Pleasure to meet you people, I am hsj, just another nondescript gamer and writer. I was originally contemplating whether or not to create an introduction thread because my manner of speaking is often regarded as unnecessarily polite or ceremonial, in other words, "like an obsequious manservant, you bloody wanker", and I didn't want to make a shoddy first impression. Aha, splendid example there; nobody uses the word obsequious, yet I still decide to. Nevertheless, I put my troubled thoughts to the side and began this very thread, against my better judgement. Here's a small compilation of things—I really do hate that word—that I happen to like:

- Writing: . . . In spite of knowing little about the personal information of Captain Obvious, rumours had arisen concerning an alternative alias, 'hsj'. Yes, of course I like writing. I take it the large majority, if not the entirety, of these forums enjoy writing; that's what role playing is. I've written large pieces, short pieces, stories based on video games, and more. In fact, I'm determined to become a published author a little later on in life.
- Reading: I adore reading. I'm currently reading a collection of Agatha Christie's novella, and the Temeraire series written by Naomi Novik. My last read was 'Blue Mars', written by Kim Stanley Robinson. I'd certainly advise you to read some of the aforementioned works.
- Gaming: I did mention at the very beginning that I was a gamer, and it's true. I play games like Team Fortress 2, GTA 5, Terraria, Warframe, Overwatch, and more. The games I just listed happened to come to mind at this time; I'm not restricted to a few games.
- Sports: Outside the realm of video games and Super Smash Bros fan fiction, I get around a lot. Football (soccer, damnit), table tennis, and badminton are amongst my favourites. Sports are amusing, pass time considerably well, and contribute to my mighty quest to keeping fit.
