing messages only to parrot back her own words. To her surprise, and growing horror, her phone's generic tone played in her ear loudly and she yanked the phone away from her ear.

Her phone was clearly broken. To test this, she scrolled through her inbox and selected the last person she had sent a message to, her younger brother Luuk. She had last messaged Luuk about catching a ride with him back home later this weekend but he had never answered. She clicked the phone beside his name and the attempted call immediately failed. Sanne attempted to send him a text and the text read that it had not gone through. What a useless piece of junk. She would have to go get it looked at. She was 17 years old... she couldn't function when her phone couldn't function.

She exited her room, locking the door behind her with her key before purposefully striding down the hallway. Sanne, however, did not wind up getting far. The first doors that would have taken her out of the building were locked against her. She struggled with them for several long and frustrating moments before moving towards the next set of doors. She pushed frantically against this second set of doors when she found that they did not open for her either. What was going on?

Sanne tried to push aside her growing feeling of anxiety, and she spun around away from the doors. The corridor was empty... then again, she hadn't seen anyone wandering the halls yet. Considering it was late afternoon on a weekend, this was admittedly very unusual. She leaned against the locked doors and took as deep of a breath as she could manage before exhaling through her nose. She was letting herself get worried over nothing. There was a logical reason for all of the weird things that had happened to her since she had woken up. Before long, she had regained her shaky composure and Sanne was about to turn around and fight with the doors at her back again when she saw the distant flicker of movement. Good, at the very least she didn't have to worry that she was somehow the only person left at Lebeau. She decided to ignore the doors for now, and she trotted down the hallway before catching up to the figure.

"Hello," she said breathlessly as she approached a man a couple of inches taller than her with dirty-blonde hair (Fedor), "This is going to sound impossibly silly, but I'm trying to leave to get my phone fixed and I'm having a bit of trouble with the doors. Could you give them a try? They seem to be locked from the outside... it's all so weird. It's probably just something very simple," Sanne explained feeling silly for her problem. She instantly felt worried that this man would think that she was an idiot. Doors weren't exactly complicated things... and yet she couldn't seem to get any of them opened. She glanced at his feet before forcing her eyes back up to meet his. She reminded herself of what Dr. Benson had told her, it didn't matter what other people thought of her. She smiled at him, hoping that he would help her and that he would be able to get the doors open.

Snoooooooreeeee. She was deeply asleep, face down into the pillow, drool dripping onto the soft fabric, quiet little snores escaping. She was dreaming herself away in a world of cotton candy and chocolate, where everything was edible. Just as well as she was, though that of course, would be cannibalism. A world of candy... Of just yummy things to eat. BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Cutting into her dream land, her phone called, the little woman in the almost too big bed, started to slap on the nightstand beside her, trying to slam the alarm shut. And the buzzing stopped for a moment. Before it started up again. "I AM AWAKE YOU GOD DAMN PIECE OF SHIT!" She shouted and rolled out of the bed, pillows, covers, herself, everything falling out of the bed at the same time. Quite a normal routine for her really, which was why she had a spare mattress on the floor besides her bed. Because she way too often fell out trying to wake up.

Happily unaware of what was going on though, she rolled onto the floor, pushing herself up, and walked around, gathering what she needed. A bra here, a shirt there, jeans over the chair. "I swear, I need to clean up in here" She said with the sleepy voice of a woman who had slept way too many hours. So she walked to the bathroom, taking a quick shower to just wake herself up, and get the sleep out of her body. A shower, cooling down her body as much as she could. Then it was time to check her phone.

"What the everlasting fuck is this?" Julia said to herself as she read through the messages from a person named G. "Probably some asshole" she mumbled and stuffed her phone into her pocket, put the earphones in, and started playing music as she left the room behind herself. She just needed to take a run around the school, then she'd go to New York and go see the martial arts performance that Marcus had promised her.

Silence. Silence was what met Julia the moment she left her room. Silence. No sounds of snoring. No sounds of people being awake. Well.... There was the sound of voices around the corner she suspected it was. "Hey! What the hell? Where is everyone?" The 5'2" girl said as she jogged around the corner, seeing the giants standing there, talking. "I don't know if I am just god damn early up, or what is going on, but where the hell are everyone?!"

Marcus Johnson

I BELIEVE I CAN FLY, I BELIEVE I CAN TOUCH THE SKY. I THINK ABOUT IT DAY AND NIGHT. The singing continued on as Marcus stood in the shower, singing along with his own music, not a care for what was going on. It was friday and he had to get ready to go to town and flirt with some girls, while Julia tried to not punch some jerk in the nose. First it'd be a martial arts performance, then it'd be a drink or five with his mate. Then they'd hit the town and rock the life. Maybe he'd even get Julia to play the guitar so they'd convince some sexy babes to join them. Yes, yes indeed that was the right thing to do.

"Heeeey if I just spread my wings I can fly I can fly I can flyyyyy" He sang as he stepped out of the shower and turned his phone back on again, fixing himself in front of the mirror as he waited for the reactions. A dash of face cream rubbed in, wax styling his hair. He was getting ready for the day, whether they liked it or not. He had things to do today, and he'd totally get what he wanted to.

"A game" He read the message on the phone, not really caring about it all. It could be like they wanted to have it. He'd have fun with Julia and some other babes. So he finished up in his room, leaving the room behind him as he left and went out into the bedroom part again, getting dressed. "Woha there's love in your eyes that pulls me closer" he started to sing another song as he walked around, grabbing his things and putting it in a bag. Wait.... He checked his phone again. PAST FOUR PM?! "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" A dramatic shout sounded from the actor as he sank to his knees, cursing at the winds. He was meant to be in New York by now! He was meant to be shoving pizza in his mouth and moan about the girls being too busy. But that would not be happening. So he grabbed his water bottle, changed to sweat pants, on with sneakers, and left the room, ready to go get out energy. Because he had lots of energy he needed to get rid of. All because his phone had gone empty of power.

Fedor rolled his eyes as he heard the voice from behind him, having at the time being faced in the other direction, considering what to do. "Or they could be locked." He pointed out, starting down the corridor toward the doors that she'd gone to, deciding to do as she asked, thinking back to the text message with some irritation. If someone had taken this to be a game or a joke that they were playing on him then frankly he didn't find it very funny. Not even getting a few steps in before he heard a new voice, whipping around in a swift motion "god damn early up?" He mimicked her "it is half past four in the afternoon!" He stated, a slight sneer crossing his face. "Of course nobody is here, they have all headed home." He pointed out, his voice cold and unfriendly. Not too pleased with having been disturbed as he turned away.

He marched down toward the doors, fully intent on pushing them open, landing against the locked doors with a fairly forceful 'BANG'. His eyes narrowed almost as if he had been challenged, taking a few steps back before throwing himself against them with a hefty amount of force. "As I had suggested. They're locked." He called back to them, more specifically to Sanne whom had asked him for the help in the first place. "Try the other doors." He called out, his voice giving away clear traces of irritation, sweeping his dirty blonde hair back with his hand as he tried to think, to connect things together. Most importantly trying to get an idea of how to get out of this damned school for a bit. He was not in any mood to be messed around with by this 'G' character, nor was he interested in being stuck in the same corridor as two girls, whom he had admittedly, seen around school. But never decided to talk to, unsurprisingly.

He paused momentarily at the yell of 'nooo' emitting from one of the rooms. "Oh great, we aren't alone, we have a dramatic around as well." He grumbled, half interested to see whom would emerge, half annoyed as he realized that he might well be stuck with this for the weekend, though he hoped otherwise.

Quinn hates mornings, and groans as her eyes peak open and are hit with the blinding sun. All Quinn wants to do is sleep, but the call of her phone is more enticing. She squints her eyes at the time displayed at the top of her phone, and suddenly feels far more awake. Quinn quickly sits up and lets out a groan.

"Shit." she mutters, feeling suddenly very frustrated.

Quinn tries to wake up on time, and she's surprised that none of her five alarms woke her up. Four PM is quite late, and Quinn hates missing the day. But, awake is awake and she quickly turns off her phone, not noticing the message from G. Instead Quinn takes off all her clothes and walks into the bathroom, cringing at the cold floor. She quickly turns on the hot water of the shower and waits patiently.

As the shower heats up Quinn lets out a sigh of relief and jumps in. She skips washing her hair and instead cleans her face and body, not taking too much time. As she cleans herself she thinks about all the fascinating pictures she's going to take. Her excitement to do so becomes so intense that Quinn quickly becomes rather agitated that she's stuck not doing anything, and the only reason she doesn't hop out of the shower then and there is because she spots her toothbrush and toothpaste sitting quietly in her makeshift shower shelf. She grabs both of them and quickly brushes her teeth, letting the soap fall off her shoulders. Quinn counts to fifteen for each side of her mouth, and brushes her teeth vigorously, even brushing her tongue, loving the taste of mint. Once she finishes brushing her teeth Quinn turns off the shower and puts her toothbrush and toothpaste away. She steps on her towel, which is covered in prints of gnomes, and then quickly dries herself off. Quinn hums a little song to herself as she throws on her socks and underwear, closing her bra hooks and adjusting herself. She decides to wear brick red jeans and a thin white tank top, hinting at her black bra underneath. Quinn throws her hair up into a messy bun and then shoves on her black converse shoes. In a quick last minute decision she walks over to her desk and looks around until she finds her mascara and eyeliner, then goes into the bathroom to work on a wicked winged eye. Once Quinn does that she again leaves her bathroom and grabs her camera and phone.

When Quinn unlocks her phone and sees the text her first thought is confusion. Then a little bit of fear. If someone is spying on her Quinn will have to know who it is so she can report them to the police because when people spy on people that normally means that they're murders. The thought leaves Quinn queasy, so she decides to call her mum because she'll know what to do. Instead her standard telephone noise answers in her ear, and Quinn becomes even more scared.

"What the fuck..." she mumbles, frowning down.

She looks to her cacti for guidance, but they just stare blankly at her, making Quinn rather frustrated. In hindsight, Quinn knows she probably shouldn't leave her dorm room due to the impending danger, but curiosity beats out fear and Quinn decides that if she's going to get murdered or something along those lines that she might as well take some fascinating photographs first so she slings her camera bag over her shoulder and exits her room, forgetting to lock the door behind her as usual.

Sanne couldn't help but to feel a flicker of irritation with the man that she had approached and his icy response. Sure, it was a stupid question but usually people were politer about such matter then he was being. She was about to stomp away from him and later regret not saying anything equally cold, but he moved towards the door. He approached the doors with movements that were so certain that she was convinced that Fedor was about to fling the doors open and make her look like the idiot he had made her feel like. Instead, she felt a glimmer of satisfaction deep in her gut when he practically threw himself at the doors and yielded no results. She felt a smug sense of victory over this rude man when he decided to comment again, cutting through any smugness that she had felt. Of course the doors were locked. That was her problem.

She noticed another woman slide into their vicinity and oddly echo some of her concerns (no reason to read into the woman's questions... right?), though the man treated her no better than he had been treating her so she decided to add quietly, "I did try other doors... that's my problem." she said in a quiet voice.

Quinn wanders the hallways in search of other students, panic fills her chest the longer she goes being alone. She really doesn't like the idea of being stuck in a school without anyone around. That could mean that if something bad happens no one will be there to help her! The idea makes her shudder and as she continues to walk her footsteps feel louder and louder, her breathing less even. Every inch of contact that her clothes make to her skin alerts Quinn, and she bites back the urge to run.

She turns a corner, gripping her camera bag to the point where her knuckles are white, and nearly screams when she sees other students. Luckily her panic turns to excitement rather fast and her entire face lights up.

"Oh thank goodness someone else is here as well! Oh! I was about to have a heart attack! So! Where on earth is everyone else?" she asks, not really bothering to introduce herself, or to ask for introductions.

To Quinn, the entire situation already seems rather spooky, so she figures that maybe someone else will know what's going on. In all honesty she's hoping it's just some shitty school prank. Maybe they were all planning a prank and she just over-slept and happened to run into them! Oh! That'd be rather exciting. Or maybe they all
got pranked and woke up before her so they've all figured it out already. Perhaps 'G' is just a bunch of asshole students. She really hopes so.

“HALF PAST FUCKING FOUR IN THE AFTERNOON?!” Julia shrieked, staring at the male in front of her, even as he attempted to open a door. Had she slept all day long?! She never slept for more than 7.5 hours! It was like clock work! If she ever slept more, it was after staying up for more than 24 hours. It was how she was built. But this?! This was fucking 16 hours! But she took a deep breath, focusing on thinking, rather than acting. Rather than kicking his ass for being a lying piece of ass.

“It’s not that late….” She whispered to herself, though she made big eyes as she heard the screaming. And she knew just who screamed. “Marcus, I’m going to murder you” she muttered quietly under her breath, pulling up her phone and checking the time, her expression quickly becoming one of annoyance as she put it back into her pockets. There had to be some kind of logic to all of this bullshit. Some kind of logic… So she started to rub her hands together, thinking. Thinking about solutions.

“And either you stop with the fucking attitude, and actually talk to people with some respect, or else you and I will have some problems today” Julia opened her eyes again and looked to Fedor, her voice steady. “I’ll already have enough problems with our dramatic screamer back there who’s main hobby is torturing me with his whining. I don’t need someone who will be rude. And that goes to all of you” Julia said, looking towards the other girl too.

Breathing. Breathing. Breathing. HOW WAS HE SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE THIS EMERGENCY?! there was no way to survive it! All the beautiful babes he was supposed to flirt with. All the stunning models he was going to charm into letting him be their arm candy for the weekend…. GONE! It was all gone! Gone from earth! How could Julia just leave him behind like this?! IN THIS HELL HOLE THAT WAS MEANT TO BE SCHOOL BUT WHERE HE’D NOW SUFFER IN SILENCE THROUGH THE WEEKEND!

No… He had to manage this. He had to find a solution. So he left the room behind him, walking along to sounds, thinking he might be recognising one of the voices. JUUUUULIIIIIIAAAAAA! His little bossy woman was there! SHE WOULD KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON! So he started to run down the hall, without shoes on, that was, and as he ran across a corner, past one blonde, he slipped on the socks, and flew straight into the brunette.

Sliding forward with her, a long line of just curse words could be heard, as he said sorry over and over until they crashed with a door, the door towards the cafeteria opening just as they landed in front of it. “OH MY GOD YES FOOOOOOOD!”

G

child-watching-television-silhouette-e1275505102849-300x300.jpg

G leaned back in their chair, fingers resting on a keyboard. Eyes were studying a screen, watching as people were freaking out. Sanna as she tried to open doors, Fedor as he attempted the same. Quinn as she walked around with her camera. Julia and Marcus as they both freaked out in each their fashion.

A smile was spread across the sick and twisted face of the master behind this game. The games were just starting, and a finger pressed in a key as Julia and Marcus slid across the floor, all the doors of the insides of the building opening at once. Yet… All the doors to the outside of the building were still locked. So they could run wild on the inside. From the dorms and to the swimming pools. From the swimming pools and to the library. Yet there was no use in attempting to open the doors to the real outside. For those would not open. Maybe under a fire, if G decided to be kind, but that was no guarantee.

"Yes, half past fucking four." He mimicked her, almost slightly mockingly. Arching his right eyebrow at her next sentence directed at him "oh, I am quaking in my boots, o woe is me, that would truly hurt my heart were you to have a problem with me." He responded, giving a roll of his eyes, his voice effectively dripping with sarcasm. "I'll offer up some respect when I feel like it and not beforehand." He said firmly. Before glancing up at the loud bang, as the dramatic and the brunette effectively rolled through a door. "Oh excellent, we're free." Fedor muttered, immediately heading down toward the sound.

He stepped over the bundle of bodies with some form of disdain that lay infront of the cafeteria, heading on past them, heading through the opened door, noting the doors leading out of the cafeteria also being opened. "Strange..." He said, looking momentarily uncertain. Was the text that this 'G' person sent more than a stupid game? Did 'G' actually have some control? He contemplated these questions in his mind before dismissing them. Though the thoughts were still niggling at the back of his mind. "On the off chance you hadn't noticed. All the doors are now open." He called back over his shoulder. Heading through the cafeteria down toward the door that led to the science block and the chemistry rooms. Something weird was definitely going on, though he still wasn't entirely sure what or how weird.

Sanne had watched the rest of the scene unfold a little apathetically before she jumped back into a state of focus when Fedor had announced that the doors had opened up. She didn't know any of these people and she wasn't sure if she much liked any of them. Fedor was outright rude and the others weren't helping her sense of unease. She hated the growing feeling of worry gnawing at her in the pit of her stomach, that there was something very wrong happening here. None of them were outright saying anything about it, but she was beginning to wonder if anyone else had received the same text from the mysterious "G". Everyone seemed to have overslept as she had and from what she could tell, most seemed to be having problems with their technology.

She, however, ignored Fedor who had disappeared through the cafeteria doors and instead she doubled back towards the outside doors. She had been hopeful that they had been unlocked when the cafeteria doors had swung open, but she was again met with resistance. Unfortunately, they were still locked.

Sanne swallowed heavily before taking a few reluctant steps back towards the remainder of the group that had formed and she half-whispered, "Does this feel like we're being led through a maze to anyone else?" before she followed after Fedor through the cafeteria doors. She had hurried away because she didn't particularly want to hear their answers. She was either acting paranoid and they might have called her out on this behaviour... or... they might actually agree with her. She didn't know which reaction to her question would have been worse.

Quinn takes what feels like hundreds of pictures of just about everything. Empty stairwells, hallways with no one in them, silent classrooms. She's trying to focus on things other than the fact that she's in the school on her own, and that there may or may not be someone out there named 'G' who wants to kill her. Every once and a while she'll call out, hoping for an answer. The floors underneath let out a hollow slap every time she walks, and her eyes linger over the quiet classrooms and shining hallways. Quinn hums her usual tune and fishes through her pockets for some spare mint gum to chew. She really would rather be out with everyone else, although she's trying not to let it get to her too much. As she walks she finds some doors to leave the school and tugs on them. When they don't budge she considers grabbing some sort of rock to smash them through, but decides against it since that would be breaking way too many rules and she doesn't want to pay the cost of damage. So once again Quinn wanders. She whistles, takes pictures, and checks herself out in the reflections. When she reaches the cafeteria and finds the door open she's rather pleased with herself. When she sees people in the cafeteria, she's nearly overjoyed.

"Hey!" she exclaims staring at the little crowd, clutching her camera close to her chest.

"You're a jackass Marcus" The short girl said and pushed the taller guy off her as she got herself up on her feet. Wonderful. Already having her arms scratched up from sliding along the floor, her shoulders aching after hitting the little door stopper. But she still would not let pain stop her. "Okay, what the hell is going on?" She said quietly, watching some run out of the cafeteria. But... She was hungry. "OKAY YOU ALL!" She shouted out, so even those leaving the cafeteria could hear it. "There's no use in trying to escape a school like this, on an empty stomach!" Shouting it after them, she headed towards the kitchens. Food was necessary. Very necessary.

Marcus Johnson
0002-Ben-Bowers-Justin-Violini-04.jpg
Well then... Marcus stood there and watched Julia head to the kitchens, so he turned to the blonde, a smile on his face. "Hey!" He said to the girl. What was her name? Quinn? Something along those lines he suspcted. "So, it seems like people are running in each their directions, and I honestly don't know who it's the most clever to follow after. What do you vote for? Food, or whatever those people ran to?" He gestured to the guy and other girl who had both ran out of the cafeteria. "Personally, I'm voting for Julia. She's usually pretty good with stuff like this. And she's making food"

Fedor rolled his eyes, he frankly had better things to be doing than heading back to those idiots when he could be working, experimenting. Continuing on his path instead of listening to her, making his way down toward the chemistry labs instead, fully intent on working out what the hell was going on. He literally never overslept, and then this weird text message too? Something had to be going on and he wanted to get to the bottom of it. With that, as soon as he reached the labs he headed in, throwing on a coat and grabbing a few sets of chemicals. Perhaps he could at least weaponize himself, make himself of some use. After all, who knew what would happen in this stupid school, and with all the idiots around him, he may as well have a few bargaining chips with him. Muttering to himself softly about potential uses for the various chemical compounds that he was creating, better safe than sorry.
