Mia stood, "I'm sorry but because I can't take my beast form. You will need to walk... although I could carry you.. our size difference makes that feet difficult." Mia told Jubei.

"I can walk. But thank you," she told Mia she stood Mia's shirt came to her thighs but she still used the blnket as a wrap. "I... actually like walking outside,"

 

[Ricia]

"Now you can walk anywhere you please." Mia said raising her hand out around her. "This way to the road. If you wish to travel by there. We are more likely to find a town that way."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"Yes," Jubei nodded and started walking where Mia pointed. Mia would soon find that the state Jubei was in would arouse suspicion of anyone they crossed.

 

[Ricia]

Mia would didn't potentially care too much because she would willingly murder anyone who thought they could take her master back where she did not please to be.

Jubei did care. She hated looking so sickly. She also had to stop every now and again to rest her legs. "Mia...v do you know if theres a stream or river neer?"

 

[Ricia]

"I can go loook." Mia told her.

 

[InsaneTruth]

"Thank you," Jubei said she was thirsty and a bath would be so wonderful.

 

[Ricia]

Mia turned into a cat and then ran out into the forest.

Jubei sat down under the shade of a to wait she also had alot to think about and this time was good to do it in.

 

[Ricia]

Mia was gone for a while. A few travelers passed by on horse back. A couple of men. One was in an armor of white. The other in an leather armor set. "Are you alright young lady?" The man in white asked.

 

[InsaneTruth]

She held the blanket close her "Yes sir... I was just resting a bit," she said timidly her eyes downcast "My.. companion will be back soon... I'm sure," though she was getting a bit worried.

 

[Ricia]

"I see." The man looked around before he lowered his voice. "Are you in any danger? Just nod your head if you are. We can help you. You have no reason to be afraid."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"No sir," she said softly "I'm not in danger..." she told him "really."

 

[Ricia]

The buschs rustled a bit before Mia stepped out in cat form, though she hissed at the men.


"You're awfully scrawnny... here have some of our rations. You should be careful about being alone on the roads. Next time you should stay with your copanion." He warned her.

 

[InsaneTruth]

"Ah... thank you," She said softly "you're very kind," she told the man and bowed a bit/ She was so happy to see mia

 

[Ricia]

The man tossed a small bag of rations to her before nodding, "Safe travels ma'am." He told her before starting to head the general direction they were headed. The one if leather armor gave a curt wave to the girl as well as they rode on.


Mia took her child form and then took the rations and smelled them. "Normal rations..." She opened them to take a look. There was a bit of hard tac, dried fruits and meats. There was enough for a week here. "It will be best to use this in emercancy only situations."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"They... were nice," Jubei said "are you ok?" she asked Mia softly the galvent was gone a while.

 

[Ricia]

"Yes I am fine. There is a stream, but it is a bit of a walk. It might widen out if we wait a while longer before vering off the road to go find it." Mia advised.

 

[InsaneTruth]

"Ok," Jubei said she really was thirsty but she was pretty used to it. 'We best keep going then."

 

[Ricia]

Mia nodded and begain to take the lead again. Of course the two men were getting a bit a head of them because they were on horses and they were on foot.

 

[InsaneTruth]

Jubei followed Mia "Mia, why do you have to be bound to a person?" she asked softly

 

[Ricia]

"Because that was what the gods who created me said must happen." Mia told Jubei. "That is all I know."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"... what happens if you do not?" Jubei asked

 

[Ricia]

"I die." Mia told Jubei. "But it is alright. I will be reborn if I do die. It might take a while. But I will eventually."
