Fandom "Toaru" fan RP

So, after re-reading some of the Toaru series (Known as A Certain Magical Index/A Certain Scientific Railgun in North America) and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing an RP in that setting/universe. The idea behind it is rather interesting, and it conveniently explains its power levels to us.

I'd normally request only OC characters in a Fandom RP, but since there's an easy way to access canonical information for Toaru, I'll allow people to make canonical characters for the RP, but only if they agree to follow ALL Canonical info, not just what's seen in the animes. I'd like to know if anyone would be interested in playing in an RP of such things?

As a word of note, there will be three main locations that the RP will be around. (Don't worry, it'll be slice of life. No overarching plot. Maybe.)
The locations are, Academy City, Tokyo Japan, and New York City.
