Star - Self-Explanatory. It is used as a suffix for Clan Leaders.
Starry - This may only be used as a prefix if you do not plan on your character becoming a Clan Leader.

Rules marked with an asterisk are rules that shall result in strikes.
╰┈➤ 1. Respect the Admins at all times. *
╰┈➤ 2. No self-mating and / or self-mentoring.
╰┈➤ 3. Absolutely NO mini-modding / mini-managing. *
╰┈➤ 4. Do not complain about the suffix you receive. *
╰┈➤ 5. Warriors can request a name change through in-character role-plays with their Clan Leader.
╰┈➤ 6. A queen may have up to three litters of five kits, whether or not kits are adopted.
╰┈➤ 7. Keep relationships between mates PG-13. *
╰┈➤ 8. Kits + Apprentices are not to demand their apprentice / warrior ceremonies. If they do, a Clan Leader is able to delay said ceremonies for up to three moons.
╰┈➤ 9. A Deputy must have or have had an apprentice before being appointed. (The only exception is the first deputies of the Clans in the role-play.)
╰┈➤ 10. If a Clan Leader dies, the Deputy becomes Leader. If the Deputy passes the same day, the medicine cat in which who believes in StarClan shall choose a leader StarClan approves of.
╰┈➤ 11. If a Deputy dies, a new Deputy must be appointed before Moonhigh.
╰┈➤ 12. If a medicine cat dies, their apprentice is now the Clan's medicine cat.╰
╰┈➤ 13. Respect other users within the roleplay. *
╰┈➤ 14. Hate the cat, not the user. *
╰┈➤ 15. The Clan Leader's word is the Warrior Code.
╰┈➤ 16. All cats must respect the Clan Leaders, Deputies, and Medicine Cats.
╰┈➤ 17. All evil cats must be planned out and have a valid reason as for being evil.
╰┈➤ 18. Do not ask to be appointed to an Admin. Admins are trusted friends.
╰┈➤ 19. No art theft (even from other studios) is allowed here in Thundering Skies. *
