This time for Original Plots!

The name is Kei! I don't mind any type of pairing, I just want there to be good development! And I'm going to keep this vague to leave as much room for ideas and collaboration as possible.


Role-Play Info


Who I role-play with: I don't have a preference for gender or age so long as you're literate and respectable.


Experience: I've been role-playing for about 4-5 years


Availability: I live in the PST timezone and on days I'm not busy, I'm usually online quite often. But if anything ever comes up then I'll be sure to let you know.


Requirements: Be willing to chat OOC. I just find it easier to plot and role-play with someone that I feel friendly with.


-Be comfortable playing both genders.You can't expect me to play ALL of the boys/girls after all, so you need to get in on the fun too.


-I'm not gonna nail you for grammar or spelling, but I do want to be able to understand your writing. Put sincere thought into your writing and characters, please.


-If you ever want to drop the role-play, then please tell me and don't just leave me hanging. I'll do the same as well, but I usually do all I can to keep the role-play alive.


Genres:Action, Mystery, Adventure, Comedy, Romance, Sci-Fi, Slice of Life, Dystopian, Drama, Fantasy, Modern, Medieval


Pairings: I'm fine with any type of gender pairing overall though(MxF, MxM, FxF). I always like for my partner and I to double with our main pairings as well as play other side characters to help move the plot along.


Format: I write in 3rd person, paragraph format. I usually try to match my partner's length, but my comfort zone is 200-400 words per main character, but I can definitely write more or less depending on what's going on. I'm really not looking to write a novel or anything though. Please don't send me one-liners.


Some plots I'd be interested in are as follows (I am pretty much open to any ideas you can throw into these):


-Youkai (I really want to try playing a solitary wolf boy, or a sly fox girl): Most likely set in a fantasy world of some sort. There can be human characters as well, though I'd love to play against more youkai-esque characters.


-Pirates (I'm always up for a tale of adventure! And who says there can't be romance on the high seas?): This sort of thing would probably be set in some non-urban timeline. Maybe we could do something with a Pirate and a captive? Or a prince/princess who stows away on the ship for whatever reason?


-Ninja/Samurai (What can I say? I love action): I'd want to go with more of a traditional setting with this. How about a plot with a ninja/samurai and the son/daughter of the feudal lord they serve?


-High School (You can never get enough of these): Okay, anything really goes with this one. So just shoot any ideas you might have at me. Be it childhood friends, that popular girl thing, the jerk guy, class rep, yada yada yada.


-Arranged Marriage (I like me some drama): The two of them can hate each other, it could start off unrequited on one end, doesn't really matter to me.


-Medieval: Knight/Prince/Princess/King/Queen/Wizard/Thief/Peasant (I'll basically accept any sort of pairings with medieval characters, to be honest)


Well that's all I can come up with off the top of my head. Like I said before, I'm really flexible with original plots. I'm even willing to play any role or gender, no preference whatsoever really. So if you're interested, please PM me(since I'm new and the site won't let me yet)!

Wizard/Thief? Typical adventure and whatnot. Perhaps a treasure hunt for an artifact?


I also have an inclination towards High School setting though I don't have anything particular in mind. Perhaps a new transfer student that's been bullying people around as a defense mechanism 8D?


I have 11 years of experience. English isn't my first language and I tend to be more active when I'm dead tired. Grammar mistakes and typos do happen on my part but I try. My posts can range between 200-700+ words. I'm a rather lazy-lit so my zone of comfort would be around 350 words. I can play both genders and don't mind doubling up (though I may not go for it considering I have too many RPs going on right now). As for romance, the gender is irrelevant but I prefer playing demi-sexuals. Bromance or womance is my new thing.

Either plot sounds fine to me, though I'm leaning a bit more on a Wizard/Thief plot since I've never gotten to do anything with that yet! A treasure hunt sounds fabulous! And if you want to do the high school one too then I don't mind.


Huh...Your english seems perfectly fine to me! And aside from that everything else works out fine. Doubling usually goes for fandom rps so I don't really require it for originals. Demi-sexuals, huh? That's totally fine with me! Bromance is my thing! But I can settle for womance too.

I'm super up for wizard/thief. Was there either of the two roles you wanted to play? I think for that I would prefer RPing as a male 8D. NPCs will be around if we need them.


The reason why I say demisexual is because I enjoy the romance between characters to built up past profound friendship before they fall in love. Unless it's part of their personality like Sailor Jupiter, Auto-romancing or easy/fast romance is a bit of my pet-peeve.

Hmm well since you mentioned demi-sexual, I think I could totally see that on a wizard's part! I could play either male or female, though when it comes to thieves I usually think of that typical jerk-boy type haha


Same here! I'm all for character development! And oh my gosh Sailor Jupiter...Haha she's almost as bad as Brock from Pokemon. But yes, most of the time you can't convince me with something like 'love at first sight'. Infatuation at first sight? Maybe but ehh. I just really like to take the time for characters to really get to know each other and share experiences before delving into how they'll fall in love with each other.


I doooooo!!! It's the reason I'm so crazy about Shonen Anime/Manga, there's (supposed to be) tons of Bromance!! YES WE MUST.

Hahaha I have a love-hate relationship with shonens. I get addicted to them so fast but get so impatient with waiting. xD So I lose my interest really fast. However, their exaggerated jokes never fail to make me laugh.

Same here! You have no idea how many times I've had to deal with partners who wanted to rush the relationships, I mean, where's the fun in that? It leaves like a whole gap in the relationship if you ask me. Plus there wouldn't be as many of those awkward/embarrassing moments that I love..


Ooh I can definitely understand that for sure! And sadly, most of them are just rushing romances now too...*sigh* And yeah, they can be really funny!

I agree! But that would also be our fault for never specifying about it. When you mention you're in the mood for sap, romance, and drama, it's mistaken to be done asap because you want that craving to be satisfied instantly. So I guess that's why we always end up with rushed romance that turn us off (I assume you usually play males in those situations?


ALSO! I love the romance in shounen. They have their few moments that just make you wanna crave for me. It's subtle and teasing...and it makes me whine like a baby because there's not enough of romance. *SHOT*

True, true. I've had my share of playing both males and females in situations like that, and it gets boring quickly. But yeah, I think you're right about that. But then again, there still needs to be some sort of build-up or background to any of those
