apartment complexes = one big building with many different rooms that has its own kitchen and bedroom? and they just share the same building areas such as the open area of a courtyard and all?

so i'm absolutely behind but !
i just took a look at Kevin ! if he's good friends with Cade, I can see Kevin being a bit apprehensive about Zachary since Cade and Zachary aren't fond of each other after a prank gone wrong! Zachary is definitely a prankster in that regards but has no mean / ill regards in terms of his pranks on people ! no one is safe !

so I'm thinking Zachary is a junior in University at the moment and so for at least his freshman and sophomore year he was living with Ma but after the little incident before high school graduation, he's been helping Ma for a good while so seeing that she's more stable now, Zachary has been looking for an apartment and it just so happens Kevin and his brother are in the same apartment complex area that has new vacancies?

they could all be casual acquaintances and bring lots of drama depending if they get along with each other ! pfft < 3

Of course if this is agreed upon from Kevin's p.o.v, it means carol will be with the package as Zac is looking for the apartment for them both!

but, i think having them in the same apartment: two floors, four rooms, and one kitchen works for me too ! i think it could also help since Maleficent would want to watch over the kiddos and the people of the town and so having them under the same roof at least, if not in dorms, helps!

i agree with vee deer it would help maleficent and the evil queen watch over them easier if theyre under the same roof. one floor could be for kevin and the brother and the other for zac and care. with the kithcen/small living space as their common area.
