Ha nope. Oregon is still thriving I mean fuck it has been due for over like 300 years or some shit pretty sure it is longer but what ever no one cares California one of the biggest and most populated places in america also known as the Tech center of america is just as bad if not worse than us. No it is fine m8 xD (only 10:50 I got my last finals tomorrow.) So I don't know what you want to do in terms of the rp but if you post I will probably respond as soon as I can ^-^
 
Hm, well what I could try do is see if I can find some people I know who would be interested in this sorta thing and see if I can try help get it back running again, I'll make an intro post sooner or later just doing a few things right now.

Savage, He loves eating. He eats even when it is completely unnecessary, it's a sport to him

Bio:

He was born into a ghoul family and grew up fighting and training. His father was a class A Fighter and tried his best to make his little monster one to. When he was 13 he was a class B fighter and his mother was killed by an investigator. His father was majorly depresses and stopped the training, he became a drunk like a pathetic human. Haruki was upset. He was pissed off. He hated seeing his father weak. He Trained himself for an entire year. He was no a class A fighter. He hunted every night looking for the asshole doves that killed his mother and his fathers soul. He wouldn't stop until he found them. One night on his way back home he walked in on the same Doves that killed his mother. He saw the blood on there weapon, there weapons were, they were familiar, distant. He realized they had killed his father with his own mother, he was enraged. He flung himself at the Doves, he dodged all of there thrusts and jabs, he got stabbed once, he felt the pain but ignored it and continued raging. He killed one of the officers and then ran after the other, he hit Haruki but he didn't care. He couldn't feel anything, he was invincible. He ran and threw threw himself at the Dove, eating him alive until he didn't move and was a pile of bones. He was done, it was over. No. It wasn't over, the only reason his parents were dead was because of the doves, they were the evil ones co-living on this planet. They had to die. He trained then on moving place to place. He was normal during the day, but when the mask went on, it was like a toxic reaction, he was mentally unstable and insane when the mask was on. But he liked the toxins. He loved the toxins. They took him over in the darkness they call night. He now lives in the 11th ward and travels killing every dove that is in his sight.

Bio: Sarah was born a Ghoul in the 20th ward and hid as a normal human, truthfully she had fun as a human for 7 years till she saw someone being bullyed and well.... ate the bully so her family of 4 left to another ward not wanting the doves to catch them. Years later she turned 17 and wanted to go back to the 20th ward so she dyed her hair black and packed. She took a bus their and left....

bio: Sora was raised by two ghoul parents and at a very young age learned to blend in to society never showing his true emotions to anyone other than his parents while Sora was growing he was taught the important's of eating in regulation and sharing food with weaker ghouls and because of there ablity to blend in they have not been discovered and have a ritual of going to Anteiku every day for breakfast Sora has made friends with humans but not very many as he prefers the company of other ghouls

Eating habits: eating humans (mostly CCG) and ghouls whenever he feels


Bio: Kenji Lived in the 20th ward originally, but he became bored with the same schedule of killing humans. he decided to move down to the 2nd ward to take on ghoul investigators and tougher ghouls. Kenji didn't enjoy the same taste that humans leave in his mouth so he decided to cannibalize ghouls as well. he noticed his kagune became stronger. Eating habits: Loves to eat. Eats whenever he wants, but never takes it when someone else is already taken it.


Bio: Hiroshi was in attending normal high school, pretending that he was a normal human. But later on, his friends find it out and they expose the truth. He wasn't able to live in 18th ward anymore. He was running around in 18th ward, but later faces CCG and his parents tried to protect him and dies. While wandering around like a zombie, he later encounters group of CCG and decides to just let go of his life, then Three Blade's Gang defeats CCG. Later he joins the gang. He also got a plastic surgery on his lips so that CCG can't recognize him that easily. However when he became 23, he decides that he wants a normal peaceful life. Later on, he leaves the gang and he goes to 20th ward to enjoy peaceful life. But however, he is struggling with bother of Miza and her Three Blade's Gang. Current rank marked as A ranked ghoul.

Bio:Ryzuki (Defalt) Is a ghoul who grew knowing that his world was restricted by CCG. So he has put a certain goal on showing the CCG that ghouls are like Humans,they only do what they need to survive, he is also very talkative which usually ticks people off.
