Unwavering Knight
Fool's Errant
The impact of the pan's matted iron upon Pryonn's breastplate gave a ringing, grating sound, whilst the knight himself recoiled, far more by instinct than the pan's unintended collision could have physically forced him to. Kaatl, used to the knight's antics, kept her balance upon Pryonn's shoulderplate with a rapid flapping of her wings.
Catching himself, the knight's helmeted stare rested upon the young woman that had addressed him for a moment, while Grifyn interjected with casual lack of manners.
"Two slices of the ham, if you don't mind, good missus." he spoke slowly, overcoming hesitation "I... can't eat the onions, or the tomatoes, I'm afraid." After a moment, his helmeted head head turned slightly towards the fairy on his shoulder "Though Kaatl will be happy to take those."
