OH! As in closing the character applies. I see. I actually thought up of a system to counter that confusion for my own RP. I make a rule to show that if they're in a different group, you put the group name in parenthesis. For Example:

Guess no one wanted to make a gnome or a hobbit so I made them! Here are the sheets:
Full name: Argus Abelardus
Nickname: Abe
Race: Gnome
Age: 39
Heritage: Mytria
Occupation: Miner, treasure hunter
Picture or Description of your character: He is of short stature and moderately fit. His height is 3'9 while his weight is 130 lb. He has decent musculature and absolutely no scars or marks in his body. He has a long beard, and his hair colour is white which is shaped in a long cut. His eye colour is dull green while his skin colour is slightly pale white. He wears a clean white shirt over which he wears a dark blue overcoat, he wears ordinary brown trousers and a pair of leather boots. He also wears a red beanie (called tuque outside of US and UK).
Bio: Nothing out of the ordinary. He wasn't a slave, due to his heritage and family foundation, who owned a mining company, he got saved from slavery. After a few years, when his childhood ended and he was entering adulthood, his family was killed by a group of human who wanted to seize control of his mining empire, he wasn't really powerful back in the old days so he had to escape, but he vowed revenge against them. Afterwards, he started to work on his earth magic which runs in his family and is really traditional, and started a career as a freelance miner or just an average treasure hunter. Once he mastered his skills, he returned back to his old home, where human people were currently residing, he blew them away with his skills and then went after the people who seized his family business and killed his only remaining family. He killed them all and afterwards, turned to a more heroic yet nomadic lifestyle, freeing all the people from the bondage of slavery.
Personality: A bit grumpy and moody when he's frustrated or just angered, but his trust and friendship could easily won over, but he's not that naive enough to let his guard down over newly acquainted friends. Whenever he's not grump or moody, he's cheerful and energetic, though he has a tendency point out somebody's faults rather bluntly. He likes to be taken seriously, and hates annoying people who seem to just annoy him. He's really neat mad organized, and very friendly to whoever is friendly with him. He also likes unity and peace.

He has good musculature and absolutely no scars or marks in his body. He has clean shaven, and his hair colour is black which is shaped into a small regular cut. His eye colour is a sharp yellow while his skin colour is of an ordinary white. He wears a clean white shirt, over which he wears a leather overcoat, and for his legs, he wears Brown trousers and a pair of moccasins. He sometimes wears a straw hat, or sometimes he wears nothing, depends on the weather and temperature.
Bio: He had unfortunate life or so it seemed at first. When he was a young kid, his full mansion was burned down by humans for their race and ethnicity. He barely escaped but was caught by a human who made him his slave. The human had a family of four, him and his wife and two sons. They all were very abusive and cruel towards him. He lived a harsh life until the age of 20 when he escaped the house and went back to his old house to take shelter from the family who hired a mob of people to search for him. He found an adept tome which teaches the adept forms of gravity and force manipulation and a dagger which exhibited electrical properties. He took this items and fled for the hills, until he eventually ended up in a small farming city. He took a career as a freelance farmer over there until he eventually earned enough money to buy some properties. Due to his adventurous nature, he sometimes goes out on long adventures in the districts to hunt treasure, and well, find an adventure.
Personality: He behaves friendly to those who behave friendly with him. And he behaves rude to those who behave rude with him. Generally, he's a calm and assertive person who is bit pessimistic leading to a frustrated and anxious behaviour, though it happens rarely, mostly during difficult situations. He tends to approach situations with diplomacy and peace, but due to his earlier mentioned part of his personality, things tend to escalate violently.

- Earth manipulation: He can freely control the earth in the ground below him or any materials related with earth. He can freely use it for a variety of defensive and offensive manoeuvres. Including creating a wall, or tossing a hard piece of rock at somebody, create entrances on the ground. He can also dig or burrow through tunnels really quickly. He can also block narrow entrances, crumble weak rooftops, and topple trees from the ground. His power had limitless potentials yet to master.
- His shovel which he carries with him at all times, he usually uses this just as a cosmetic appearance or as a weapon when he needs to defend himself when enemies are too close.

Weapon / fighting style:
- Force manipulation: all things kinetic and gravity related. He can change gravity around a certain surrounding radius around him and he can manipulate kinetic force. This too, has many significant various uses. Mostly defensive as he can push back hostiles around him, or create a force barrier. He can also deal blunt damage using this.
- A short curved scimitar which he uses for close quarters combat. It has electrical properties in it, it was like an item passed down from father to heir and then to his heir and so on, it's imply an ancestral property.

Personality: Dean is very ruthless when it comes to humans, he despises them and wants to butcher them all, but when it comes to elves, he serves them with honor and will lay down his life for them. Dean is also very silent and is a bit of a loner.
Weapon / fighting style:
Sword- A trusty old sword that he uses to fight in close range
Bow and Arrow- A bow made from the finest of wood, the arrows tips are lined with poison that can kill within a few seconds
Fighting Style- Dean is more skilled with a sword than a bow, so he likes to fight in close range, but when he does use the bow, he can hit non moving targets and has a hard time with moving targets.

Personality: Being a workaholic, he will always put his job in the first place, rarely leaving his house when 'not alive' (working), he is unbelievably energetic when he practices his profession, he concentrates strongly, makes hypothesis and feels mentally balanced. He investigated the techniques of follow footprints, pickpocketing, lockpicking etc., he is interested in every method of investigation, he is a great liar and is a master of disguise, he had a registry of crimes and criminals in the past and has a few troubles with the Holy Knights of Seoga, usually calling the 'Holy idiots from back home', he doesn't believe in any gods, but is curious if they really exist or not.
Weapon / fighting style:
He is interested in hand to hand combat, but when he really needs he will use a silver Scmitar
