Tree of Souls

[Ricia]

Mia quietly ate beside Jubei, thinking about the future she was going to have wit this girl. She felt so unsure... but that was ok?

 

[InsaneTruth]

Jubei smiled and laid in the grass after eating "Wow I feelso full," she giggled.

 

[Ricia]

Mia smiled, "Do you wish to take a small nap in the grass before we head back to the road?" Mia asked Jubei.

 

[InsaneTruth]

"Ah... yes, it would be nice," she agreed.

 

[Ricia]

Mia nodded, "Please do.. though I suggest sitting in the shade so the sun does not burn you."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"Oh... yeah," she smiled and hugged Mia "thanks," she told her and found a tree with soft grass and laid down happily.

 

[Ricia]

Mia walked over to the stream to drink a bit of water before going to finish off the food that was left and is not travel friendly. She had plans to wake Jubei in an hour.

 

[InsaneTruth]

The girl fell asleep easily laying there. She was happy an full and warm she couldn't ask for more right now.

 

[Ricia]

The weather was really nice for a spring day and the trickling of the water and chirping of the birds were nice. There were a few bugs every now and again, but nothing that couldn't be swatted away. An hour passed before Mia went up to Jubei and shook her, "Master, it is time to wake."

 

[InsaneTruth]

Jubei startled a bit but was quickly back to smiling "Ok," she streached and yawned a bit.

 

[Ricia]

Mia smiled a bit in return, "Thank... should we go?" She asked, "You should proububly get a drink of water too."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"Yeah, " Jubei said and got a bit of water "Lets go," she smiled.

 

[Ricia]

Mia waited quietly, her ears were perked and listening. She had some of the fruit they could carry. "Don't forget your blanket." Mia mentioned.

 

[InsaneTruth]

"I won't," she promised though she had folded it up to carry the shirt covered all but her legs so she was not too uncomfortable.

 

[Ricia]

"I can steal some clothing instead... it's not like you're not in need." Mia said

 

[InsaneTruth]

"... I don't want to steal... if we could get a needle and string... I could make clothes... from the blanket," Jubei said but then they'd have to steal that and wash the blanket.

 

[Ricia]

Mia just shrugged, "I will do whatever you would like. We could go fight for money..." Mia told Jubei. "I'll do all the fighting."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"like... a mercianry?" she asked a bit shocked she never thought of that. "I... could try..." she told Mia. "You said you were stronger then you looked"

 

[Ricia]

"I am. I can kill anything you ask me to. Of course anything stronger then a basic human may take a bit of time, but I assure you I will win every time." Mia told Jubei. "I am your body guard."

 

[InsaneTruth]

Jubei was not sure if she should feel releived or frightened. "We can... decide when we get to town I need time to think, I'm ok right now,"

 

[Ricia]

Mia nodded in agreement before going quite as they traveled. Travel to town took several days, but they did eventually make it to town. It was not enormous, but fairly large.

 

[InsaneTruth]

Jubei smiled "Wow... do you hear all the people moving around! Mia look! theres horses with fancy sadles!" she was exited.

 

[Ricia]

Mia looked at the horses, "I don't get what is good about fancy sadles.. though I am glad you are happy. Where to?" Mia asked Jubei.

 

[InsaneTruth]

"Ah.... one second." Jubei folded the blanket and tied it around her like a skirt and tied the inside folds to make makeshift underwear. So now she was covered she had been hopeing this would work. "We ... need to see if we can't get fair money before we resort to thievery or fighting when we don't have to,"

 

[Ricia]

"Pacifist." Mia said, "My old master says this is pasicissim. Or.. something like that."
