I understood what you meant. Didn't mean to make you look stupid. But I'm just worried that your character wont have much to do since 75% of the time we're not in dragon form. But if you want you can be a trainer. I get that in our dragon forms we may loose some of out humanity, and thought capacity.

Personality: Vokaalia prefers to keep to herself, finding more interest in the words on a book than speaking to someone else. Yet this is not to say she is an outcast. She just has a very small group of friends as it takes a good deal of effort to get past her social awkwardness. She wants to one day see the lands she read about her books, but her weakness to sunlight as well as the general danger to a demi-dragon like herself makes such dreams feel like a fantasy.


However, reading all of those books isn't for nothing, Kaalia is extremely smart and thus it doesn't take her long to figure out a solution to whatever problem stands before her. And her fury, thought slow to build, is insatiable once roused. Harming a friend of hers has left more than one bully a sniveling mess in the corner literally scared of his own shadow.


Bio: Kaalia was born to a widower. Her "father" had died in the great battle against dragons of Corpsous, but her mother never really mentioned him. When she was five her features started to be distorted and her mother kept her inside most of the time. Especially where there was company nearby. When she was 7 her ears were clearly fin-like and her eyes were changed to be more predatory. She heard soldiers outside and had looked out the window to see, but one of the solders saw her. Her mother screamed at her to get away from the window but it was too late. The next few minutes were a blur. The door was kicked in, her mother kept telling her to run before she screamed in pain.


Kaalia managed to get out a window in the back and ran. She made it to the forest and waited until nightfall. She tried returning to the house, to her mother, but a knight stopped her. Kaalia struggled, but the knight recognized her as a demi-dragon and explained to her he was a Royal City of Valiance. She cried at him to let her see her mother. When he refused, she shifted into shadow to escape his grasp, an ability she did not know she had. She ran back to her house and pushed open the front door. On the floor was her mother laying in a pool of her own blood. A sign was posted on the door. 'This is the home of a dragon-fucker. She should have slept with her own kind.'


When the knight caught up with her, she wasn't moving. He had to practically tear her away from her spot at the door before the soldiers came back. He told her to grab her things and then burned the house behind them there being no time for a funeral. She journeyed with him back to the city and the safety of the Hall of the Divines where she was raised. She grew close to Kyle, and he regaled her with stories of his adventures beyond the walls. A few years later, when Kaalia was in her teens, she asked him to have something crafted for her. A scythe crafted from the bones of a undead dragon. The knight did as she asked, though the scythe made him uneasy. Still she had not forgotten the wounds her mother suffered protecting her and she main a vow on the Scythe's creation that she would find those responsible for her mother's death and take their lives with the Scythe. She then used her abilities of shadow to bind the Scythe to her own shadow where it resides until called forth by Kaalia.


Additional Information: Takes on attributes from the aspect of the Shadow of Death. She is able to shift her form into the Shadow Plane allowing her to travel between shadows without being seen. She is also able to use this power to become ethereal and thus avoid being hit. These powers weaken in light and when the light is as strong as normal daylight she is unable to use these powers at all. Also, being in light that strong physically weakens her and burns her skin should she be exposed to bright light over a long period. (She can get sunburn REALLY easy and it doesn't even need to be real sunlight) However, her strongest power lies in her ability to control other people's shadows. While she is touching someone's shadow she has full control over their body. She rarely uses this ability as she is connected with that person's thoughts, feelings and emotions. She looked around the pitch black cave as through it lit as if it was midday. Many soldiers lay dead in piles around her, their swords and spears painted with dried dragon's blood. Her mother's blood as she saw the many wounds decorate her mother's hide. After a period of mourning, she picked herself up and left the cave. It is to her fortune that the first being she came in contact with was a Royal Knight of Valiance, Sir Kyle. Kaalia didn't trust him at first, seeing him with the same weapons and style of armor of those who killed her mother. But the knight recognized her as a demi-dragon and explained to her the dangers of being alone. She cautiously journeyed with him back to the city and the safety of the Hall of the Divines where she was raised. Kyle regaled her with stories of his adventures beyond the walls. A few years laster, he also went back to the cave with his mother's remains at Kaalia's behest to bury the cave... but not before gathering her mother's bones. She took this bones and had them crafted into a Scythe. She had not forgotten the wounds her mother suffered protecting her egg and she main a vow on the Scythe's creation that she would find those responsible for her mother's death and take their lives with the Scythe. She then used her abilities of shadow to bind the Scythe to her own shadow where it resides until called forth by Kaalia.

A few things. Check the lore tab out real quick alot of what you put doesn't add up with it. And good jobs keeping the abilities from being none OP. I also want a more realistic dragon visual please.

Also its much easier to make strong abilities if you add a negative to them. "Oh I can literally control someone if i touch their shadows... but they can also turn me into a vegetable if their mind is stronger than mine"

Often described as the "Jester in the Wind" Yano is a highly disagreeable being. Much like his father, but different in few ways. Yano is not one to play pranks on people, or even play with people at all. While some would describe Yano as a normal anti-social, that is not true. He actually has a burning hate for other people, human and demi-god alike. It is an innate and unexplainable hate, deeply rooted in his past. Yano will aproch every human or dragon kin with little to no respect. He will not listen to orders given to him from anyone, and will in fact go out of his way to defy a direct order. Yano is a man who is hard to keep bound, or bind down in the first place. He moves with the wind and acts out of the spur of the moment, only really caring for himself.


Despite his hatred for others, when Yano finds someone that he can tolerate he can become very self sacrificing. Given that few people exist that Yano can really tolerate, when he does find someone he clings to them and never lets go. Yano does as he pleases while trying to not interfere with others, so he will actively not include himself in any groups. If he is sought out for help however, Yano is willing to help in his own way. One of his unhealthier habits are taking on impossible tasks by himself. Asking for help is never something he has been good at, so he just don't bother to do it. Meaning that Yano would knowing lunge head long into death with no back up. All and all, if there is anything to take away, Yano is the epitome of a free spirit.


Weapon


The wind God's armory: Much as the name suggests, Yano posses many weapons that belong to one set. Each weapon was forged using Yano's own scales. Yano owns many weapons, literally making him a walking armory when he has them all equipped. Although having that many weapons on him at all times is impractical. At most Yano will only carry on him two chakrams and a single edged sword.

Bio


Who would want to be the mother of a wind demon? Yano from the early age of five was disregarded by his mother. Cast out onto the streets. After Yano's demi-god abilities began to manifest, his mother didn't dare to keep him any longer. Even in youth Yano was a problem child. Getting into trouble time and time again. Yano was quite the handful. So once they both found out that Yano was of dragon blood, his mother cast him aside. She had no reason to care for, or even trouble herself with something like that. She did not take him to the Hall of the Divine, nor did Yano know what or where it was.


For the first part of Yano's life, he was nothing more then a street rat. Being a young child, sometimes people would take pity on him, giving him food, or even shelter. However, those people were all too rare. Though practice and learning how to live, Yano taught himself how to steal. Money, food, anything to keep himself alive and his basic needs met. Yano kept this up for three years, and a hard three years it was. A three years that during which Yano learned how to survive on his own, and how to hate others.


During one theft that went wrong when Yano was eight, he was forced to use his powers. However he was unable to escape. Rather then receive punishment, Yano was brought to the Hall of the Divine. He would live out the rest of his life there, and Yano hated every second of it. He was a problem child there too. Yano never got along with the others in the hall, and more often then not would use his powers to sneak out any chance he got. Even to this day he continues with the same antics.

Personality: Someone you might identify as a little dopey, seeing as his favorite phrase is "eh, what was that?". Despite that he possesses a sharp mind when he puts his effort into something, and won't let someone down. For those he happens to like for random reasons, he has an undying loyalty and for those he dislikes for whatever reason... He doesn't really care. Nothing can make mad, other than harming his pet dog or stealing from his seemingly unending supply of sweets (it is a miracle he isn't overweight).


Extremely laid back and unconcerned with the happenings around him, he'll laugh at the strangest things and retain a blank stare at jokes. At other times, a darker side (mostly just dark humor) may come out before he goes to lovingly scratch Stray Jr. (his dog) behind the ears.


Bio: grew up under an overly protective mother, who kept him oblivious to his dragon heritage until he became much older. As a result, he doesn't know much about his powers but one thing his mother definitely taught him was how to use a sword. She was so worried about him getting hurt or exposed to the truth that she made him able to use a katana with uneccesary proficiency. His sheltered upbringing made him he way he is, not particularly worried about anything and thinking everything will work out for him in the end.
