Hey! Yes, all current Breaker spots are taken, though since this RP is pretty full there is a possibility that I'll open a spot up for you if I think that your character would bring something new to the RP as a Breaker instead of something else. So if you'd like to create a Breaker character to be reviewed for a spot, I'll be happy to look them over.


Well, if you got into Breaker in the review you can see that citizens can possibly be unfrozen during a Tremor, depending on a Breaker's strength, there is a certain NPC who happens to have this ability, so don't think that citizens can't be significant! They can be just as important as any other character! They won't be useless!
