There are plenty of job positions, but the most active one (which will entertain your boredom quite easily) is the receptionist job position.

It's not constant, but once there's someone new it normally takes them about 2 to 3 posts to actually exit the lobby
I'm still surprised people don't realize the maid is an NPC and keep talking to it XDD
